Laudren has an State Council where the council acts as the lawmaking group of laudren.The Council has two brances. The Confederacy Council which manages laws for all the states. and the State Council, which makes laws for the state only.

Modern History of The Empire of Laudren
Brief History:
1750: Founding of the Trade Federation Laudren after a 2 year long constitutional convention by the merging of Eastern and Western Torrian der Alabastre under the newly christened Laudren Federation.
1750-52: Peaceful integration of West and East Cultures, rising of the Eastern Economy. Major investments in the schools and private bussiness
1753: Northern Alabasta successfully pressed into joining TFL.
1759-1763: The growing economy begins a small decline in trade
late 1763: Suspected "Communists" rebels kidnap Laudren Vice Roy while traveling through Former Northern Alabastre, rebels take over 2 Northern Cities.
early 1764: Trade federation Police force retakes the cities after 2 days
fighting, and recover the Vice Roy.
mid-1764: The economy fixes itself and becomes increasingly strong
mid-1765: Alabastre becomes the capital city
1765-1772: Rebuilding of Trade Federation Armies, as well as a new organizations of the military
mid 1777: The cities of Kail Port and Alabstre begin a mayor economical boost plan
mid 1783: Plan ends, with the cities growing.
early 1799: Information reach the Vice Roy of West's economical problems
1804: West economic problems forces the trade federation to tax 15% on all products
1810: The economic problems reach all of Laudren and the Trade Federation is forced to backrupcy
1818: Civil War. The economicaly weakened Trade Federation of Laudren sends its armies to rebel camps outside of Hovenne
Early 1826: The war ends with Rebels wining, through the year, anarchy is seen.
1827: The Constitution is agreed apon, forming a USA type of government.
1835:Economy becomes as rich as the Trade Federation once had it. Thanks to the economic plan proposed by The elected president John Belview
1840: The Republic faces the beginigns of the industrial revolution. President Belview's term is over, and Ivan Jurkinks becomes 2nd pres.
1853: The first strict child labour laws are passed, forbiding 16- year olds from working in Factories and Hazzardous jobs
1880: The republic changes peacfuly to an Empire and the emperor is Ivan Sorrins, at age 20.
mid 1896: First country wide census. The Empire also passes new School pollicies and the University Of Laudren is built, as well as the Imperial School of Law, and the Alabastrian Trade Association is founded.
1897: The Empire re organizes the military and closes 59% of port cities from the outer world. Trade is not hurt at all.
1899: The empire closes all borders, and builds the National Banks of Laudren HQ in Alabastre
1909: The Industrial revolution ends, whith a strong economy and the invention of cars introduced. All cities are powered by electricity
1919: Communism is introduced, international trade is reopened
1930: The Communist party is desolved, as well as any other party, but the Advisory Council is created. The emperor dies, while emperor Jhonnie Blauvelt reigns.
1950: Automobile industry booms, and census reports became regulated every 4 years. The telephone is introduced as well as radio and modern arms, due to old trade partnerships of the time of the trade federation being re opened. The Capital celebrates 200 years of the country's excistance
1961: The Emperor is assasinated, and Emperor Liogan Bliets reigns. The International airport of Laudren is opened. 6 more airports(local) are open, while 12 more are being built.
1970: Modern laudren strikes oil and the economy becomes strong, 10 airports are completed out of 19. The military becomes updated. The banks are now nationalized.
1980: Communist War begins, this is when many europeans flee to the Empire, only 6 major battles occure in the defending nation of Dailling.
1985: war ends, with Laudren victory, the more than 26% of the occupide nation is sold back to Dailing, in a treaty which forced all citizens of Dailing paying 5% tax to Laudren and the communist party be administered by the Empire.
1990: The industrialized nation begins modernization and forces clean industry rather than Dirty industry.
2000: Trade and Embassies are 100% allowed in laudren, while the unjust laws begin to change, allowing citizens to travel to other nations.
2002: Clean industry overpowers dirty industry, 89% to 11%.Laudren becoms a major tourist location
2005: Emperor Liogan Bliets dies and Emperor Leon Herrscher reigns. The Communist party is allowed but is a minor influential power.
2006: Space becomes a major industry, and Laudren begins the Assosiation Of Laudren Space Flight (ALSA) Alsa builds its first base in Hortillinne
2007: The Theater of Laudren holds major artist( of this time ) concerts, and singers as well as actors. People take an interest in Laudren.
2008: Laudren host the Pollis Ardeen 2008 Music Awards. The singers Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Natasha Bedingfield, and Beyonce Knowles visit the contry to hold concerts.
Mid 2008: Laudren faces turmoil, as the Imperial Council members seperate from the empire. The first States to go are North Alabastre Alabastre, and Torrin. This hits the emperor hard as these states had a privitized army, and since the National Capital was within the seperatist's hold. On Aug. 15, 2008 Emperor Leon Herrscher called for the last meeting of the Imperial Council in the nations new capital, New Berlin, to discus the formation of a new government, a confederacy was voted on, and the Empire had changed
Late 2008: The Imperial Council declares the establishmet of Confederacy of Laudren States and exiles Emperor Leon Herrscher. To replace the head of this new nation, the emperor's cousin becomes Vice Roy and moves the capital, officialy, to New Berlin.
Modern history for The Confederacy of Laudren States
2009: The end of the empire of lauden. The Confederacy is born, and the seperatist states re-join but have a state government system and less of a national/federal system
