Greetings kindhearted nations, Maayastan is a young Muslim country on the world stage. We recently united several tribes under one central government by our Benevolent King, King Haku Yamazaki (ethnically my country is Asian but it's very Muslim culture oriented).
About:
Maayastan is a land-locked country with a mixed climate and unsual geographical set up. The county is split in two by the high Mountains that run north to south along the center country creating a rain shadow effect. Thus half the country is green and temperate while the other half is a desert-steppe climate. As such the capital is located along the river banks of the Kara river as are most of the population.
Islam was introduced to the area by Muslim travelers sometime in the late 17th Century. It is believed present day Maayastan was included in this geographical religion spreading. Maayastan wasn't officially organized as a country until 2001, when it was decided by the people to be represented by a single family. The Royal Family is a gracious family in our eyes almost sent by Allah himself. They help the nation function soundly. This family kindly invites all of you to begin relations. We are ready.
