To all the nations of the world:

We, the sovereign states of the Pacific Ocean, wish to announce to our fellow citizens of the world the formation of what we envision to become a great nation; a nation that will become a beacon of freedom for all in our Pacific region. Though we come from many backgrounds and faiths; we the states who have signed this declaration, recognize the oneness of humanity. We realize the commitment we have as a race to better our country, our planet, our home. Acknowledging the great obstacles and challenges ahead of us, we resolve to overcome them, and wish to rally the rest of our brotherly nations to continue with us on our journey to freedom.

With the best interests of our people and all the people of the world at heart, we The Federation of Free Oceanic Republics, wish to announce to the world with triumph that on this date, November 27, 2008, we are an independent nation.

Greetings fellow nations:

The Foreign Affairs Department seeks to establish a relationship, hopefully a healthy one, with all the nations of the world. We realize that our endeavors are difficult, and collaboration with allies is paramount to achieve our goals. In this spirit, The Federation of Free Oceanic Republics opens its foreign ministry to anyone interested in establishing ties with us.

Official Diplomatic Communiqué

The Republic of New England is pleased with the addition of another nation to the world. This is a proud day, not just for the people in the Free Oceanic Republics but for all people. When a group of people achieve self-determination and nationhood, that is an accomplishment that should be commended by all people of the world. Because of this, the Republic of New England wishes to have immediate deliberations with governmental officials of the Federation of Free Oceanic Republics in order to solidify relations between us for now, and for years to come.

As a non-human nation tentatively reaching out it's hand to other nations, we welcome new friends. But we fear that many of them will turn upon us as a non-human nation, however as a wealthy, trading nation we would be open to trade relations should you be willing to trade with us.

The HMS Raven sailed towards New Eng land it was a Cruiser some three hundred meters in length. It was alone, there was no question that it was not an invasion fleet, the commonwealth navy were not stupid as the ship could look after itself but they didn't want to cause a fight. They had quite intentionally made the ship very visible to radar by the use of tin foil rapped around the forward guns. The three guns were the only a number of the nine 23 inch guns the ship sported.

“They will see us?” a short almost human looking desert fox asked.
“They should” the sea knight replied (captain), she was a large wolf like creature.
“OK”
“Look we can run.” said the fox's second an odd creature, she was a teerie.
The Teerie were an oddity to the commonwealth, they were tall and skinny skunk like creatures, green where they should be black. They were also the oldest of the peoples that made up the commonwealth.
“I think they have seen us, I have a transmission.” came a shout from one of the wolf like crew.
“English? What does it say” shouted the sea knight.
