Official Communique by The Corporate Business Empire of Dectubech-

For many years, Dectubech, along with the region of Corrosia, have been engaged in a massive and ongoing war against all that is considered evil in our world. Racism, discrimination, hatred, oppression, etc. Corrosia has been doing battle with a monster that embodies all these heinous traits. And finally, the monster has fallen, once and for all. Although we have won wars in the campaign before, somehow, the evil nation returned again and again. This time, there shall be no return. I speak of course, of the nation of Fozcria.

On the day of Fozcria's last fall, celebrations erupted across Corrosia. People cheered themselves hoarse as the saw the nation erupt into fire and disappear from the face of the earth. Victory was finally obtained. In celebration of this momentous event, Emperor Cyan Barack I has planned a great Ball and Feast. Contact was re-established with all nations that had ever battled with Fozcria, and delegates from all were invited.

Anyone else who wishes to attend that has been in some way involved in the fight against Fozcria or who is an opponent of all that Fozcria (aka The Shamoin Islands) stood for. Please confirm attendance by 12:00 EST this Friday.

*Notes: Each nation can bring up to ten attendees. Each attendee is allowed three personal guards with a maximum of 25 guards per party.

Miroxian Monarch, King Andrew Williams III, and his fiance (who is also the president of Miroxia), Marzipan Cougar-Williams, will be in attendance.

Long live Corossia and may "Citizen Soldier" honor those who gave their lives/were persecuted by such a menace.

OOC: Obviously Dect is in charge of the guestlist, and I don't even think I'll be attending, but if the last time our leaders were at a function together, yours tried to blow mine up, you wouldn't be invited the next time everyone got together.

ooc- i was in kahoots with greston then. i'm not now.

ooc: Heh. I remember that incident quite clearly. Considering Greston, Rido, and Miroxia had a bit of their own agenda, I forgive all of them completely for anything they did during the Interimo New Caribbean War. Miroxia was invited because of the initial action taken to stand against Fozcria and support Japanada. And declaring war on Fozcria later.

Prime Minister A. Kane and her entourage of a few cherrypicked ministers will be in attendance. They will each have their own bodyguards, provided by the KSIS.

Emperor Cyan Barack I and his wife, Jasmine Barack, shall be hosting the event. Crown Prince Cyan Barack II and Chief Adviser to the Emperor, Karfka, shall also be in attendance.

The Emperor Marcus Constantine, his wife Bella, and his son Augustus sall be in attendance. They shall be joined by Alexander Romanov, commander of the army, and his family. In total, that will be a party of 8, accompanied by 19 guards.
