The sound of roaring Harley Davidsons could be heard as they descended down the streets. The night time air was starting to get chilly as the local residents of this city started to scurry off the streets as they came laughing and hollering. These men were dressed in black leather jackets with a giant red eyed skull on their backs.

The common person knew these men by reputation and by their infamous actions against their enemies. The Skulls and Bones Gang were prowling the streets heading towards their usually extortion spots. These dangerous riders stopped at several family owned business and parked.

They got off their motorized vehicles and entered a family owned tea house. The tea house was oriental style like most buildings in Motokata. The rice paper walls were easily broken through by the angry men of the Skull crew.

The leader of this group was Danny Connelly the only Caucasian man in this crew. The rest were native Motokatans. They looked upon the owner of this building an accosted him.


The owner’s name was Jon Vu a small man whom had not paid his protection money since the Purple Dragon gang moved in on his inn three weeks ago. Danny and his crew were not happy about Mr. Vu’s change in loyalties and decided to teach him a lesson.

Danny stepped over towards Jon his red hair and pale face making him stand out from the Asian members of his men that were currently beating Mr. Vu with their bare fists. Danny lowered himself to Jon’s level on the floor and said, “ Why have you and your family betrayed me and my club?”

Jon Vu was cowering and whimpered out, “The Dragon’s moved in on me. They took my money and I don’t have the money to pay your fee…”

Danny smiled and replied, “I don’t care if you have to sell your wife and daughter to a brothel. I want my money. If you fail to pay again, I will visit your home and take your family away from you and sell them to the Scorpions!”


Jon cried as the realization set in. He would have to sell his inn to keep Danny and his boys from killing him and selling his family to the brothels and international slave markets.


Danny gave a helping hand to Mr. Vu who took it eagerly to avoid Danny’s men who were eager to beat him again. Danny smiled a cold smile and said, “You have three days, and if you go to the peelers, I will have Cheng here gut you like a fish and leave you in the market…” Danny nodded to a big Asian biker right behind Mr. Vu whom pulled a switchblade and extended the blade pulled it in front of Jon’s face in an intimidating fashion.


The crew all laughed at the damage they had caused smashing walls, and tables with baseball bats, chains and knives. The residents of the inn all came down stairs to see the scene and many of them ran to their rooms when they saw the thugs beating on poor Mr. Vu.


They left one by one towards their motorcycles and headed out like a stream of bats right out of hell. They left Jon Vu, business owner and family man on the doorstep of his own inn. He had a broken noise, several bruises, and both of his legs were broken….

The city of Oita was never a shining beacon in Motokata. It wasn't a dingy dirty or necessarily terrible city but it was always crime ridden. However the Motokatan culture belived where you were born is where you would live and die for your life.

The family stood by in Horror as their father was being beaten and intimidated by the gang. The new Skull and Bones gang was gaining a reputation as the new burst out gang to arrive in the city. A mix of locals and immigrants was ruling half the city already.


"I pay, I pay!" Jon swore as he was beaten to a pulp. All his wife and daughter could do was look on in terror.

"Papa!" His daughter Atoli ran to his aid and comfort along with his wife Kari. "Call for Medical Help please." People gathered around to help the family. Being sold to a rival gang was a dark thought, especially in their ever going turf war.

Danny and his crew rode back to their hangout in the outskirts of Oita. The clubhouse was suppose to be a motorcycle club the problem was the owners were hardly a group of a guys that just stayed their to work on their Harleys. They were a group of outcasts and vagabonds that joined together under the leadership of Jack Connelly an infamous IRA soldier to become a ruthless biker gang.

The clubhouse looked bad on the outside with patches of oil and grease on the gravel outside but inside was a nice clean lounge/bar room with several bedrooms and even a meeting room to carry the gangs internal voting and executive decision making.

Danny was now the boss of the Gang since the local authorities arrested Jack and sent him to prison. The charges against him were massive but Danny and his inner circle swore to get him out one day..


Danny quickly went into the bar and started to take his shots of whiskey. He looked up to see his second and most feared LT. standing next to him Johnny Hughes the German. Johnny was blonde haired with blue eyes and had a rep for being a dangerous killer for the gang.

He had tattoos to various ranks he had achieved in the gang ranging from Lord High Executioner to Skull and Bone Killer. He looked upon Danny and said, “How is business on the streets?” Danny nodded after his third shot and replied bitterly, “The damn purple Dragons keep moving on our turf!”Johnny laughed and said, “Do you wanna start a bit of trouble?” Danny grinned and gave a nod…


It was done, The Purple Dragons were going to have a visit from the most deadly arm the Skull and Bones Gang possessed the Executioners.

The Executioners got into their muscle cars and headed down the road to the Golden Dragon restaurant. It was Chinese themed place with giant statues of golden looking dragons. It was also the favorite hangout of the rival gang.


The Executioners rode up next to the place and sprayed it down with uzi fire. The submachine gun fire sprayed into the windows killing both gangster and customer alike. The gangsters all got out of their vehicles and continued to rain death upon the place…

OOC: just to mix things up, can i get in on this? I have a slightly militant corporation that may decide to buy a few properties in Motokata. Known as Montana Inc. Since crime has a wonderful ability to make businesses very...very....cheap

When all the chaos had subsided police were at the scene now. Detective Fumikazu (or simply Kazu) Kawsaki and his partner Megumi Aida rolled up the scene. The member of the highly stretched and hilghy underpaid Gang Unit they were the few of the officers that weren't corrupted or otherwise mocked. Kawaki was the hardened Dirty Harry type, while he wasn't corrupted he felt it was time to get serious, Aida was the idealist who hoped the system of justice would prevail. Both had their strong points indeed.

"Well another gangland massacer, who is this time, Purple Dragons?"

"No we're on Purple Dragon turf." Aida said. "This is someone new."

"Sprayed by automatic fire."

"Along with about 20 customers who came for a simple meal."

"And our pal back in the hospital?"

"Not talking, he simply has been saying it was an accident, the daughter and the wife are keeping quite."

"People wan't our help they got to talk."

"They're scared."

"They won't be as soon as you get these punks in court or dead. All right, you, waitress, what happened?"

She simply shook her head. "She doesn't speak."

"What she's mute?"

"No I mean she doesn't speak our language."

"English, Nippon, Mandarin?" He tried coaxing but she shook her head shouting out a foreign language, though she was Asian, she wasn't Motokatan. "Where the hell is she from?"

"We're checking it out now."

"All right, I'm Detective Kawasaki, Oita Metro Police, anyone in this restaurant that speak Kashen, English, Japanese, Chinese, please come give me a story now."

"Sir." A young waitress came up she was partly injured. "I saw it, some people drove up in an old beat up Cadillac car, and they just started shooting."

"Did you see anyone?"

"No, I was ducking and I got hit."

"And I take it you didn't get a plate either?"

"No sir."

"Great this city is full of beatup Cadillacs and millions of other nice cars."

"Take it easy," Aida said "She was ducking for her life."

"No plates, no physicals, we're chasing ghosts. We have no idea which of the millions of gangs did this. Might as well let the grunts clean up this work."

He picked up a lone beer bottle sitting on the table took a swig then put out a cigarette in it."

"We'll start filing the reports."

"Don't bother, until we can get something feesable let's save some trees for a while."

The PPL Dragons is an ALL Asian gang, they will be the hardened racists type who pretty much target any racial minority as often as they can. Not to say they won't do their dirty dealings and dark deeds with anyone. They are very much in the drug trafficking thus they'll be hardened rivals with Mokastana. Anything else I can help you with before you get started?

Johnny and his boys headed back to the club house after ditching the caddy in the jungle. They walked back to a secure spot about a quarter mile away were the Harleys were waiting for them. The gangsters all got on their respective bikes and headed home.


Danny smiled when the cell phone started to ring. The Executioners had succeeded in there hit on the Purple Dragons. This meant that the city would have to respect Danny’s power in the city. The leader of the Skulls crew decided to get back to work and gave a call to his other L.T. Mac Crowe the head of the Bone Crew.


The Bones were in charge of the drug dealing and arms running of the group. They also provided muscle and fire power in the event of a formal turf war. It was the reason why they were the heavy earners of the Gang making millions of dollars worth of illegal funds that kept the organization floating.

The Bones were currently disturbing their merchandise to various strip clubs and brothels throughout the city. The main hangout for them was Madame Mei’s nightclub a reputed nightclub/brothel that provided the gangsters a “legitimate” source of income.


Madame Mei was an old madam that had lived in Motokata all her life, She had no real affilation with the gang except they employed her to be their front manager for the club. She was given a reasonable salary of $500 a night plus extra muscle to protect her place from all sorts of problems ranging from troublesome girls trying to escape the brothel to young hoodlums that needed to be taught some manners…

She dressed rather lavishly in a golden color Kimono, her face had a lot of makeup and she had a long pipe to smoke her opium. She greeted Mac warmly and said, “I need more heroin and cocaine to keep my girls in line.”

Mac smiled and replied, “I will give you another shipment tomorrow. The fee will be $60 per box a reasonable deal considering the Purple Dragons have been muscling on our turf.”

Madame Mei replied, “What? I thought the Dragons would have stayed away considering these streets are not that wealthy?”

Mac replied somberly, “The Purple Dragons got a surprise visit from our heavy hitters tonight but it’s still to hot to move around. We expect retaliation any day now..”

Madame Mei lowered her eyes and said, “I pray they don’t try to give me and my girls trouble!”

Mac replied evenly, “I could provide muscle for your club for no additional charge. I just ask that you give me Lisa for the next few nights”

Mac leered at a small eighteen year old girl in the back. She was his personal favorite of the evening and Mac wanted to have her again. Lisa began to cry, she was fifteen when her parents sold her to Madame Mei to get money to pay their debts off to the Skulls and Bones. It was a hustle done so many times it was not funny.

The Skulls would collect protection money until the family could not pay the high fee and then take the eldest daughter to pay off the fee. It was a cruel trade but the Skulls had perfect the art now Madame Mei’s brothel contained fifty girls of all ages….

The head of the Bones crew smiled as Madame Mei nodded and Lisa was forced to the basement room. Mac followed down the stairs eager to enjoy the pleasures of the night. The Bones crew started to have a more permanent presence in the area. Their bikes could be seen in the parking lot and their men were usually armed with shotguns and 9mm pistols…

"We have a new development, the Cadillac spotted, belongs to a certain restaurant owner. In addition the waitress was the only one to supposedly see this car, everyone else saw quite a few bikers in the area at the time of the shooting. And yes, the waitress is the owner's daughter. The car doesn't even run anymore."

"How did you narrow it down?"

"A few clever witnesses in the restaurant one randomly threw out numbers, the car sits in the back ally they see it every time they take the trash out.

"So, our little witness the only that supposedly speaks is a liar."

"Liar, you think?"

"Everyone, Lies." He threw a dart at the board with his feet up on his desk. "Two-to-one she's with a gang."

"With out any proof we have nothing."

Out on the night streets the Waitress from the restaurant that was shot up was a paid informant to the gang waiting for her Bones members to show up.

"Hey, I did my best to throw the cops off your tail, how bout my pay off?"

The Bones members moved over towards their "informant" and the big Motokatan in the front replied, "We got your money..."

He pulls out a manila envelope from the inside of his Skulls and Bones leather jacket and hands it to the waitress. He whispers, "That is the agreed upon price. The Skulls and Bones Gang thank you for your service..."

Shinzo Motazu, leader of the purple dragons sat at his desk and grinded his teeth as he heard the news."We must have our revenge. Get me Tinzou, Hin, Yuro, and Lee. We will hit them back harder then they can even imagine. Did the shipment of weapons come in yet?"

The small man, Gini nodded as one of the gang members, a big asian muscle man brought in a crate marked with an dragon on it. Taking a crowbar he broke the lock as Shinzo walked over a looked into it, the ralkovians had traded them exactly what the purple dragons needed. In the crate were 50 B12 Assault Rifles with grenade launcher attachments and laser sights. On top of it was an RPG and 10 rockets, he smiled.

"Also 3 more crates came in with this shipment, they include kevlar jackets, extra ammo, and grenades...lots of grenades," said the big asian man as he picked the crate back up.

Shinzo felt a rush of adrenaline as he got excited,"Okay tell the boys we're taking back our turf, first lets teach madame mei that we are the true gang that rules the streets," he said. His men nodded as they ran off to arm their squads, pretty soon 30 purple dragons were heavily armed and heavily armed in ralkovian military gear. Shinzo looked at them and couldn't help but laugh, those skulls and bones would be crushed into nothing but dust.

Madame Mei’s Nightclub………


The streets were quiet this night the regular patrons were out because the Skulls and Bones Gang were inside taking advantage of Madame Mei’s hospitality. The guards out front were armed with Benelli M4 Super 90 shotguns and when they noticed the Purple Dragons moving in they took cover.

The Purple Dragons came in using heavy fire power and soon the area was raining bullets as the Skulls and Bones Gang members started to converge from the Brothel and the bar towards the area of attack with weapons ranging from 9mm pistols to AK-47s. The total member count was about twenty five men dressed in Skull and Bones attire.

Madame Mei’s club turned into a battle ground….

Madam Mei sought cover along with all the other girls who were trapped in there. This wasn't good this was going to bring in police and others to investigate, she would have to work hard to keep her cover as her club being a simple Geisha House.

The purple dragon took out the piece de resistance, the Mk19 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mk_19_grenade_launcher) grenade launcher. It had cost them over 50 kilograms of cocaine but it was worth it. They began to fire it turning the house into a whore hole. The Dragons fired a few Rpgs before heading back to their cars but not before leaving the skulls a little present, it was an incideary grenade. A noxious and highly flammable slow burning liquid sprayed out and caught flame turning the whore hole into a burning whore hole. The dragons raced away only counting 4 deaths.

The attack was brutal for the Bones Crew. The grenade launcher took out several positions and left several of the boys wounded or dead. The leader of the group pulled out his cell and called for help outside of the club.

Danny and his crew were going to move, The clubhouse was roaring as Skull bikers roared their engines. The streets were going to paved in blood in a few minutes.

The ten surrivors forced Madame Mei and her girls out of the burning building. The dead gangsters laid on the street and the motorcycles were quickly moved to safety to avoid the cost of replacing them.

The four closest bikers quickly got onto their bikes and went after the Dragons. They brandished their guns and prepared to drive up and shoot the fleeing Dragons....

Bawa called Shinzo,"Sir their following us just like you said."

Shinzo smiled, he loved when a plan came together,"get them onto 31st street, tell the men to turn onto 32nd and stop," he said. His masseuse pushed down on his back and shinzo groaned as it cracked,"right there mai, right there," he said.

Mai Lu pressed down on shinzo's back. He was extremely tense and his pleasure as she massaged him was quite evident.

The gang did as their boss directed them, as the skulls chased after them, gunfire down the entire avenue turned anything in the road into a mess of death.

The attack was brutal for the Bones Crew. The grenade launcher took out several positions and left several of the boys wounded or dead. The leader of the group pulled out his cell and called for help outside of the club.

Danny and his crew were going to move, The clubhouse was roaring as Skull bikers roared their engines. The streets were going to paved in blood in a few minutes.

The ten surrivors forced Madame Mei and her girls out of the burning building. The dead gangsters laid on the street and the motorcycles were quickly moved to safety to avoid the cost of replacing them.

The four closest bikers quickly got onto their bikes and went after the Dragons. They brandished their guns and prepared to drive up and shoot the fleeing Dragons....


It wasn't long before Fire and police showed up, the club had pretty much burned to the ground, and all they could do was find a few smoldering artifacts. Madam Mei held Lisa close to her, knowing what a lose canon she was. "Okay, once more," The fire Marshal said. Mei inhaled a deep puff of tobacco smoke from her piped-cigarette. "I told you, those God-damned Dragons did this." Or so she thought. "They've been strong-arming my club every night for this week, even though I owe them nothing."

"You haven't been dealing with the gangs have you?"

"I run a Geisha House, I can't help if some Gang members want to lay their eyes on my girls. What do you wan't me to do frisk my customers? I have to pay for their training somehow."

"Did she see anything?" He asked adressing Lisa.

"No." She murmured out. She looked up at him with her big sad eyes, but the Fire Marshall failed to get the message. "Well seeing as this a Gang-Related act of crime, I'm sure your insurace agency will cover. Here you are." He tore off his statement for her to hand into her insurance. "In the mean time, I suggest you ask the Zoning board to give you a temporary residence."

"Right, I want to get to business as soon as possible. Especially my new Maiko, needs her practice." She pulled her close in an uneasy and uncomfortable embrace.

"Let's pack in fellas." The Marshall shouted.

"Well done, little one, you kept your mouth shut, just as you are instructed."

She nodded silently.

Manuel pulled out his laptop and accessed the international Montana Database from satellite. His first place to check out was emailed to him as "Madame Mei’s Nightclub". It had been apparently burned to the ground the night before and now the insurance company wasn't going to pay to fix everything, like always.

"Pedro, get us a Cadillac from the rental place, whatever it is called here."

With address in hand the three rode out into the city to find the managers, and offer them a deal they could not refuse.

During the day the city was relatively normal looking, people silently went about their business and the fair share of poor and homeless constantly tried to make a few bucks by washing car windows.

Mac’s cell rang several times but the large Gang leader did not move. He kept staying with the wounded girl trying to keep her alive waiting for an ambulance that seemed to be taking a long time. It must be the fighting thought Mac the Gang has been performing a lot of damage lately he continued to say to himself…

Mac kept trying to keep his cool as the beautiful lady continued to lay dying at his feet. He eventually loses his patience and picks her up and gets her on his Harley. Prepping her injured body he holds onto her while riding his bike to the hospital. It was a gamble but the young lady needed medical attention ASAP.

The Gang members were all hollering and yelling about hitting the Purple Dragons back and the talks got louder and louder…


Danny finally calmed them by speaking out, “Quiet down the lot of you. We need to think on how to deal with this huge problem..” Johnny smiled and said, “I say we go to the Purple Dragons and spray their headquarters with enough bullets and explosives to level half the city!”

Danny shook his head somberly and replied, “Those mangy dogs expect us to do just that. I would not be surprised if they had a trap out for our hit squad as soon as they got in close.”

Danny added, “I think it’s time we start going incognito with our enemies. We need to hit them were it hurts not their guys in the street but the men on the top of the pyramid. We need to use the Peelers to hit the Purple Dragons. The cops will keep them busy until we get our strength back up and hire professional assassins to due the job.”

Johnny face was pale, The thought of getting outsiders to perform this work was new and dangerous. The cops being bribed to crack down on a rival gang seemed almost dishonorable to him but he kept his mouth shout as the vote went down….


The next day a lone Skulls and Bones gang member rode towards the 14th precinct. He carried with him $10,000 in cash to bribe the police chief to begin cracking down on the Purple Dragons hard…

Within hours of that paper signed dozens of transport planes with the Montana Inc Seal on the side flew into the airport. Dingo 2s and Striker APCs were rolling off planes with deadly efficiency. Soldiers armed with Carbines instructed crew to begin driving loading up supplies and camping gear to the temp base being set up north of the city. In a matter of days, Montana Inc would form a presence capable of rivaling any major gang in the city.

The three men who had talked to the mayor had gotten the list of businesses and hopefully people wanting to sell and began to canvas the neighborhoods, buying properties at a fraction of their worth. Many were happy to lose their business, but when the business man wanted to keep them onboard they told them about the local gangs.

The Purple Dragons and the Skull and Bones, two very dangerous gangs...to counter this any property that was purchased by Montana Inc was quickly marked by the Logo outside the business. This meant that any 'would be' gang that tried to rough them up would have to answer to them, and perfect timing would show the Security forces of Montana Rolling through the streets to their new north side base.

The three took a few steps towards the gang members, Manuel whispered something in Pedro's ear, and then Pedro signaled the gang member that he had to tell him something that would not be best for the police to hear.

The gang member nodded in Pedro’s direction and promptly left the area. He noticed Kazu and his partner and nodded as a sign of respect. Detective Kazu had gained respect with the Skulls and Bones as one of the last holdouts for the law.

He quickly heads out the door to report to Danny. The Skulls and Bones Gang were gearing for war but meetings always had to be notified as soon as possible to the leaders of the crews…

Mac grins and sits in a chair as Mai is being hospitalized by the staff of the ER. It is a long process that involves surgery and patching. It takes about three days for her to recover. Mac promptly gets his bike ready and Mai and him take a ride through Skulls and Bones Turf to Mai’s home.

Mac smiled and pocketed the phone number. He really did find Mai attractive and decided to play it safe with her considering she had just been shot by one of his own boys. He headed towards her home doing his best to avoid rival gang territories. He finally asked, "Which street is your house on?"

Mac smiled and pocketed the phone number. He really did find Mai attractive and decided to play it safe with her considering she had just been shot by one of his own boys. He headed towards her home doing his best to avoid rival gang territories. He finally asked, "Which street is your house on?"

They were in full uniform so to speak. They were wearing the insignia leather jackets with sunglasses. They had biker gloves and some were sporting spikes and chains on their clothes.

The leader was a big Asian biker named Cheng, He was sent as proxy leader for Danny. Danny was not a trusting individual and decided to let Cheng his muscle take the heat should this be a set up to have the leaders eliminated.

It was no secret the crew entering were armed with body armor vests and 9mm Beretta pistols concealed inside holsters. They even had silencers to make a quiet kill if need be, The group entered into the bar and promptly ordered imported beers ranging from Saki to Heineken….

Mac nodded and got back on his bike, He let Mai get on and headed towards the outskirts of the city. He was taking her to the heart of Skulls and Bones power the clubhouse…

She held on tight her hands going by instinct began to massage mac. She had never been on a motorcycle and it was extremely scary.

Mac moved down the streets of the city with ease going deeper into Skulls and Bones territory passing several bussiness and front companies that were directly or indirectly controlled by the Skulls. It was intresting to think a small time biker gang managed to become an almost mob size power in this city..

He smiled and said, "We are almost home, You will soon get to meet my family..."

She looked at him and smiled, she continued to rub down his back."This is so exciting I've never been on a motorcycle!"

Mac smiled and said, “You really haven’t lived until you ridden on a bike. I am surprised Shinzo or one of his boys has not treated you to this. I guess the Purple Dragons are not much when it comes to riding.”

Mac looks up and enters up the drive way to the clubhouse, It was pretty crowded with over one hundred bikes parked and several Skulls and Bones Gang members moving about with military hardware. It was turned from a simple machine shop/motorcycle club into a bloody fortress with guards everywhere.

Mac smiled as the gate was opened for him and his guest and he pulled up to the entrance of the clubhouse…

She kissed him on the cheek,"Can I try driving on the way back?," she said with puupy dog eyes.

Mac looked into those eyes and his tough guy exterior melted away. He knew the guys would give him hell for riding bitch on his bike but he was the boss and nobody could mess with him with impunity. Mac replied promptly, “Sure, I don’t mind one bit if you want to learn how to ride a Harley. In my opinion every woman should learn how to ride..”

He gracefully got off his bike and offered his hand to Mai. He knew being an outsider he would have to escort her inside the clubhouse. She would be shot otherwise….

Mac grinned from ear to ear after receiving the kiss. He took her off the bike and nodded at the door guards wielding AK-47 rifles in plain view. They nodded and opened the door for Mac and his lady friend. The boys inside the lounge saw him and started to jeer him.

“Good going Mac, We had a war council meeting and you miss it for a girl?”

“Three days man, I did not know we could take a vacation!”


Mac smiled at his men and said, “Yeah considering, You men still bum off this place without making any hustles for yerselfs.”

That shut them up and Mac continued to show Mai the area from the bar to the lounge even the council room with gavel and table with Skull and Bones insignia in all. The rooms were in the back area and Mac led her to his. It was one of the more lavish rooms. It had red velvet carpet and drapes. It was decorated with Motokatan flags and Skulls and Bones insignia and the flag of Ireland for the bed.


The room had private bar area and even a gun rack full of various rifles and pistols….

Danny smiled and said, “Yes, I also intend to call in another shipment from the IRA to get even more guns and weapons to sell to the other gangs that have troubles with the Dragons. I think we start using politics and subtlety to fight them instead of mindless brawn…”

In the back corner the three associates from Montana Inc sat quietly drinking scotch, mind you it was imported as well, and not very good quality, but it would have to do for this meeting. They eyed the big bikers over, these men had body armor, budges in their jackets, meaning pistols, this told Manuel a lot about this gang, they were either well funded, or heavy duty supplies were easy to find in this town. Both thoughts made him slightly uncomfortable, since he may have to open his pocket book up a little more, or order in some better weapons.

His translator got up with him, leaving the bodyguard at the table with an SMG hidden underneath wrapped in a jacket. The recent Security division had let them borrow a few heavy weapons.

Both the translator and Manuel had .45s tucked in their jackets, however no body armor, it wouldn't match the business suits the men wore.

"Greetings, my name is Azazel Manuel, this is my translator Pedro, I see you are the men they sent to meet with us. Please come sit down."

He gestured to a table close by and in the middle of the room, this way if anything did happen, there would be a few directions to head.

Outside the bar, two snipers had taken position on the rooftops, just in case.

Manuel noticed the gang member shaking hands with the police chief, as a matter of fact that made things even easier for him. If only he could speak with two men at once, it wasn't easy having only one translator.

"Dectective Kazu, my name is Azazel Manuel, I represent Montana Incorporated, we will be deploying our security forces to this town, as per a deal made with the mayor for the benefit of the people of this city. And because of that we would like to discuss with you what out security forces might face. However if you would not mind, I need to speak with these fellows over here for a minute."

The three took a few steps towards the gang members, Manuel whispered something in Pedro's ear, and then Pedro signaled the gang member that he had to tell him something that would not be best for the police to hear.

"Is that right?" Kawasaki asked. "Well 'bout time the mayor did something. Anyway we have to go, welcome." He and Aida walked away as they turned to the Bones member.

Danny smiled upon receiving Madam Mei response, It was good advice and one that would protect the organization for a while. Danny sighed and heads over to his Harley, He gets on and begins to ride to the capital nomad style.

He told no one to avoid the Purple Dragons to find out he was leaving the city. As far as anyone could be concerned a lone Skulls and Bones Member took the highway out of town……..


Danny grinned at the thought of talking to Mistress Kira, her cover in society was a Shinto Priestess or a Miko in a temple in the capital. Her real occupation however was the art of dealing death to the highest bidder. The strange thing about it was that most people never suspected the members of the Sisterhood for the murders they committed. They did not go around shooting people or fight for territory like the Skulls. These girls used their female charms to get their targets to loosen their guards and kill them with either poison, a concealed pin in their hair or even the occasion garrote from the strings of their musical instrument.

The girls were professional and highly proficient at killing people, This is why Danny decided to call them in to solve the Purple Dragon problem once and for all….

He starts to drive after closing her door and entering in on the driver's side. Mac drives quickly and manages to get to Shinzo's in about twenty five minutes of speed driving and running a few red lights...

Mac was also being to call up several gang leaders that had beef with the Purple Dragons. He started to promise guns at reasonable prices in exchange for protection from the Dragons….


Mac sighed and began to think on how to contact the Italians and the Yakuza to get in some hired guns to kill the Purple Dragons muscle in the street…..


OOC: Sure you can rp Mistress Kira keep in mind she is not an assassin but the contractor for the sisterhood. The Skulls and Bones normally use them for high profile targets like police chiefs, rival gang leaders, dangerous politicians, judges etc.

Danny will come into the temple and tell Mistress Kira, He and the Skulls want to make a donation to the temple. This is a code to let Kira know that the Skulls want to set up a hit. Danny will name price and then give Kira pictures of the target or targets. Mistress Kira can negotiate price but prefers to make it seem like a gentle suggestion…

She went in and gave shinzo his massage. He moaned how he missed her in between rubs then someone called shinzo about securing some mortars and long range sniper rifles. She could only pretend to smile as she eyed her back back ready to get the gun. It went on without a problem and two hours later she called Mac.

He had his phone and was beginning to dial the number to the Yamato Clan of Japan. He planned to get the Yakuza onboard before the day was out…..

"Ah shit!" When the van started hitting it's breaklights he knew trouble was afoot. Kawaski wasn't a mind reader but he knew the tactics of these gangs on how to kill off police, it wouldn't be pretty. As the van sped away after trying to off him, Kawasaki shot after the van but met with little success other than managing to shoot out one of the windows, until his gun clicked on empty. "Shit." He threw it on the ground as his car burned. Eventually backup arrived a little too late.

The Skulls and Bones Executioners were fifty five men strong and ready to hit the Purple Dragons in a spot that really hurt. The warehouse was named a high priority target and so the Skulls and Bones moved in with Dodge trucks Black SUV’s and even Harley’s to lead the attack formation…

The trucks had 50 Cal machine guns on their back and had gunners ready to spray death……


The riders were armed with Uzi submachine guns and they lead the attack by riding fast spraying the guards with submachine gun fire making bullet shells hit the pavement and seeing rounds hit into various targets…

The black SUVs pulled up and sprayed AK-47 fire into the warehouse aiming for guards, windows and snipers on the roof tops.. The bazooka wielder fired at the warehouse hoping to get a round through the broken windows and setting off the warehouse to explode…

The RPG launchers struck at the roof tops and the windows trying to cause as much damage as possible to the area and send a message the Skulls and Bones were here to stay…

Mai cried,"Brua get rid of her," Brua a big asian man grabbed mai and tied her to neck with a rope."Bye bye Mai," he said french kissing her before letting Brua pull the rope which began to choke her to death. Brua then shot her in the stomach twice before walking over to shinzo.

"Okay set fire to the place and lets get out of here," he said as Brua lit the area near my with a lighter. The wooden floor soakened in oil and gasoline immediately took light as it burned under mai. She tried to scream but couldn't even breath.

Brua and Shinzo took off before Vinny could even get ready in a fast sports car. The house was catching flames and Mai could be seen hanging in the living room.

Vinny cursed in Sicilian and called his ride looking at the house burning with Mai’s corpse hanging from a rope. He noticed a Coup De Ville pick him up and Mac cried the whole time heading to nearby Falcone owned safe house. The two men just had somber faces as they went inside and hid from the Purple Dragons…

Sen enjoyed her drink and prepared waiting for the lights to go off to allow crafty woman a chance to attempt her goal of assassination. She watched the Death Guard with great interest but what was really on her mind was on how to get the Purple Dragon Drug dealer in the best position to eliminate him..

She came up with several ideas along the way but it seemed best to wait for them to be alone and away from men that knew how to kill. She privately thought as the Death Guard continued to fight each other.

She felt in her hand bag and thought about the various poisons and syringes plus the dagger pin in her hair. She was dressed to kill but did not have the opportunity just yet. Sen finally had a plan, She would wait for the waitress to get her refill and put a large dose of arsenic in the drink.

She took the refills from the waitress and quietly slipped the poison into Dau’s drink while he was busy watching the Death Guard. She made it quick thanks to the years of practice she had received as a little girl in the art of murder.

She hands the poisoned drink to her “date” and continues to watch the spectacle of two men trying to kill each other while secretly looking over her shoulder to make sure he takes a drink that will seal his fate.

Vinny dodge the incoming blade and shot back with his pistol aiming for the crazy woman throwing blades around. Vinny caught Sen and used her as a human body shield to take the poison darts, he used the cover to shoot again at both woman and child..

He then places a bullet in Sen's head at point blank and rushes out the door...

He runs down the street doing his best to avoid the Purple Dragons. He keeps running like the days back in New York when he performed crazy hits like this one in New York...

Vinny saw his opening and using his natural stealthy ability slipped into the alleyway and hid in the shadows while the Purple Dragons ran down the road looking for the mob hit man...

Vinny cursed in Sicilian and called his ride looking at the house burning with Mai’s corpse hanging from a rope. He noticed a Coup De Ville pick him up and Mac cried the whole time heading to nearby Falcone owned safe house. Jon Vu’s home……..

Atoli’s father and mother were visited that very night by a Skulls and Bones initiate. The thug was young an had not even established himself as a full gang member but tonight that was going to change…

He rushes the injured Jon Vu and hacks at his head and neck killing him in two swings, He runs after the fleeing Mrs Vu and chops her legs to make her fall and chops her to pieces on the floor..

He runs out of the apartment with a gas can and turns around throws a match into the open door and watches the room start to burn with the flame centered on the bodies. He starts to place a skulls and Bones insignia on the ground to show this was an official hit and runs to his bike and takes off into the night…


(BRUTAL)

Fire and police arrived in the gray morning. "Name of Vu, their daughter Atoli is still missing. They ran a small tea house."

"This isn't Dragons." Kawasaki said. "We're clearly dealing with a shadow gang we haven't identified. But if anyone has the girl, it's one of the Dragons."

"What makes you sure."

"I chased a van, I saw someone being snatched from the streets. Did the Vu's have any debts?"

"They had hefty bank and medical debt. About two years ago the daughter Atoli was hospitalized, soon the bills began racking up, they took out a second mortgage on the tea house."

"Which means they would turn to the gangs for some money, or face becoming homeless."

"Add that to the Gang Culture, and you have a powder keg of disaster."

"Kazu!" His partner ran to him. "We've found the Vu girl, she's alive but in crticial."

"You take care of this. Oita General, let's go!" Kawasaki ran in a limp to the replacement car they had. They took off lights and sirens runing into the ICU. "Excuse me?!" The nurses shouted.

"Kawasaki, Metro Gang Unit, this girl is a witness to a gang crime and is considered in-danger."

He called his cell. "This is Kawasaki of the Oita Metro Gang Unit, I need a Medivac chopper here at Oita General Immediatley, I want it to go to straight to Heijō General, and I want 24 security."

"Are you out of your mind, who do you have, the Stateholder?"

"Not quite, look, this girl is in danger if she stays here, she's a potential kidnapping risk."

A medical chopper under the cover of Darkness landed on the hospital roof.

Atoli's stretcher was rolled inside. "All right, here is your flight plan." Kawasaki gave a map. I'll be there in a week to talk to her."

The chopper flew away.

"What do we do? Can we stop the gangs from finding her?"

The chopper landed safely in Nagoka escorted by SWAT units. Atoli would be in safe hands for the time being anyway.

The next day a press conference was called.

"We found the bodies of the Club Owners Jon and Kari Vu, brutally murdered by an act of gang violence. The daughter was found in a burned out Gang Warehouse some miles away. It's a tragic day, we ask out of respect for the Vu family that you refrain from visiting tea houses for the day. Thank you."

The chief stood down from the podium. He wasn't told the truth that Atoli was back in the Capital City surrounded by armed SWAT officers, at this point no one could be trusted, no one.

"What are you going to do about this? A child brutally murdered and her family? It's only a matter of time before Oda and the Attorney General start breathing down my kneck and sending in the Guard."

"Let them, you aren't doing much except making deals with a Mokan security agency."

"Now listen, Kawasaki, this is the best I can do. This security agency can give you some help."

"It certainly didn't help the Vu's now did it?"

"That was an unfortunate incident!"

Dei, dressed in his black armor along with Dev and Drev sat on the top building over looking the hospital. They were ralkovian death guard, the very best of stealth troopers. They moved like death across the world invisible, quick, silent, like shadows pulling people out of the world.

They were armed with ralkovian "DG" grade technology.(supposed to be some of the best in the world) The weapons they carried each could be used for multiple purposes. Grenades that could be set from timed to proximity or laser. Assault Rifles that could be attached with special equipment transforming them into sub machine guns or even powerful sniper rifles. Mortars that could double as rocket launchers. HUDS inside their helmets allowed them super accuracy with all weapons. Death guard snipers had no use for spotters a computer did all that for them. In fact, new technology was allowing the death guard to guide bullets(smart bullets) to the enemy.

Everything about a death guard could be summed up into a single word,"Deadly." The guardsmen moved the dead SWAT bodies who were supposed to be guarding the rooftop. They had silently killed them without anyone knowing they were gone, they had taken a recording of each of the SWAT mens voice so anyone on radio would receive the same report.

The death guard loaded up their armor piercing rounds as they took aim at the girl. They unloaded all .50 cal armor piercing rounds at the girl as she lay in the bed and at the SWAT inside the room. One of them picked up an RPG and fired it at the hospital room, the other 2 set up smoke grenades and proximity charges before all 3 guardsmen hopped across the rooftops. They went across 6 buildings befores going inside the seventh building. They quickly made their get away dissappearing into the shadows.

(Wasn't HQ a warehouse? Maybe not, oh well, I don't know if I could kindly ask you to refrain from Killing Atoli. Sorry I know I'm stretching things as it is, but Atoli is again my key witness. (Nope, HQ is nowhere near a warehouse. And well thats what stealth death guard pretty much are ninjas. Ninjas were some of the best assassins. I can say that the rpg hit a helicopter and that one of the swat was thrown on top of her and took most of the bullets.)

Johnny Hughes had been waiting for about two days to meet the gang unit investigators. He would periodically go from his apartment to the Precinct and back trying to get a message to Kazu Kawasaki and his partner. It was sadly, to awkward for a gang’s top assassin to constantly go to the police station seeking one of the few cops that was not on Skulls and Bones payroll.

Danny and his men found out about it through a few of the cops that were taking bribes from the gang. The King of Skulls decided to fix this problem once and for all. He could not afford to connect his own men to the murder so an outsider was given a nice little contract….

Johnny after waiting for another half an hour decided to leave the station and head back home. “I hope I can find Kawasaki soon or the body count in the city is going to skyrocket..” said, a very depressed Johnny. The sprit of brotherhood and family in the gang was being replaced with an almost organized crime atmosphere.

Johnny got onto his bike just across the street and said, “Soon, We might be hitting each other..” Those were his last words as a small Asian man in a flashy suit with black sunglasses that clearly marked him as a Yakuza took aim with his six shot revolver and executed Johnny in the back of the head…


Johnny slumped over on his bike as the Yakuza hit man fired two more slugs into his body and took off running to a getaway Motorcycle that was left by a Skulls and Bones Member a few hours ahead of time. The cops came running out as people scattered at the sight and sound of the public execution.

Johnny lay dying gasping for life as his body continued to bleed from various gunshot wounds. He tried to hold onto reality but his body slipped into a darken state and his eyes’ saw black…

The problem is the IRA mostly has access to old soviet style weaponry and this gives us a little bit of a disadvantage when we fight on the street. We try not using that kind of arsenal due to the collateral damage to the local area ruining business in the long run. Lately, we have been mostly resorting to hiring outside contractors to eliminate our enemies.”

Cheng looks at Manuel and adds, “We have been trying keep under the radar for a long time now but the Purple Dragons seem intent on exposing us with their constant harassment. We would appreciate any assistance in stopping them from wiping us out and causing anarchy on the streets of Oita..”

She was still hidden and alive. The death guard watched carefully never faltering in watching for movement.
