If you're OOCly willing to host a RCP in your country, this is where you would do so. I need your permission since I would be RPing events in your country. ICly, of course, your government's permission is not necessary--being revolutionary subversives, they simply don't care what kind of laws you have.

I'd be up for it. Falkasia is relatively peaceful due to the incredibly long and powerful arm of the law, so things can tend to get pretty boring. Incidents here and there are greatly welcome.
