[ OOC: This RP is restricted to Pacitalia, Manhattan Prime and Novus Prosperitas. Other players may only participate to post news articles related to the storyline in order to provide the RP with at least some external perspective. However, if you do wish to participate in that respect you must clear it with me first as it is still a closed RP. The end result of the RP will be the three countries enjoying closer ties. -Paci ]
