The Spy had landed in the foreign land a few days ago. He'd succeded in using his govemant provided money to rent himself an apartment in the Capital. He now looked out through the glass window out at the city. He was following a known terriorts that had been responasible for crimes in the Battlehawk and had beleived to have fled to foriegn lands. Battlehawk Intelligence had pointed here. The spy knew full well that if he was caught he'd be disavowed and most likly imprisoned if not executed by the 'Natives'.
The spy walked over to his suitcase which, along with clouths and paperwork, the Battlehawk Interlligence Service had arranged for a equipment drop out in the rural areas, so the suitcase also housed weapons and ammo. He'd found a way to take a peice of the ceilingdown and was able to stash stuff. He took out the standard army issue submachine gun and stashed it up there with all the ammo. The Glock handgun, of which there were sevveral, he also stashed except for one which he placed in a discreet holster on his person and put a few ammo clips in his pocket. He then picked up the folder and read the first page.
Agent Riker
Congratulations for your succesful insertion. The BIS is pleased. You are to meet a contact in a coffee lounge in downtown in thirty Minutes. Good luck, report back in when you return.
Riker turned the page and found the adress. He then stood and headed out the door, locking it after him.

Taryn Cloudao hated his last name. He hated anything to do with it. He hated his farther. He hated his brother, the bloody Emperor. Then again Taryn Cloudao didnt like much in the world. The 2 things that he knew he DID like was beer, and the .45 Osprey pistol straped to his belt. Built in the Empire of Orinion, it was based on the Desert Eagle pistol, the most stiking part of the gun was the undersid of the gun, which was a blade that was very sharp. He liked his pistol. He liked it a lot. finishing his beer, he got up to leave when he notice the man leaving the apartment area. He didnt notice his face, that wasnt important. What was important was the pistol bulge that was almost invisible. Taryns hand jumped almost insantly to his pistol. He didnt care who the man was, all he knew was that the man had a gun, and that made him a theat. And Taryn dosnt like theats.

((OOC: Here's a little info on my capital city.
The City of Magna Polis is the most valued city in the GWO. It sports the best Civilian Control Unit, as well as more defenses than any other city in the Order. Like all cities, the Civil Control System is in full force; About every mile, there are thirty or so foot tall fortress-grade walls can control what goes in and out of the area, known as a Sector. If a serious crime is reported in a sector, it's put under Lockdown. Yellow means that they don't completely close all exit/entrances, but they do blockade at least one of them with concrete barricades and CCU officers. Red means that the blast gates are all shut, and only mini-doors within them admit people through. Red lockdowns are usually only called when rebellions occur, CCU officers are murdered, or when biological outbreaks occur. If you want more info on GWO cities, see my factbook. Essentially, imagine right between England in V for Vendetta and INGSOC/England in Orwell's 1984.
Also, guns are very legal in the GWO. The government actually encourages gun purchases, so long as they're registered, which means that the complete ballistic information must be recorded into a national database.))

Rikers eyes fixed immediatly on a man in a nearby bar. To a non-spy the hand movememntt would be over looked, but to a trained agent Riker recognised it as a reach for a weapon. Riker didn't make th emistake of going for his own weapon, which would have proved fatal, instead he mingled in with the crown as he walked along the street
The Grand World Order
19-12-2008, 18:44
A lumbering MPCCU Surveillance Truck rumbled down the street, with cameras and laser microphones invading the privacy of the masses. Then it was gone, turning a corner further down the street.
Following this, a small fire team patrol of three MPCCU officers found their way into the area, following typical routes. Radio reports and calls could be heard radiating off of them. Each one carried both an MP7 SMG and an MI-P57 handgun in holsters on their dominant side. Only the Corporal hadn't an MP7, but rather a Kriss Super V hanging on a sling. Most people didn't really notice them, but they all stayed at least four feet away from them. Just about every GWO citizen knew the generally bad temper of CCU officers, though foreigners often didn't.

OOC: Awww, I wanted to be the hosting capital.
"thank god for that", thought Taryn, just before his phone beep. Wondering who it was, he reached for his phone and opened it. the display said: 1 new message. Taryn opened the message and it read:
You would of seen a man walking out of the apartments right? Well he just so happens to be your target. follow him, see where he goes and who he meets. Pay: $60000. Reply to accept.
Taryn Cloudao replied without a second thought. At least he didnt have to kill the man. Pocketing his phone, he got out and walked out of the bar.

Riker continued walking along the pavememnt weaving through the crowds. Every couple of seconds he could feel the but of hios pistol and that comforted him
"Ahhh hellfire!" crused Taryn when he saw that his target had disappeared into a crowd. He continued to follow his target, weaving through the crowd. He would see him for a second then he would be devored by the crowd again. He wondered who this man was and what the Empire wanted with him for a moment. But only for a moment. the thought of $60000 pushed it out of his mind.

20-12-2008, 22:45
Whilst walking through a dense part of the crowd Riker slipped down one of the alley ways and once away ran to the corner and was on the next street and walking away from his contact but was looking for a way back round
Taryn thought that he saw his target slip down an alley but at the same time he saw a person that looked like his target. Down the alley or follow the person. A feeling in his gut told him to go down the alley and so he did. It paid off because he say his target run around the corner.
Try to throw me off do you now? he thought as he started to run.
The Battlehawk
20-12-2008, 23:29
As expected Riker heard footsteps in the alley, his suspions were correct he was being tailed. His hand wanted to slip to his weapon but his mind told him not to. He slowed right down and took a hat out of his pocket and put it on his head, he threw the coat he was wearing in a nearby by bin.
OOC: Could I be a contact for your spy, mabye a member of the Ursavian's most secretive force: the Black Guard. May he could be there to provide info and weapons sort of like Fiona from 'Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction'.

OOC: Sure, sounds good
"HELLFIRE!!!" shouted Taryn, kicking the bin contianing the jacket. Now that his target had changed his appearance his chances of finding him were slim to nil. He was about to pull out his phone when he noticed a piece of paper poking out of the pocket of the jacket. He started to grin as he reliased that it was an address.

Riker skolwed as he realised he'd left the adress in the coat and that the tailer would have found it. He still had to make the meet but he'd have to take out the problem first.
Of course he would of reliased that you found the address. Taryn thought, pulling out his Osprey pistol, checking the clip and the blade. hostering the gun, he thought They said not to kill him. They didnt say anything else though
The Battlehawk
21-12-2008, 01:54
Riker approahced the contact point, he kept in the crowds and kept a carful ear out
Taryn walked into the coffee shop just as he spotted his target. He quickly grabbed a newspaper and ordered a latte. He then sat down at a corner table, opened the newspaper and waited.
The Battlehawk
21-12-2008, 02:57
Riker sat and scanned the shop. He took a small pad out of his pocket an dplaced it flat on the table and he sat there...and sat there...and sat there...for four hours.
Marton Schmidt had seen the signal for the meeting to be made in the form of the pad an four hours ago from his apartment window. Marton hadn't gone for it however, at least not right away. Instead the Black Guard, at the end of the fourth hour, lit a cigarette and grabbed his HK .45 with a tactical flashlight. Then, as Marton left the apartment he locked the door behind him and didn't do like most movie spies would do: leaving through the fire escape or some other absurd method. Marton left like any other customer would, going through the lobby and across the street.
Marton ran a hand across his greying beard while he approached the coffee shop and ignored the Battlehawk agent completely. Marton ordered a straight black coffee before glancing back like he had suddenly seen a good friend: the Battlehawk agent. Marton spoke loud enough for those nearby to hear what he was saying.
"Gregory," Marton said, using a fake name for the agent's safety "You never told me you were going to going on a trip here. I thought I was the culture freak out of us two." Marton said happily as he sat down.
The Battlehawk
21-12-2008, 17:27
"Didn't think I'd see you here Steve, hows life been?" Riker asked "Bit complicated for myself, had some trouble with another firm" Riker added hoping Marton would gather that they were comrpised
"I see, bad luck seems to be following you everywhere these days doesn't it?" Marton asked, implying he got the message.
Marton sat down and took his cigarette from his mouth in order to take a sip of his coffee before putting the cigarette back between his lips and leaning back in his seat. Marton crossed his legs in their khaki-pants and motioned with his eyes, but only for a second, to a man at a corner-table who he believed was the follower. Then with an invisible shift of his shoe Marton set his coffee down and reached under the table to retrieve the message disguised in fifty dollars worth of Battlehawk currency.
"I nearly forgot..." Marton said, tossing the 'money' with it's hidden note on the table "...I owed you for the meal when we last met." Marton said.
On the note, it would basically tell him that Marton wasn't at liberty to tell him his real full name, what agency he worked for in Ursava, and that he was going to be Riker's field-runner. He would provide him weapons and info and that he should never tell Marton his real full name or his exact location at any time: nor what Battlehawk agency he worked for.
The Battlehawk
21-12-2008, 19:38
"No matter what I do, still seems to catch up with me" Riker commented implying that he knew that the follower knew that he was being followed.
"About damn time" Riker replied with a faint smile taking the money and putting it into his trouser pocket
"I know, but at least I paid in-full." Marton said.
Marton glanced over Riker's shoulder at a man in a corner table with a magazine and an espresso who seemed to stick out ib the cafe full of fascists. Marton hated this place and everything about it, but he had been in worse places than The Grand World Order before so he could deal with it. Marton snuffed out his cigarette and tossed it in to a nearby trash-can before pulling out his packet of cigarettes and pulling one out. Before he lit his own Marton slid the pack over to Riker in case he wanted one then lite his own with a simple match.
"So, what do you need?" Marton asked, whispering to Riker so others couldn't overhear easily.
OOC: Do you know what I can be in this thread?
The Battlehawk
21-12-2008, 21:34
Riker took one
"I'm searching for a terrorst that bombed my homeland last month" Riker responded "My firm lost several assests and beleivve he's here"
terroists you say? though Taryn, who was getting very sore from sitting for about 4 hours. At least he wasnt a terroist himself. But the other man....Taryn swore he had seen him before....
OOC: Who Marton or Riker?
Marton looked at the man in the corner who had suspiciously been there for all four hours since the signal had been dropped. Marton didn't like the fact that Riker had been followed all the way to the drop-off point but if they played their cards right Riker would be able to get the terrorists-scum bag who bombed a building in Battlehawk. Marton took a drag on his cigarette and blew the smoke in a small plume, away from Riker.
"Do you have any info on the man?" Marton asked.
"Son of a bitch!" Taryn jumped out of his set as one of the other customers dropped their coffee on his table, getting the newspaper in the process.
"Sorry man..." the random then ran out the door.
"Dumbass....Oh shit..."Taryn said as he reliased that almost everyone in the shop was looking at him. So much for that idea he thought, flicking off the safety on his Osprey pistol.
The Battlehawk
22-12-2008, 12:46
"Go now" Riker commneted, not missing the man flicking the safety off
"No, you're the operative." Marton ordered, taking a final drag on his cigarette "I'll be fine here." Marton said before tossing his cigarette to the floor.
Marton didn't reach for his own gun, he had played it smart. Well before ever entering the place Marton had turned the safety of his HK .45 off so it would always be ready to use. Marton did not draw his own gun despite the man making it obvious that he had one, instead Marton remained calm and finished his coffee. The man could only shoot one of them before the other was able to draw a gun and shoot back.
The Battlehawk
22-12-2008, 15:45
"I'll be in touch" Riker siad as he left "Good seeing you again"
"You as well." Marton replied, keeping his eyes on the man who had (presumably) turned off the safety of his gun.

Once outside Riker walked briskly along the pavememnt, blending back into the crowss
The Grand World Order
22-12-2008, 19:45
The CCU officers outside had seen the situation breaking out, and quickly the air became filled with radio calls and the digitized voices of the CCU. "Armed suspect sighted, relaying coordinates..." The rest was lost in the fast chatter.
Not too far away, sirens could be heard. The nearby Fire Team was heading for the shop, wielding MP7s (Except for the Corporal who had a Kriss Super V). They could be seen outside before they reached the door.
The Battlehawk
22-12-2008, 19:52
Riker heard the sirens and was glad he was nearly back at his apartmemnt
Marton saw the CCU officers approaching and remained calm despite the knowledge that they would probably search everybody inside so Marton began moving towards the back of the building where a trash-can stood, under the guise that he was just throwing away his now empty cup. Marton did so and waited for a decent-sized group of people to come and throw their stuff away, essentially disturbing the once clear sight on Marton so he could slip out the door. Marton did so and came out in a small alley and got out on to the sidewalk, blending in with the crowd: playing it smart by not heading for his apartment-room.
"Let me out the back door and i wont paint a picture with your brians!"Taryn demanded, point his pistol at the shopkeeper.
Fine! here's the key!" stammered the shopkeeper.
Taking the key Taryn ran out the back of the shop into an alleyway. Pulling out his phone, he puickly dailed his contacts number.
"I want to torture the crap out of this agent, can i do that?"
Silence for a moment then:
"Yes"
Marton saw the man from the diner go running down the sidewalk and quickly shifted through the crowds to follow him at a safe distance. Then, when there was a clear spot Marton drew his HK .45, aimed for the man's knee as people scattered, and fired off three rounds after the man before going in pursuit by ducking through the civilians around him: some of whom were too stunned to move.
The Grand World Order
22-12-2008, 22:14
"Shots fired! Shots fired! Requesting Yellow-Code lockdown!" shouted one of the officers. The CCU cars were arriving, one of them pulling up to the sidewalk where the shots had just rang out. The doors essentially flew open, and the two men inside took cover behind the armored doors, hoisting their weapons: An FSARS double-barrel semi-automatic shotgun, and an MP7. An order of "Drop your weapons or face on-site prosecution!" came from behind one of the vocoder-enabled gas masks.
Marton had already dissapeared in the crowd while still trailing the agent from before. If the man got captured, more power to the fascist government. If he didn't then that was just another chore on Marton's list as he holsted his gun and moved through some of the more unknowing citizens while the CCU officers did what they did best. Marton still kept pursuing the other agent through the crowd despite their presence however.
The Battlehawk
22-12-2008, 22:33
Riker was nearly back when he heard the weapons fire. He was trapped just before his apartment block by one off the lockdowns. He walked up to the blockade
"OHSHITOHSHITOHSHIT!" shouted Taryn as he ran as fast as he could. A bullet had just nicked his leg as one of the angents was shooting at him. Rounding a corner, he stopped, pulled out his Osprey pistol and got ready to chop the offending agents head off with the Ospreys blade.
OOC: The Osprey pistols blade is VERY sharp.
OOC: Doesn't matter, neither of us are right behind you.
Marton had seen the man duck in the alley and realized a perfect oppurtunity proceeded to point in the alley and shout to the CCU officers while hopping up and down, everything to get their attention.
"The shooter's over the there officers, over there!" Marton shouted, pointing to the man in the mouth of the alley.
Marton then pretended like he was overcome by the crowd so he'd be unseen and waited to see what would happen.
The Grand World Order
22-12-2008, 23:37
The CCU officers started opening fire, hurling 4.6mm rounds and 12 gauge shotgun shells at the shooters, especially the man holding a sort of knife-pistol. "Opening fire, opening fire, requesting further assistance," continued the radio shouts of Magna Polis's finest. The clopping of more CCU boots could be heard, and the PA system's automated, feminine voice spoke out, "A Yellow Lockdown has been called in your sector. Repeat, a Yellow Lockdown has been called in your sector."
"Damnit! This is going from bad to worse," Taryn said, ducking behind a dumpster.
He saw a CCU officer coming down the alley. In a flash Taryn jumped up, sliced at the mans hands and stole his shotgun.
"Not my style, but it will have to do" Taryn remaked, pumping the shotgun.
Resting the barrel on top of the dumpster, he fired a shot in the general direction of the CCU officers, while at the same time dailing his contact.
"yeah, i need a little help here."
"Wait 5 seconds and you will get it"
So Taryn cut the call, pumped the shotgun again, and fired again.
Then 5 seconds was up.
And all hell broke loss.
Marton watched as people went running to-and-fro and moved to the same position where he had pointed to the man. It was a perfect side-shot where the man rested behind the dumpster. Marton took aim and fired off the rest of his HK .45's clip before dropping it out of the gun and loading in a fresh one from under his jacket. Marton then relocated in the massive crowd while tucking his gun back under his jacket. He moved through a second alley in order to come out behind Riker's former follower.
Taryn ducked when he heard several llarge explosions nearby. When he looked up he saw someone in the crowd throw a moatov at the CCU officers. The man then ran off down the street. Dailing his contact he asked:
"Did you just throw a moatov at the CCU?"
"No not me. One of my other contacts."
"Oh thats ok then"
Hanging up, he put his phone away, fired a shot at the CCU and then threw the now empty shotgun away. Then he thought he saw movement out of the corner of his eye and turned around and pointed his pistol down the alley.
The Grand World Order

((OOC: I'm not entirely sure if the pistol-bayonet could cut through a GIPU, but I won't object.))
As one of the CCU officers was killed, a loud beeping pulse could be heard coming from their gas mask. In all the CCU gas masks, the same automated voice from the PA system was saying, "Pulse signal lost on Civilian Control Unit in your sector; Please respond and investigate, Code Three."
Suddenly, the PA system gave another announcement. "A Red Lockdown has been declared in your Sector; All Citizens are asked to comply with Civilian Control Forces in your area."
More and more CCU was showing up, equipped with heavier armor and weapons. Instead of MP7s for every officer, many had P-90s, Kriss Super Vs, FSARS shotguns, MP5A4s, and MI-8A2 Modular Assault Weapons. The CCU forces in the area split into seven-man Elements, each lead by a Sergeant.
A CCU Grizzly APC with its lights and siren screaming over the commotion pulled up near Taryn, and several officers in Heavy Enforcer uniforms quickly jumped out the back before coming around and beginning to spit fire at the suspect. They moved closer as they did so, forming a sort of line. Taryn had killed an officer; there would be no mercy in the chase for him.
"Well shit. I should just kill myself. But thats stupid. I wonder...." Taryns voice faded as he thought his plan through. It was completely stupid, based around the stupidity of police officers and would require some form of extraction.
Pulling out his phone, he dailed and asked:
"Which limb would i have to sell to get an extraction?"
"How about you pay me that money you owe me from that poker game"
"I can do that"
"umm...rooftop. tall apartment building. 2 blocks from your current position. There will be a helicopter there in about 5 minutes. And you better pay up"
"thats if i get out of here alive."
Cutting the call, Taryn poked his head out. The following volley from the CCU nearly took off his head.
"Ok, I need to give them something to shoot at,"as he said that , Taryns eyes fell on the pile of pipes on the ground.
The Grand World Order
23-12-2008, 05:00
((OOC: Not sure if that'd be a good choice, the Magna Polis Air Control Division would get mighty suspicious of a helicopter randomly landing in a Red-Lockdown Sector; the policy of Red Lockdown is nothing comes in or out except government personnel.))
Two of the officers led the Element into the alley, holding ballistic shields with "CIVILIAN" above the bullet-proof glass and "CONTROL" underneath it. They were crouching, so the men behind them could stand up to open fire. The team rushed into the alley, flipped on the lasers attached to their weapons, and quickly began letting off bursts of fire.
Marton had already slipped in to the alley and pretended to flee with the crowd while still keeping an eye on the follower. Then Marton saw the helicopter moving through the roof and slowly slipped in to the building's side-door of the ally. He would wait for the other man to try and get to the helicopter himself before he would make his move. Marton was trained for stopping run-aways, and now would be a great time for him to use that training to the best of his ability.
The CCU saw Taryn pop out of his cover and naturally shot the shit out of him. Then they noticed that he didnt fall over. So they shot him so more. THEN he fell over. And fell to pieces of piping.
"Suckers," said the REAL Taryn, who was already a block away. He had ran while the CCU was shooting the crap out of some pipes. Checking how much ammo he had left, he continued running towards the apartment building where he was to be picked up. He heard the helicopter coming in and started to sprint towards the building.

Magna Polis Air Monitoring Station #24
"Sir, there's an unauthorized aircraft flying over a Red zone, course of action?" asked a young RADAR operator.
The old man (Who seemed to be in the early stages of Alzheimer's) promptly responded. "Tell them CCU codgers to send a couple of Cobras after 'em, and tell them damn Air Force sons of bitches to send an F-35, you hear me?"
The RADAR operator quickly notified the Magna Polis Air Defense Force, and an F-35 was scrambled to meet with the helicopter, along with two Super Cobra attack helicopters.
On the ground
Yet another CCU car spotted Taryn. The driver floored it, aiming to run the man over. After he had either passed or hit him, the car came to a halt before the officers flung open the doors and began opening fire on Taryn (Regardless if he was behind them or on their windshield.) Reinforcements quickly were called, and another Grizzly could be seen turning the corner further down the street.
"COME ON! I didnt even kill anyone! dont you guys have a murderer or something to chase?" asked Taryn, who had just rolled off the windscreen. The CCU officers answered with a hail of bullets, during which Taryn quickly dived off to the side.
"Wait..." said Taryn. He looked up and he swore he could see the tail end of a helicopter on the roof of the building across the street.
"Now that just arnt fair!"
"HANDS IN THE AIR!!!" A CCU officer had finally cornered Taryn.
"Fuck you" replied Taryn, leveling his pistol at the mans head and pullinh the trigger. Turning his gun to the second man he fired 3 shots at the other CCU officer. 1 hit the car, another hit the pavement but the 3rd hit the man in the chest. Taryn then doubled over in a sudden burst of pain.
"shit...." said Taryn, who reliased that he had been shot and that he didnt feel it because of the affects of his body starting to go into shock.
"gotta move..." Taryn said, limping as fast as he could towards the building

The bullet pinged off the first officer's helmet, while the other one sunk into the Kevlar of the officer's vest. The first man fell to the ground, as the force had knocked him out, while the wind had been knocked out of the second one. The Grizzly pulled onto the sidewalk before another Element had jumped out and began giving chase. The peppering of rounds could be heard over the beating of the rotors above, and the whizzing of the bullets could be heard by Taryn.
"Oh who am i kidding?" said Taryn, who sat himself down against the side of a building. knowing he had only 1 bullet left, he saw a CCU officer come up to him
"SURRENDER!" shouted the officer, though to Taryn it sounded far away.
Must be bleeding out He thought.
"Lets see, umm....FUCK YOU!!!" shout Taryn, being the gun to his head and pulling the trigger.
