Tara stood at the pulpit and looked at the empty meeting hall. Pretty soon it would be full of rightist and conservatives. She smiled, moving her blonde hair out of her face she tapped the mic. The thump echoed through the hall, like thunder in a mountain valley.
"Ma'am the guests are arriving, should I show them to the banquet halls or directly to the meeting room?" Said her right hand woman, Chelsea Williams. Her father was the famous Ezekial Williams, the bunker buster of diplomacy for the old ralkovian government. She had him tied around her finger now and he was now their secret weapon of diplomacy.
"Entertainment then business," she said as Chelsea walked away. She got up and went to her quarters and got ready.
Her dress was a beautiful Tvea(ralkovian fashion designer) dress that showed her womanly curves. She was still single at 34, most men were intimidated by her beauty, that was one of the reasons she was in power but also another reason why she was so lonely.
Sitting down in front of her mirror as her personal aides and maids fitted the dress on she would make any man's jaw drop. "Ms. Shock and Awe" as her generals called her, she got up and walked to where the guests were supposed to come in.

The Fictions delegation had arrived, the jet however, had not arrived from the country of Fictions, rather, from within Ralkovia itself, The expiation was simple, besides the fact the borders were closed, the current situation made it incredibly risky for someone to leave the country, so Fictions had decided to send someone who, not only was already out of the country, but had for some time been living in the Fictions embassy that was in the host country. This person was a woman by the name of Opal Krauss, she was a woman who looked about in her fifties, she had steel grey hair tied back in a severe bun and had a look about her that would not be out of place on a headmistress or the stricter class of librarian. Accompanying her was a man of about 38 who had a generally more light-hearted look about him, he was junior ambassador and his name was Isaac Carlson.

The GWO Learjet had landed. As the ramp lowered, a group of S.T.F. Agents clad in medium-class armor calmly walked out. Their rifles were slung around their backs. Following them was Sir Wesley Willis, the GWO Head of Foreign Affairs. He was a fat black man with a sort of afro dressed in GWO Government Officer clothing, including the famous trench coat (Which he wore open, slightly exposing the shape of his man-tits through his black undershirt). He had a mustache. Following Willis was George Orwaltz, wearing the same clothes as Sir Willis, only closed, formed, and cleaner, complemented by an officer's hat and a Nazi armband. Orwaltz was a member of both the Foreign Affairs Office and the Federal Guard.

Witnessing a fender-bender, Willis shouted, "HEY! LOOK WHAT YOU HAVE DONE! YOU HAVE SMASHED THIS MAN'S REAR BUMPER! HE WILL BE REALLY PISSED WHEN HE SEES THIS DAMAGE!" in a sort of retarded fashion. He was schizophrenic, after all. Orwaltz simply grabbed Willis and pulled him to their destination...

The DAI M-6 Jet and escorts landed on their designated runways. As the delegation emptied the jet, they entered into the luxury vehicles provided by the host nation. Ambassador Nimvoy Kamchok sat in the back of his limo, contemplating what this arrangement would result in.

Davíð Oddsson continued down the jets' ramp, it had been an uneventful flight and he was eager to meet with other right wingers to help bring his country some much need glory against the lefters. He briefly looked where his left hand would normally be, the surgery had been a success so many years ago...

Davíð arrived at the projected meeting place and quickly found himself a seat. He had watched a rather fat man yell just minutes before at an accident scene and was slightly concerned when that same man had also arrived...

Sir Willis and Orwaltz had arrived at the meeting chambers; Once Willis found his seat, he nearly broke the armrest off of his chair. Sitting next to him, of course, was Orwaltz.

The S.T.F. Agents had taken up guard positions in various places around and in the building.

The Rykarian Government plane began to come down, The skilled pilot hand selected by Mr. Fleischer to fly his Government Transport, The plane touched down softly on Airstrip 4 as it bounced up and down lightly, it's wheels skidding against the rough tarmac of the Airstrip as the plane began to slow down, They began to taxi to a nearby strip as The fighter transports were landing on Airstrip 6.

The Pilot brought the Rykarian learjet to a soft stop on the Taxiway as the Ramp lowered, Mr. Dmitri Weber Peered his head out of the doorway, Giving his surroundings a quick look as he ordered a few of the Totengeist under his command to Open the doors on the nearby Armored Transport SUV's

Weber watched the two Operatives walk down the ramp, Their rifles in hand as they began to prep the SUV's, Himself now walking down the ramp, Followed by Michael Fleischer and an Ensemble of Totengeist who were there to guard and protect their leader.

Michael walked rather slowly as he obviously saw no immediate threats around, the short walk to the Vehicles was rather uneventful, Him and Weber only discussing a few Tactics he would want his men to take in order to safeguard his life.

They loaded up into their Trucks, Numerous Totengeist Operatives Riding in the front and rear vehicles, With Fleischer in the center vehicle, Weber acting as his Chauffeur and Personal Bodyguard as They began to take off towards the Meeting place, Fleischer looking out his side window, noticing a rather large black man yelling at a messed up car, Thinking to himself "Well, That's interesting."

Ivan Rucinsky walked into the conference room with his standard suit and briefcase while another man walked behind him in his own suit while uttering some words to himself which were not only inaudiable but mostly consisted of his hopes for a productive meeting here in Ralkovia. This man was a new diplomat in the Foreign Ministry of Ixania, Albert Schneider, who had been a middle aged gentleman of German ancestry who recently joined the diplomatic corps after finding out it would help him fulfill his desire to see the world. While Rucinsky took his seat, immediately getting into his notes, Albert was looking at Tara who looked absolutely gorgeous in his mind. Although he would have enjoyed studying Tara Young, he had to remember his ethics so he took his seat and waited for the meeting to begin.

The Government jet that carried probably the most highly valued delegation to ever leave Fighter4u boraders soon was cleared to land by the runway control tower. With every sign of being handled by skilled pliots the mightly aircraft gently tounched it wheels upon the smooth runway and was soon rolling to a stop. It fighters escorts then radio to command that the "cargo" was delivered and they brust over the airport before almost tounching at the
wing tips to display a breath taking amount of skill before spillting off and excueting a perfect barrel roll and then taking off in a supersonic boom.

After that display the jet carrying the delegates finally taxi off the runway and off loaded their personnal and passengers. The three men would be protected by three highly trained bodyguards each who were extermely devoted to their assigned "Protectionman" or P-man. Some have been with their P-men for decades.

The First P-man out was Pman1 or better known by those who worked along side him as Deupty Minister Sean Mustard. He was black haired man with a sleek mustache, and his eyes had a cold hard look in them. Which was probably the result of suirving the 2st Relovution and numborous counter-intellegine raids which often resulted in many of his colleges simply disappearing in the middle of the night. His body guards quickly followed and he was wisked into a waiting Hummer.

Pman2 was soon out. He was Admiral Blair of the F4uN. He had the look of a tough bulldog and was builded short and squat. He had the reputation as a man who never yeild under fire and knew how to keep a cool head during a
crisis. This is probably how he worked his way up from beinga simply captian of a frigate to one of the most powerful Admirals in the Navy. He to was wisked away into another Hummer by his three bodyguards.

Then their was only Pman3. Russel Poland had blondle wavey hair that must of had made him look like a beach hottie in his teenage years. Now while he still had his muscles and boylike features. He eyes had since losted their boyhood innocence and were replace with a cruel calacuting look that never died. He must of had broken alotta hearts when he was young. But for now he could only survey the cold beakness of the scene that layed in front of him. He was the CEO of the largest contruction & demilotion companys in the world, nevermind Fighter4u. But now it was his turn to take his place in a third hummer.

Now that the Pmen and their entourage have taken their place. The eight car convey sped towards the Chambers that would soon house the birthplace of a new type of history.

Tara got up and smiled, walking over to Mr. Kamshok she bowed before extending her hand to the man."It is a pleasure to meet the droskian representative. I wish you well and hope this meeting turns some profitability to both of our nations."

She walked over and greeted the rykarians giving them the same formal greeting before walking over to the Ixanian."Mr. Rucinsky," she said smiling, her teeth were snow white and perfect, her smile brightened up the room. She turned her head to his aide before walking to greet the other countries councils and representatives.

He watched her as she walked off, not in a sexual way for he was a man well in his 60's and didn't believe it proper for such things. He merely wanted to see how she interacted with others and to try and catch the names of the other representatives.

Sir Willis extended a chubby hand to shake Tara's. After this, Orwaltz shot out a firm hand. Orwaltz was famous in the GWO Diplomatic Corps for his quick, witty replies. Many believe he would make a good lawyer; That is, if such a profession was respected and rewarding in the GWO. Instead, he was a sort of mix between a Secret Police officer in the GWO and a diplomat; however, his Judiciator status had mainly become ceremonial, and his work was reduced to casual work in Magna Polis.

((OOC: The Judiciators are on-site judges belonging to the GWO's Federal/National Police, the Federal Guard. They are also one of three Secret Police forces in the GWO, and only a few normal people know about their duties as a Secret Police. Of course, their SP duties are slightly overlapping and being replaced by the Gedanke-Polizei, the GWO's newest Secret Police.))

Both GWO diplomats watched the blackshirts, enjoying the sparks flying around the room.

"Say rah," said Willis quietly to Orwaltz, having a fit of schizophrenia. "Rah."

((OOC: lol, there's footage of Willis doing that on a public bus on YouTube))

IC:

Generalissimo Steven Grimmeberger was driving himself, Chief Derkins, and their guards along in an SUV. Not a blacked out, armoured one, just a plain old Chevy Suburban. Steven liked driving.

At 53, Grimmeberger, standing at about 5'9", was only barely middle-aged, yet his beard and shaggy hair was completely grey, and there were well-defined wrinkles in his face. His devotion to the country he ruled over was complete: indeed he often talked of being "married to the Federation." He was in shape, though not exceptionally so, and was beginning to have a bit of a gut. When one looked at him, they got the impression of a worn-out man who had survived assasination attempts, was a compassionate, almost paradoxically a pragmatic idealist, and struggled to cope with the rigors of running a large country almost single-handedly. He was a man with brown eyes that had become grey with the sights of a thousand hardships, having watched as his wife was executed by leftist rebels in the Civil War, and had seen the destruction wrought by that brutal conflict first-hand.

The other Federal official accompanying Grimmeberger was none other than Chief James Derkins, the Head of the State Special Police, the Federation's secret police force, though how secret they were was up for debate. He was Grimmeberger's right hand man, having been completely devoted to the General's cause during the civil war five years previously. He had replaced the well-loved Roderic Weller in his current position, after Weller had briefly been handed the reigns of power by Grimmeberger, only to be brought down by a brain tumore a few months into his regime. Derkins had so-far done an extremely good job with the unenviable task of trying to replicate Weller's organizational and diplomatic talents. Derkins was, by contrast to Grimmeberger, still fairly youthful, with a fair amount of experience, at 36. He had short, neat brown hair, was clean shaven, and was quite fit, used to the rigors of working as a soldier, and stood about 5'11 and 1/2". Derkins had a forceful personality, vigorous, relentless, and quite intelligent, with a knack with words and a commanding air to him. It was rumored that Grimmeberger was considering designating him as his heir and sucessor, as Grimmeberger himself had no family.

The two were accompanied by two SSP officers each, each of whom were armed with 9mm handguns. Grimmeberger was clothed in a grey-green Federation dress-fatigue uniform with a greatcoat of the same color. Derkins wore the grey uniform of the SSP, with the blazon on his left shoulder indicating his rank as Commander of the SSP. Both wore shin-high dress boots. Both also had pleasant smiles on their faces as they exited the car and began strolling up the stairs into the building. A meeting awaited.

"Excatly", said Sean. "Right now this meeting should be one to feel each other out. What our are goals?Intentions? And how far will we go to reach those goals? Can we work together? Are we willing to stand as once? Etc. These are all important questions that must be considered. This is a time for new ideas and a chance to heal any divisions we have. We must stand united agaisnt those who would wish us harm."

"Aye", said Blair. " The military aspects for now can wait. Their are others things just as. if not even more important then that."

He was tempted to scream "are you ready?", as if he was some Rock musician, but refrained to do so. This felt like that to him, and he continued to speak "Today is when our disunity ends. Today is when we take the stand against the liberal fool. The liberal does what is best for himself. What brings the most pleasure, what brings things easiest for himself, his own selfish desires dominate his thought. He attempts to take things from the hard-working and give it to the ones that never work or persevere. He wants life to be easy, not the long hours of work it should be. He teaches absurd ideas like Communism, and attempts to combat all us right-wingers with that thing. He is the liberal, the dishonest, lazy fool. Us hard-working conservatives must stand together and preach that hard-work and fairness brings results. We must have strong national pride and be able to defend ourselves from leftist pigs and fools. Most importantly, we must continue to be good people. Our disunity ends this day, my friends. Today is the day conservatism takes back the world." With that, the opening speech was over. Reginald thought it wasn't bad for the fact that he was coming up with it on the spot. He stepped off the stage, and imagined the song "Drivin' Wheel" in his head as the begining of the meeting began. The unity of right-wingers would crush the liberals of the world.

As Grimmeberger and Derkins quietly took their seats, and upon learning that the first topic was economics Grimmeberger immediately had numerous thoughts. First, Damn, we should have brought Sover with us. Second No we shouldn't have. He's a slight liberal. There would be a shouting match.

As Reginald finished his opening speech, both of the Federal representatives applauded. Derkins glanced over at Steven, who was taking notes on what Reginald had said for future reference, though whether it would be for use against Grimmeberger's political opponents or whether the combative general would use them against Reginald at some point remained to be seen. Typical Steve. Taking notes on everything, Derkins thought.

While on the subject of thoughts and opinions, it should be noted that Grimmeberger actually disagreed with some of the statements he had heard. Grimmeberger did not consider himself a conservative. He did not consider himself a liberal. He was staunchly practical, and ideological labels had no importance to him. Radicals on either side of the spectrum truthfully made him nervous. Libertarians, communists, socialists, anarchists, fascists, racial supremecists, practically-sovreign CEO's, and religious fanatics all made him slightly uncomfortable. In fact, moderate democrats, pragmatic dictators, and some of the more level-headed conservatives were really the only breed of ideoleague that he DIDN'T dissaprove of on some level. Derkins had similar views, though he was a little more conservative-leaning, though a little more tolerant of other views at the same time.

Rucinsky stood. "While the Ixanian Empire has no interest to join the league of rightist nations, we express our interest to initate the creation of diplomatic relations with each of you if such a feat is relatively possible under the conditions. For economics, perhaps a free trade pact could be signed or something similar could be discussed? Our nations could not only trade economics but trade cultural goods as well such as books and movies. If the focus of your league, gentlemen, is to link your nations up together more so than the current time has established, then perhaps you may consider my proposal. The Zaheranian delegation walked quietly into the room, having arrived a bit late. But seeing that the diplomats were still introducing themselves, Josef Reichert wasn't to worried about that. The true negotiations would come later. And besides, he saw with a quick glance, the man currently on the podium was Ivan Rucinsky, a quite well-known figure in Zaheran. He saw a few empty seat next to the one the Ixanian Foreign Minister had left, and gestured to his companion to follow him. General Ruge had refused to wear a suit for the meeting, instead choosing the black dress uniform of the Totenkopf Legion and a equally black beret. Reichert understood him. To have fought in one of the famous Storm Legions was a great honour. Even a mere private from one of the legions had a higher social status than a major from the regular army, and being one of the Ten Generals was about as high you could rise in the military hierarchy without being given command of a whole region. It carried great respect, to say the least. Even now, being in charge of the delegation, Reichert sometimes felt like a subordinate. With a sigh he sat down. Time to start focusing on the mtters at hand.

“Fictions would like to say that, while we do accept democratic and sometimes even openly communist nations to establish embassies, while they are in the country they must comply by Fictions laws, sovereignty of the embassy grounds aside. And and democratic or communists found to be spreading their vile propaganda are dealt with severely depending on who they are” Opal flicked a speck of dust off her sleeve and continued “As for economics, we have only recently started to take a greater interest in the international community and therefore do not have any solid trade agreements, but for the interest of the economy we would be willing to trade with anyone who will offer a fair, un-standardised, price in a free market. And this agreement that has been previously mentioned. We would have no problem in joining” Opal deliberately only referred to the way things happened in peacetime, not wanting to further highlight the fact they were in a semi-civil-war which many of the nations who attend this meeting seemed to be participating in.

As Chitra hid the unconscious body, she changed her clothes and quickly walked to outside the area where the meeting was going on, disguised as a maid. She hped it wasn't too late.

------------------

She quickly slid a nearly invisible bug into the meeting room. She was counting that the bodies of the guards in the closet would not be discovered. She started to listen and record as she walked around the place, trying to look inconspicuous.

"...previously mentioned. We would have no problem in joining."

(oh shit!!! I missed four pages thanks to the pub!!! D: )

The large Toopoxican private jet made its landing on Ralkovian soil, Arseni knew Ralkovia before through their strenious friendly relationship with the Blackhelm's and the Corporate Alliance, Ralkovia had also pledged their assistence in toppling the fool bastard Azilstani goverment, Arseni felt wholly confident in their abilities as a result, flanked by Straznuk Elite Officers Arseni made his way down the plane stairs, setting foot on his allies soil.
IndentStood next to his guard, on level ground, one could not distinguish the hardened veteran Straznuk for Arseni's own war wounds, the Premier had once served along side these men, advancing in to a roll of politics, all which kept Arseni from being confused as a Straznuk Officer was his thick blue jacket, work over a black shirt, it was a little unorthodox for a Head of Goverments formal suit, but it served better to accentuate the strength in Arseni's frame than a weak suit would have done.

++++

Arseni was sat, among the many diplomatic teams of his fellow Fascist and Right winged nations, he had observed the discussions floating around the table, none seemed focused in a single direction, there was talk of diplomacy, democracy, economy, trade and matters which could have easily been discussed among Embassy Staff in private, the Ralkovians had bought up the subject of economy, but seemed to have lost control somewhat of their crowd.
IndentTo not offend his host Arseni added himself to the constant maelstrom of discussion, "Toopoxia would be willing to trade with the nations of this meeting, however, I would like further discussion of the matter to be taken up by our Minister of the Economy." To his left the Toopoxican aide began to whirl around the buttons on the keypad, frantically raising such discussion with the Minister of the Economy.

Reichert adjusted his tie, waiting for the Toopoxian diplomat to finish. He then stood up, overlooking the audience. The stares of so many diplomats and national leaders made him feel slightly uneasy, but as an experienced diplomat he kept his face expressionless. He cleared his throat and began to speak.

"Zaheran would have no problem accepting trade with the nations represented here. We believe in the free market, and we have trade agreements with many nations across the globe. Some of you we already have agreements with."

He nodded in Rucinsky's direction.

"As for the political dimensions of this league, we will not make any promises at this stage. Although we are opposed to both democracy and communism, we usually will not take any agressive measures unless our own interests are threatened or a authoritarian nation is attacked because of its political system. It is our belief that both communism and democracy will ultimately fall on their own because of the instability of both political systems. We will therefore not participate in any aggressions against nations of this type, but we are completely positive to a defensive alliance of 'right-wing' nations."

Grimmeberger also stated his views on the trade situation.

"The Federation has a thriving iron/steel working and arms industry, and we are happy to trade with any nation in attendence here who may be interested. That said, I will say right off the bat that we will not agree to any sort of trade embargo against percieved "leftist" nations. During the Federation's experiment in democracy, such legislation was passed banning dealings with dictatorial countries, and the trade limitations caused an economic collapse. I will not be the one responsible for bringing the Federation's economy into ruin. So, in short, if anyone were going to propose such action at any point, know that the Federation will have no part in it. Thank you all."

Tara smiled for a moment as one of the reports came in."May I bring to this meetings attention a new development that may add a rightist nation to our world. Miroxia is currently having voting on its new style of government. Leftist nations are trying to choose a republic and have expressed genuine interest in turning this country against us. Should you like to change this course I have this report that I am about to bring on a wide screen monitor.

Opal raised an eyebrow skeptically
"Letting other nations vote for the type of government they are to have? That does not seem like the actions of a stable government. Who knows what they may end up with" It was not just that, the whole thing was down right unthinkable, did they have any idea what they were getting into?

After the Oseans landed they took a group of vehicles to the meeting hall. Once it arrived, the group, consisting of Karl Riezler, his staff and a group of bodyguards. The group mostly consisted of european Oseans with a small number from Osea's far flung territories. Karl Riezler and his staff were in black suits and the bodyguards were in what appeared to be black military uniforms. They took their places and listened carefully to the discussion whiched seemed to be going in a different direction than their host intended.

"The very least we can do is organize some sort of economic trading policy between us. As the representative for Fanboyist, Mr. Grimmeberger said any drastic cuts in trade could collapse are economies but how many of you would agree that we should at least lower tariffs(I don't know how many of you are for free trade or have tariffs, if your free trade then this really doesn't apply to you) towards conservative and stable nations...the floor is now open," she said walking off stage and greeting the Osean delegation.

"Well, I for one agree whole heartedly with a trading policy and lowering tariffs between us, we have many resources that are useful and trading is a great source for economy. A economic allegiance of sorts between like minded nations could be of great benefit" Opal glanced around the room at the assortment of people.

Chitra planted some C4 around the meeting room and set the timers to 10:00. Suddenly, she heard someone shout, "Hey! What do you think you're doing?" She hoped that the guard was simply inquiring why she wasn't doing her work.

Two black shirt guards ran from the other direction. Taking out tranquilizing rifles* they began to fire at the woman. The closest guard drew his Tsaci baton(stun baton) to beat the woman with it while another guard quickly called in engineers to disarm the bomb. All of this was done in almost silence so that the guests would not be disturbed.

*Automatic rifles that shoot darts, more than 20 cause an overdose. 1 causes paralysis. 2 cause the person to fall asleep and any more just cause unconsciousness. This would be a common armament since killing a diplomat or a guard could be seen as a declaration of war or at least some hostility but putting them to sleep is not really a crime.

The S.T.F. Agents in the building heard the commotion; on the way to the scene, they had spotted several of the C4 packs before promptly defusing them (As taught in the Special Tactics Force training program.)

As they got to the scene, the Sergeant in charge of the element yelled "There's more of these around the building!" before training his F.S.I.A.A.S. shotgun on the would-be assassin.

IC: Sean spoke up once again. "So I think we are all in agreement that a defensive alliances between our nations is a good idea right? And we also think we should ease traffis between our nations. So why don't those intrested in a trade alliance and those intrested in a defensive alliances speak up and we can then form one?"
