Vincent K Hutler sat at his new desk. A few months ago the High Leader Aimless von Strangaild once again stepped down from the position of High Leader. The old man had been ailing and was now sick with cancer. He wouldn't last long so he left his position and with no heir to the seat elections had been held. After a long few months Mr. Hutler had finally won the seat.
Now it was time for change. Zackaroth's economy had become stagnant. Oil wells were starting to dry up and it had not expanded in months. Infact it had sold off terrority to appease other nations not attack smaller ones. Yes now it was time to change. A bigger more aggressive Zackaroth. And a richer one to. But this country needed allies and even though it was Gholgoth Minor it as time to find other friends. Mr. Hutler began typing up a telegram.
Dear nations of the world,
I am Vincent K Hutler, the new High Leader of Zackaroth. We have recently been out of the spotlight for some time now. However with a change in leadership I am ready to put Zackaroth back on the map! Our nation has found itself in quite a rut. That is why I think putting Zackaroth back out on to the open will help us. We are looking for new allies and new opportunities for this great nation. Cheers to a new era for Zackaroth!
