(OOC: I just realised, apart from specific World RP's, I've never made a factbook for my nation, mebbe I've never felt I warranted it, well here goes.)

Goverment

Toopoxia has been ruled by a Fascist Dictatorial goverment for nearly eighty years, led by current Premier Waldemir Deskot for only three of those, a semi electoral intellectual elite retain the right to vote, able to dismiss and swear in a new leader, access to this council is restricted by level of intelligence.
IndentGoverment in Toopoxia is regarded as the most important aspect, specifically in reminding the population that the State Goverment is superior and fully qualified in its nearly unchallenged rule over Society, through these actions local goverment has been virtualy silenced.
IndentThe Goverment has promised a return to democracy in due course, when the Intellectual feel they can trust the populace to vote for a compitent leader, promises have been made towards the introduction of educational legislation regarding the process of politics, though this typically amounts to a biased positive assurance towards Fascism.
IndentResistence to Fascism was a problem in the early days of the Goverment, suspected criminals in this regard were believed to have been executed, the Goverment has not and refuses to pass comment on this matter, the armed Paramilitary wing of the Goverment (Straznuk Storma) still operate a large presence on Toopoxican streets, despite the calm of modern society (see: Law)
IndentOn the world scene Toopoxia has shown a tolerant acceptance of Capitalist and Monarchist States with a greater connection to its brethren Fascist States, Toopoxia has also typically acted with hostility towards Liberal and Socialist States and an absolute disrespect for Communist States.

Premier Waldemir Deskot and his Goverment are seated in the Imperija Palata, the historical upper houses for the former Toopoxican Constitutional Monarchy, Waldemir was elected into power three years ago by a seventy eight percent majority in the Intelligentia Council, prior to this he served as a Regional Advisor to the regime of Premier Mitya Andropov, before recieving a promotion into the Administration sector of former Premier Grigori Bordeux.
IndentWaldemir is considered a diplomatic politician, welcoming towards foreign diplomats and dignatories, he has also been praised by members of his staff who appreciate his helpful and calm demeanor, these personality quirks have not prevented him from absolute dedication towards Fascism and Toopoxia, he has three books released under his name on both subjects.
IndentRivals to Waldemirs regime currently include Minister for Order and former Straznuk Elite Officer Arseni Germain, who many feel the Intelligentia fear, for his loyal following in the Straznuk, but others know to be an intelligent and well composed leader, whose proposals have already been taken into immediate effect by the Goverment.

Economy

(OOC: Let me take a crash course in economy and I'll get this section done)

Geography

Toopoxia sits centrally upon the Volitaia River with its borders hitting the Saan Gali Mountains to its west, the small Azil corridor to its East, the Volitaia Sea running down its eastern border and hits lake Regi Luni in the South, its territory is made up of large open deserts heading west and fertile land either side of the Volitaia river.
IndentThe nation is off central to the Middle Eastern area, whilst it boasts a proud ethnic link to the Slavic and Eastern Roman Empire, the people are a majority White Slavic descent, a large migration of Franks in the 17th century has confused the demographics and its proximity to other Mediterranean, African and Arabic countries has made for an interesting mix of ethnicities.
IndentComparitively Toopoxia is as large as Canada, a large amount of territory remains unoccupied, specifically in the desert areas which are home mostly to Oil drilling companies and their workers who move closer to their places of work, and soldiers who train in the large open landscape.

Society

Toopoxicans have historically been a turgid people, when the early migrations from the Slavic countries took place the Toopoxicans considered themselves to be superior to their predecessors, an empire which had collapsed overnight leaving simple warring states, and even when settled the Toopoxicans continued a reign of persecution over the natives later doing the same during the balkanised groups of Monarchy and Republic during the first Civil War.
IndentIn contemperary society Toopoxicans tend not to follow rigorously in their stereotypes, the world liberal view has blunted the ideology of pompousness, this does not outright prevent such recurrance, a lot of Toopoxicans remain assured that their Society is the best, especially under the tutorlage of the Fascist goverment, it is likely that in firendly conversation a Toopoxican will appear to act arrogant.
IndentDue to the massive Educational system set up by the goverment long ago, a great many Toopoxicans end up in specialised labour, mostly Slav and French ethnics, these Toopoxicans despise ignorance and likely a verbal assault will begin if they are angered in this way.

The arts in Toopoxia have been promoted since the end of the First Civil War, Fine Art and Drama are among the more popular forms of expression, Toopoxican theatre is typically well criticised as being wonderfully written and performed, Cinema in Toopoxia has struggled to breach outside of the nation, Toopoxican films generally attract an artistic audience with the few successes being in the golden age of cinema just after the Second Civil War and before the Fascist goverment could impose its many censorship rules.
IndentToopoxia historically had some of the best painters in the region train in its schools, especially during the artisan period of the First Civil War, although Fine Art and Painting specifically has been well liked among Toopoxias intelligentia it never posessed the appeal needed to continue, recently Toopoxias galleries have been reopening, intially as museums dedicated to the golden age of Toopoxican art, later as a means to display new rising talents from over Toopoxia and afar.
IndentExpression through music is highly popular in Toopoxia, but very few artists record from Toopoxia, it posesses very few recording labels and new artists are not encouraged enough by the goverment, what music that does originate from Toopoxia tends to be Blues and Jazz, both of which are popular among both the pompous Intelligentia and the downtrodden workers of Toopoxia.

Law

In recent years the Law in Toopoxia, as with other Fascist States, has tended to be very strong against the offender, a rise in Organised Crime rackets through the 1980's resulted in a large crackdown and goverment reshuffle, very quickly the Goverment was able to dissolve many of the Crime Organisations and very recently has experienced a decrease in the number of offences.
IndentThis is not to say Toopoxican laws are built to entrap its citizens, a clear and informative guide to the major offences of Toopoxia is available, making ignorance a non-issue and those crimes deemed major offences typically amount to actions which are clearly a violation of most nations laws.
IndentToopoxia has three main branches of their Police, the Straznuk Trazdanin are the officers deployed to the streets, they are served with the protection of the streets from civil disobedience, the Straznuk Storma is the former Paramilitary wing of the Toopoxican Fascist Party, having been divided into a Military and a Police Branch, they act as Firearms specialists to other Straznuk departments, finally Straznuk Skriven, who are the investigative branch, they build the case against a criminal before they are sent to court, they include Toopoxican forensics specialists.
