(OOC: Just a little note about this nation, I inherited it from a friend who never really done anything with it, I never knew what to do with it until today when I was forced to work with someone I HATE, but that is besides the point, what that experience taught me is that if two people who cannot for the life of them get along have no choice but to work together their just going to have to grit their teeth and get on with it or fail, so i thought maybe that is what I can do with this nation which never really done anything, so I took two ideologies that traditionally hate each-other (namely communism and fascism) put a big wall (patrolled by armed guards xD) in the middle of the country put one on one side and one on the other side and voila!
This is a joint communiqué and therefore will use words like “we” “us” and “our” but don't be fooled by the polite words, just because they sometimes have to put up with each-other does not mean they like each-other, actually they still get along like two cats in a bag (Especially if they are like my cats who cannot see each-other without getting into a fight O_o), like me and that person, we both still want the other one to vanish. That will never change, but sometimes grudging co-operation is important, if excruciatingly tiring and irritating
One last thing, please do not offer either side military aid in “annihilating” the other, I do not want to do that just yet
Making an embassy is not compulsory you can just drop a line saying hi (or whatever) if you like)

To the nations of the world,
The two nations of Terraficial Blanc would like to open their doors to the international community. Terraficial Blanc has for some time been in isolation due to internal issues but as these seem to have settled down we would both like to invite other nations to establish embassies in one or both nations.
Terraficial Blanc is technically one nation however it is under an extreme divide, the North and South are completely independent of one another having both vastly different ideologies and forms of government as well as independent rulings and laws. We ourselves see each-other as not being part of the same nation, but in-fact a completely different nation who just happens to share a name and currency and we ask the international community to do the same and acknowledge the independent sovereignty of the Communist north and Fascist south and see both as a separate country in no way relating to one another.
As this is an invitation for you to establish an embassy in one (Or both) of our nations you should fill out the following form:

Should you choose to establish an embassy in North Terraficial Blanc please contact Lynda Moran who is the Minister of foreign affairs and should you be accepted your embassy will be located in the capital city Lolahend in either Byburn Street or Esterfair Avenue, Should you choose to establish an embassy in South Terraficial Blanc please contact Luther Antione who is the Foreign affairs minister and should you be accepted your embassy will be located in the capital city Valbourne in either Estantas Way or Anglium Road. Should you wish to apply for both you need only fill in the form once but address it to both.
EDIT: If applying for both, you may have the same ambassador but it may be easier if you have separate people as your representatives so that they wont have to continually travel back and forth. For those who do they will have to show their ambassador's passport to the wall guard in the city of Mideivept as that is the only crossing from the North to South and Vice Versa
