As the pink sky punctured the deep clouds, the Rithic government was on edge. The people were formed into a militaristic society, and they were anxious for fighting. Just to annoy the world, The Supreme Consul passed an act today which is as follows.



A fighting spirit has always been in Rithian. As the southeastern state restores balance, Rithian is ready to retake is position as a active nation in international affairs. We are ready to fight those who oppose our decision to rebuild the Rithic Empire, restore our past territories, and build an impressive nuclear arsenal(By governmental standards, approx. 200 tons of warheads). We will stake our claim by signing that all members of the human race ARE created equal, they are just not born into equal nations.

As part of this act, Rithian is seeking any alliances that could potentially draw them into wars of defense or aggression.

We Spit Break would support your nation or any other nation that if attacked by aggressor, however we will not engage in wars of aggression that are not in the interests of our nation. Therefore if your nation wishes to form any type of Mutual defense pact with us there would need to be a assurences you will not bully weaker nations or take land for the sake of war or conquest.

As part of this act, Rithian is seeking any alliances that could potentially draw them into wars of defense or aggression.

OOC: The Meritocracy of South Lizasauria is currently seeking national unity (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=575534&highlight=Lizasaurianism) which has caused clashes with fascist and communist separatists in the Pan Lizasaurianism thread. I think that combining the RPs might prove to be an excellent idea.

As this transpired the Meritocracy looked to unite all South Lizasaurianic states, meanwhile a secret group was plotting to spark a major war to distract the world while they pull a few strings to cause South Lizasuaira to amalgamate all lizasaurs under one banner. The fascists held some land, as did the communists and some dissident sects that have managed to stave off the FMA's unremitting attacks. Rithia would have to pick a side, it didn't matter which one since either way it would benefit the secret society's plans.
