Denecaep has recently found some oil deposits near our southern border, however, we are pretty environmental and do not use much oil except for plastics. We are in need of steel for various industry.
Will someone please trade us some steel for oil? Post how much oil you want, and how much steel you will give.
Thank You

We really do not even have enough refineries to take care of all this oil.
Once again, we are in real need of steel.

OOC: Easy on the bumping, it's generally accepted to only post a bump once every 24 hours. Also, there are only about 10 members online in this forum right now so the odds of you getting any takers are slim.
As an aside, I threw down the gauntlet in the Riatto thread, was wondering if you wanted to do anything with that.

To: Government, the Democratic States of Denecaep
To whom it may concern
Having recently reviewed your nation’s request for a trade agreement as well as a brief investigation of your nation as a whole, I am pleased to offer the following counsel to your government:
While Googlewooper law prohibits government brokering of commodities directly, drastically lowered trade tariffs and free trade agreements are used by our government to ensure profitable resource ‘trading’ between our nation and others. As such, we are willing to offer the following:
A 100% reduction in tariffs on Oil imported from Denecaep, making your oil much cheaper to buy relative to other sellers. I am pleased to inform you that no similar trade agreement exists for oil imports with any other nation which will ensure demand for oil from Denecaep will be exceptionally high providing an immense injection of capital into your economy.
In exchange, a similar drop in trade tariffs by Denecaep on Googlewooper steel would similarly increase exports of steel to your country hence providing similar benefits to our economy. Alternatively, if for any reason this is not acceptable, the Googlewooper Government would be willing to commit a portion of its current budget surplus to subsidising Googlewooper steel sold to Denecaep corporations/government departments creating a similar effect.
Additionally, given the violent history of oil related conflicts which consume many smaller, oil bearing nations, the Department of Defence offers to send a delegation of experts to assess and advise your government on both the internal security for your oil-related assets and the wider defence of your young nation.
Please feel free to contact me through my department office at any time should you wish to discuss or confirm a deal.
