To all nations interested: The Elective Monarchy of Kitsuneville is celebrating it's inauguration day today. In tradition it's always been that a grand party follows the ceremony, dinner, dancing, good food and good company. So come and enjoy the evening with our New Queen Elected!

(ooc: you can just post your arrivals, there is no need to ask permission to attend or land, though you can include them in your RPs if you like. Oh yeah no terrorism or assassinations please)

The staff was busy as bees as they prepared for the party. The new china was being laid out the food was being prepared. It was a new day for Kitsuneville, it as a new Leader in town. Not that the old was unpopular (except among the minority) but it was always a big deal when a new Queen took office. Eriko was busy preparing her short speech, she did hope a lot of people would come. "Mama!" Her little girl Keiko cried with glee as she snuck up on her. "Hey, my little one." Eriko scooped up her little child. "Where are your brothers and sisters?"

"Out in the garden. But I wanted to be with you."

"I appreciate it dearly, sweetheart." She gave her a kiss.

"So your a new queen? Do you get a crown?"

"I get to wear it for the party. After that it's just my head of hair."

"Can I ware it?"

"I can let you ware it for a moment. But, you must stay here."

"Okay." She sat Keiko down on the bed and placed the Ceremonial crown on her head. "It's pretty!"

"It is, maybe one-day you will become Queen and wear it your self."

"Wow, when will that be?"

"When your 22."

"Aww that's pratically forever from now."

"It will be here sooner than you think." She gently removed the crown. "All right sweetie, go on and play now, I have to get ready."

"Yes mama!" She ran out.

"Ladies and Gentlemen..." Eriko began practicing "Today is a great...proud day...." She continued to pace practicing

Being Neko obviously Haruhi was sent as AHSCA's envoy. Not that she minded at all, she liked associating with her furry companions that the rest of the world sought to destroy. Sometimes she wished there were more Kenomimi nations so they could from an Anti-Humans alliance. No Haruhi didn't really hate full humans, but still those kinds of behaviors made her detest them.

When she arrived by ship she was greeted warmly

Minister of War Moricz Papp arrived in Kitsuneville by smaller means than what one would expect for somebody of his position. He arrived in an unmarked black Leer jet that came swooping down on to the runway. The Leer taxied in to a proper place on the airport, off the runway, and the steps came down to the ground. Moricz came down in a typical military dress uniform with four members of the Ursavian Naval Marines in white hats fashioned after those of the U.S Marines and gloves of similar white. They all wore black coats that had gold-colored buttons with anchors on them, along with khaki pants and dress shoes. Despite their dress uniforms each man carried an HK .45 semi-automatic and a few spare clips in dark brown shoulder-holsters that were visible over their coats: security for visiting this strange country that they had never been to. Moricz and his four Naval Marine guards headed for the airport terminal to be taken to the inauguration of the new queen of Kitsuneville.

The Undersecretary of State for Diplomatic Initiatives, Efikar Inimena, quietly mused to himself as the diplomatic jet proceeded to its destination. His position was a new one, created by the Kasimira administration to spearhead its effort to expand the diplomatic relations and international recognition of the Federation. Internationalism and friendly relations were the order of the day, and when the message about the inauguration in Kitsuneville arrived, the State Department had jumped on it. The inauguration was seen not only as a chance to introduce the Federation to a new nation, but to show how wonderfully tolerant and openminded the Liberal Party government was.

Inimena laughed to himself. Indeed, what Lib could resist such a gesture? he thought. The idea that humans weren't the only sentient beings in existence had initially been a hard one for the Altani to swallow, but they'd managed to do it with some success, and with a lot of Liberal prodding. We've gone from thinking humans were the pinnacle of evolution to having an embassy with a nation of bears. Perhaps this new nation will supply the lions and tigers to go along with them, Inimena thought. We have, indeed, changed quite a bit as a people, and perhaps it's for the better.

When the plane landed, Inimena and his FSI security team stepped down, waiting for someone to escort them to where the ceremony would be taking place.
