A mysterious videotape is sent to various assassins. It say,"Hello to all who recieve this, if you are hearing this, then you are considered good enough to attempt this assassination mission we have for you. There are three targets:
A Dictator of a small island named El Mask de Animales, who is currently within an island fortress
The CEO of the Mr. Meat Corporation named Mr. Meathead, who is currently in his suite in a factory
Finally there is the heroin/super heroess by the name Jane Doe, who is in Liberty City fighting crime
For each hit you make, you will recieve $33 and 1/3 million
This tape will now explode."
