Following the official recognition by Etoile Arcture of the newly created Republic of Madurastan in the territory of the former Republic of Colstream, we are eager to continue the diplomatic, cultural and economic ties between our peoples. We are therefore humbled to be first of many nations to request to establish an embassy in your nation.

Any special requests: During the current period of unrest we would request to temporarily assign additional security personnel (up to 40) to provide enhanced security to all embassy staff, two M344 Wolverine armoured personnel carriers to replace the usual transport contingent, and to deploy a Special Operations Company with mechanised infantry fighting vehicles and a Patriot battery to protect the embassy. We also request overflight rights over Liberty City for MV-22A Osprey's operating from the embassy grounds. All these extra resources will be withdrawn once the crisis is over and is purely precautionary.
