Senator Avitus strode down the abandoned streets of Raven City, his overcoat trailing behind him. The Senator had a lot of things on his mind, or at least, that's what most people would say if they saw him. But in reality, he was only thinking about a single, life-shattering event. A scrawny man grabbed ahold of his coat as he turned a corner. "Please sir! He's coming back! The man with the red eyes! No! Please, don't leave! Oh god! No! Not again!" Avitus shook him off and continued on his way. Turning into a cathedral, he marched to the confessional, his boots clicking against the hard stone floor. "Father..." His voice wavered "I have sinned..." A single tear dropped from his eye. "I know." He knew the voice that came back. It was the entire reason he was here. "Decimus. I know you can't forgive. I don't ask you to. You have every right to do this." Decimus' scornful voice came back. "You think I give a damn about what you think I can and can't do? Everything you have, everything you had, was forfeit the moment you condoned what happened to Ptolemy. To Artie. To Julius."
"I swear, I didn't know that-"
"That what? That I would survive? I'm sure you didn't plan on that. 'Revenge is mine' saith the Lord. Well, now he has a little help." A gunshot echoed through the Cathedral, shattering the peaceful silence filling it before. Blood seeped through the confessional, staining the wood red. Decimus quietly exited the confessional, and calmly walked out of the Cathedral. Looking around at the peaceful night of Noctis, he muttered to himself "If only the day were as peaceful as the night." And with that, he disappeared into the winding streets and alleys of Raven City...

"Hey Quintus! Come take a look at this!" Quintus frowned. Titus was always getting himself in an uproar about everything, and Quintus was already late. Quintus was about to wave him off, when he noticed what he was pointing at.

Ship: The Dragon, a powerful alien cruiser which Red found, repaired, and upgraded with various forms of technology and weaponry. While very powerful, he uses the ship more as a way of getting around and doesn't typically see it fit to place it in harms way unless neccesary. Main form of travel is PSR (near-instantanious travel).

Physical Description: 6'2". Can be charismatic at times. Fairly Athletic, decent in hand to hand combat, much prefers attacking from afar.

Equipment: Modified M6D Magnum, Combat Knive, prosthetic left hand with interchangable gadgetry.

Reason for the Job: Money, and something to do other than drinking hisself to death.

Short Bio: Decimus was born on Noctisdivu in the year 2 AA. His family was a typical Moralite family, his father held a job as an accountant at Moralite Industries, his mother stayed home and raised him. He was an only child, and passed through high school with all honors. He decided to join the Moralite regular army immediately after, quickly rising in the eyes of his superiors through several still-classified missions. He was assigned to the Raven's Blood and, as was his nature, became fast friends with his squadmates. The Raven's Blood is officially listed as "Deactivated", and Decimus has been killing politically influential Moralite Senators. His motive is unknown at this time.
Short physical description: Decimus stands about 6 feet tall, broad shoulders but a slim frame. He has curly brown hair and keeps clean shaven. Light blue eyes.
Equipment: A BSBA-V10 (Armored Exoskeleton), GUR-V12 (General-Purpose Rifle), and a variety of tools and attachments.

Kagetora: The Avatars are not, as of yet, glowing. They are, however, quite shiny (http://wiki.esusalliance.co.uk/index.php?title=Image:Shinigami.JPG). A glowing Avatar is generally a bad thing, as that means it has its shields running, they've already taken a mild beating, and are now shedding hard rads.

But it can sense abilities in others, so it knows (if no one else does) about your little secrets :O

In case you didn't pick it up from my IC hints.

That would be a bold claim and a godmod when you have no idea how Cryption reacts with the other things in the universe. You can call it 'the Manifistation' if you wish but that doesn't mean anything. And to make this perfectly clear, Shiv can't pick up all of Red's abilities; he might be able to pick up the things on the surface that Red doesn't make a habit of hiding but if you think Shiv will suddenly have a revalation and know everything Red is capable just by being in the viccinity, you're seriously mistaken.

Did I say that it knew what they could do? It just has a sense that a being is superhuman/superspecies. That's all.

It's like Shiv looks at people like opaque glasses; if they don't have anything inside (supernatural abilities), it knows that, but it also knows whether a being has some sort of ability (the glass is full). However, it doesn't have any clue what that liquid -- or powers -- are.

Ah, okay, thanks for clearing that up. What confused me was that, 'knows all your secrets' line. Also, (this might be me misreading your posts) Leona's not human, she's Leanorian. There's quite a difference.

Shiv sees all fleshy bipeds as human. It's a fault of its.
