A young, Arab man is shuffling papers, wearing a designer suit while sitting down, in the ultra-modern setting of EIBC News. As the cameras started rolling, he looked straight into the camera and started speaking.
"Hello, I'm Mohammed Fulani, and here is today's latest news," began Fulani, as the screen behind him changed to a video tape of an ULCC: Ultra-Large Crude Carrier.
"Just hours ago, the Elijah Islander Oil Corporation, or ELOC, confirmed reports that they have discovered an extremely large crude oil reserve in Jersulia Isle and the surronding ocean, which has been in existence for over a thousand years," explained Fulani slowly yet clearly.
The screen, then again, changed to a statement made by a middle-aged Arab male, basiclly confirming what Fulani had already said.
"The Elijahs are well known for their massive oil reserves, yet this is quite possibly the biggest discovery in Elijah Islander history, with first estimates suggesting that ten million barrels might be lurking below Jersulia."
