For some time, the Imperial Federation of the Monavian Empire has not maintained formal relations with the Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi, aside from some brief periods of communication between out offices. Due to the ever-changing and turbulent nature of international affairs, my government has agreed to reinitiate diplomatic dialogue with your own government.

It has been reported among journalistic circles and government agencies that the old government went through several changes of administration and holders of office since diplomatic contact was first initiated. Perhaps it would be prudent for the juvenile spokesman from Miyager to be replaced, or at least educated in the arts of conduct. Such words are liable to cause harm to him/herself, if not the nation as a whole. Many nations have far shorter fuses than apparently realised.

We must, on a more appropriate note, announce that whilst no love is lost between Adenia and communism, we must respect the ability of the people to form their own government. The recent changes in Stoklomolvi, back to what they always were, weren't much of a surprise for most of the population of the Confederacy. It was a fact that a transition to capitalism would usually mean more misery than that already done by the government, and lead a people to forget many of the atrocities of the old regime and think that back then, life was better. And freedom aside, one could argue that the existence of comprehensive healthcare and reduced probability of starvation made it slightly better than capitalist exploitation. Of course, for the Confederacy people, it is better to starve as an unemployed than to be fed as a slave of the government. Anything is better than it for them though, so it is no wonder that they despise such regimes even more than they despise capitalism.

There was one thing to consider. The People's Republic of Spain now has regained a potential ally in their struggle to maintain a status quo of inhumanity and oppression. However, for the people of Third Spanish States in their current climate, the only acceptable outcome for their conflict would be the complete elimination of all oppressive government institutions in Spain and of course, the liberation of Portugal from such government's regional imperialism. Stoklomolvi was for now seem as a distant threat, but in time perhaps, such distance would become much smaller than now.

For a change, in accordance to the "actions speak louder than words" policy, no official or semi-official statement was released about this new event, although it can be deducted that it will certainly shape the future of the Confederacy in the near future, and thus that they care about it.

Not really. If the ASoGM denies the right of another nation to self govern itself due to ideological differences, then what gives us the right to then ask the other nations of the world that don't respect our political ideology to honor our right to self govern ourselves.

It saddens my heart when the Light of Liberty is stamped out by tyranny's shadow and a people are left cold, oppressed; forsaken. Whatever the 'will of the people' may be, it is not truly the will of 'the People' but merely the will of a majority of the people; a fabrication of the true meaning of the phrase 'the People.' The minority which do not consent to such a form of government are still a piece of 'the People' and, therefore, 'the People' do not truly consent to this form of governance, or any which may deny their individual right to free thought and expression for that matter. Thusly, this oppression of a portion of the population is just as heinous a crime as the oppression of the majority, which despite what the majority believe, oppression of the majority is still occurring. When a society resorts to collectivism, the minority is silenced; drowned by the waves of the majority. The Individual's rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness are abused, forgotten, and ultimately destroyed. Communism, collectivism; even socialism are never the answer in 'protecting' the People's will; such measures will only harm the will of the People in the long run.

My heart feels pain for those denied Liberty's Light, its warmth and safety, by their government, whose cold conviction of steel ultimately causes those hungry for Liberty to starve in the freezing night.

May God shed mercy on these forsaken; may Liberty shed Light on these starving.

The Communist Party of Stoklomolvi would like to collectively thank the states of Telros, Chernobl, Madurastan, Passee, Miyager, Philimbesi, Brittanican Adenia, Maine Islands, and the Allied States of Gun Manufacturers for their recognition and support.

We are glad that our ally, Orbath, has taken in the liberals, who were exiled by the people for their bourgeois ideology and their overall hatred of the government. Even before the communist government, they hated the republic; they demanded pure direct democracy, which was something that could not be given to them as the compromise would not allow it.

To Gibberish America, Stoklomolvi would be proud to sign a mutual defence pact. There is no reason why this should not happen.

To <REDACTED>, we would <REDACTED><REDACTED><REDACTED><REDACTED>. We like curry.

To Cayuna Islands, a government wanted by the people and that acts for the people is never a bad thing.

To Cravan, there are no oppressed minorities. Minorities that feel oppress are free to express their grievances to their local Politburo, which would then report to the government in Vladistov. If you're worried about corruption, we have agents of the Commissar stationed in said Politburos who execute corrupt officials on the spot.

As an end note, we would like to thank the international community for stepping beyond the old barriers that caused much hatred over ideology. And for this, we are glad that the world has evolved beyond constant, pointless anti-communist hatred that served only to split and never unify.

Stoklomolvi would be happy to open diplomatic relations with the Monavian Empire, and agrees that a diplomatic meeting would be ideal to begin. Perhaps, within the next few months, a meeting may be held between the leaders of the Monavian Empire and the Communist Federation of Stoklomolvi.

As for the status of your embassy, no embassy has been closed, altered, or in any other way changed due to the coup, as all original members of the government during the Communist Dominion were present during the Federation, and all members present during the Federation are present today. Not much change ever happens in Stoklomolvi in terms of the government.

Your offer to open up diplomatic ties is most generous. Should such a meeting take place, it would be best that it is kept secret from the prying eyes of other nations which would oppose any further relations between us. The details of this meeting can be worked out at a more appropriate time.

I am again grateful to hear that my embassy lot reservation still stands. A plan to construct an embassy will be soon forthcoming, and I would like to extend an offer for you to open up an embassy once the meeting is concluded. The relative stability within your government and populace is surprisingly high and brings me much peace of mind.
