Free Oceanic Republics

To all the nations of the world:
We, the sovereign states of the Pacific Ocean, wish to announce to our fellow citizens of the world the formation of what we envision to become a great Nation; a Nation that will become a beacon of freedom for all in our Pacific region. Though we come from many backgrounds and faiths; we the states who have signed this declaration, recognize the oneness of humanity. We realize the commitment we have as a race to better our country, our planet, our home. Acknowledging the great obstacles and challenges ahead of us, we resolve to overcome them, and wish to rally the rest of our brotherly nations to continue with us on our journey to freedom.
With the best interests of our people and all the people of the world at heart, we The Federation of Free Oceanic Republics, wish to announce to the world with triumph that on this date, November 27, 2008, we are an independent state.
President Adrian Hart and Vice President Karl Altman
