(OOC: Kind of an issue- My map is NOWHERE close to being done yet. I just got my Factbook and Military Breakdown finished, and that was in the works for three months due to college classes. I haven't even posted them yet. What should I do about the map part?)

RT, you have more combat troops than logistics. Are your forces planning on fighting with rocks and then starving to death moments later?

Alright, quick explanation:

Red square = Major city
Red diamond = Capital city
Green circle = Redoubt
Brown circle = Naval/Air base

The redoubts are basically mountain bases which function as supply centers and heavily-fortified fallback positions in case the nation comes under attack. They are epicenters for the massive tunnel/cavern network running under the mountains in Leistung, and connect to a variety of airstrips, bunkers, artillery/mortar pits, machine gun nests, and dug in tanks. A good deal of the mountains in Leistung have been essentially hollowed out to make room for firing positions, and from these redoubts, the army can defend the strategic mountain passes leading from city to city.

What are you talking about? I mean, I know what you're talking about but the wording and context is confusing. If you had a civil war and were nuked, you still had a civil war and got nuked. You don't just magically spring back from nuclear devastation.

Ralkovia does not rely on its mainland. Ralkovia is spread across the world as Ralkovia colonized it mainland. Now the civil war was contained inside the mainland. One side got nuclears weapons and dropped it in massive scale on the other sides. The other sides withered away. The Ralkovian mainland has about 10 million people living in it. Thats why I'm rping with minimal military infastructure. I called in wooden boats and ironclads back into service.

So how many do you have after the civil war Ralk? 1.64 billion, 300 million, or 10 million?

I realize that. The way I calculated it was I established a rough circle with a center a little to the southeast of Serenity Bluffs. From that point to the coast was the radius, and was about 1,140 miles. I adjusted it for the fact that the total area of Lord Sumguy is less then that of the imaginary circle, and again for the fact the Serenity Bluffs is farther from the coast then the center of the circle. This value came out to about 1,000 miles.

I just wanted to establish a rough scale. :D

1% is the generally accepted maximum in peacetime for the size of your military if you dont want your economy to go down the tubes. 5% is possible in total war mode for short periods, but is not sustainable.

You've been going around for months now saying that you've had a civil war that turned nuclear and killed most of your population. You have, in fact, said it. You had an entire damn slavery thread that required the war to happen and for genocide to occur. And you did say you had a population of 300 million by telling us that, which you just said in the sentence preceding you saying you never said it. "Like 300 million" means "300 million, give or take" and "give or take" does not mean "give or take 600 million".

But if this is how it's going to be, if ODECON doesn't decide to ignore you, then we'll probably end up with your country to rebuild, anyway.

About my map, I'm the big huge chunk of red in Asia and Alaska. Looks like quite a hissy fit was thrown during my short absence.

We are NOT in RL locations. Ziniarie is in the same region as I am. And that region is nowhere near RL world as far as I know.

Your maps and regions conflict with each other leading to a bit of confusion, and there already seems to be a deal of OOC hostility between players that 95% of the time destroys an RP, or at the best leads to retconning due to disagreements. Personally, I am guilty of several of these things in the past, and trust me, it's not the most fun way to spend your free NS time]

Each ship having its own individual Radar systems could track and fire on their own targets, Now..

Each Destroyer alone can carry 90 Tomahawks, Thats 25,200 total.
Each Virginia sub alone can carry 12 Tomahawks, Thats 600 total.
Each Ohio sub alone can carry 154 Tomahawks, Thats 23,100 total.

Around 67,200 all together, thats full capacity if Frigates are pulling anti ship duties.

3) It would have been RPed, but we never got that far, obviously. That said, I probably wouldn't have posted SIC messages considering it's highly like the IFA would metagame from them and try to escape.

4) My position would have been made quite clear by my fleet's actions against IFA vessels. After all, you can be more explicit that with violence.

Well, it is their thread, so they get purely OOC privileges to evict who they want. If you try to enter my hypothetical small-scale special forces operation that has maybe 100 soldiers with your force of 3 million conscripts, chances are I wouldn't let you in. And at that point you probably couldn't argue that that's metagaming and you should be let in.

Granted that is a form of metagaming by definition. But it's allowed because without it we'd all end up with RPs filled with a bunch of people we don't want to RP with.
