_____Hundreds of reporters flocked to the Shazbotdom Imperial Parliamentary Building on 9th December when the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, anounced the realignment of Embassies within the Shazbotdom Empire. This reporter attended this meeting personally and heard first hand accounts of what this second realignment was all about during this time of international unrest.

_____The meeting opened with the Committee Pledging themselves to the Imperial Seat of the Supreme Emperor. This is a standard practice during the beginning of any meeting that occures within the Parliamentary Building, as procedure that was initiated late last year. Minister of Foreign Affairs Ken Terrance started out the meeting.

_____"With International Instability reaching it's highest marks in the past 10 years, the Shazbotdom Empire feels that we need to take a proactive approach in helping to ensure the peace and prosperity of the citizens of the Empire and our Allies abroad," Mr. Terrance was noted as saying. "With this, it is a joint decison of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Foreign Relations to take a long hard look at the Embassies within the Shazbotdom Empire and evict or upgrade any nation that we feel necessary.

_____"The Committee feels that it is our responsibility to ensure the saftey of the Empire from within, looking over Embassies and their inhabitants and judging if the Embassy needs to be upgraded from it's current status, or the inhabitants evicted as per the Official Renting Agreement that was signed between the renters nation and the Empire," Mr. Brian Thim, chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations stated. "Therefore we will be looking at all Embassies with a ranking of Silver, which is the Severe Security Restrictions rank, and review what their nations have done since their Embassy was issued to them."

_____The list of Embassies that will be effected was then hearby released to the public by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This reporter saw first hand the Nations on that list. With some powerful nations included within the list of 8 Nations of whom's Embasy is on the chopping block, one needs to wonder what these nations will do if their Embassy within the Shazbotdom Empire is revoked and their personel are Evicted from their Embassy and Deported out of the Shazbotdom Empire. Only time will tell what is to be offered from the International Community to this astonishing anouncment.

We of Miroxia understand our embassy was issued to us as Rank Silver a few years back during the reign of Roland (and our near war), but I feel Miroxia and Shazbotdom have become close allies and wish to see if maybe we can be upgraded, not much, no, just enough to keep us in the Empire.

Too bad my MoFA killed himself, otherwise he'd draft a kick-ass response...

_____After long debate about the status of the Silver Status Embassies within the Shazbotdom Empire we have decided that the results will be released later today. Reference is that only Three of the Embassies will be upgraded to the Orange Status at this time. Four Embassies will be ejected from the Shazbotdom Empire and One will remain at the Silver Status. The Full Anouncment will be made in a Television Press Conference. If any Foreign Newscasters wish to ask any questions, please be at the Parliamentary Building at 8pm Tonight. Thank you.

Shaz City, Shazbotdom- Miroxian news casters arrived at the embassy earlier yesterday. They had stayed up through the hour delay and almost jumped to the moon when they heard the results. The following is the live broadcast:

OOC: In the Former The New True Cross Embassy in Shazbotdom
IC: Lance Corporal O'Leary and the embassy staff made busy planting the explosives. Lieutenant O'Reilly stood at the gate to the embassy yard with an icy cold stare. His hands were clasped tightly behind his back and in his left hand was his LMW BR-8 revolver, ready in case the Shazbotdom officials showed up to enforce their most recent ruling. With the explosives planted they moved up to the top floor and placed the VX gas canisters near the windows at the front of the building. When they finished the preparations O'Leary called down to the Lieutenant, "We're finished up here, top."
"Right, then tell the folks to bunker down in the basement, the helicopter will be here to pick then up in ten minutes. I need you out here in case the shite hits the fan. And bring the carbines."

TNTC. You wouldn't be able to get VX Gas into the nation with the restrictions put on your Embassy. So sorry but delete all that crap out of your post. Your staff was limited, remember? From the Embassy Application Thread.

SPECIFICTIONS FOR NATIONS WITH SEVERE RESTRICTIONS
1. No More Than 10 Armed Guards.
2. No More Than 10 Embasy Staff.
3. No Shazbotdom Nationals Allowed To Work At Embasy
4. No Nationals Allowed Inside Shazbotdom (Except the above mentioned personell).
5. Weekly Inspections by Shazbotdom SCS Marines.
6. No Men from the Clergy outside the Embasy Walls.
7. No More than Three vehicles (No Armed, Armored, or Tanks)
8. Land is Rented, Not Sold to the Naiton with the Embasy

OOC: Ok, it was just in the spirit of a fun RP, how does this sound. No VX, minor explosives that were purchased from the local black market. As I posted I only have two armed guards so my staff analysis is fine as is.
