Andelko Tikhomirov Sr. walked over to the small party waiting for him. He had intended to spend the time with his daughter, Adela, but it seemed that his company's reputation preceded him, and now he was expected to meet with government officials dealing in trade and economic negotiations.

"Good morning," he said as he walked up to the group. "I am Andelko Tikhomirov, CEO of Red Star Industries," he said. His arm swept to his side, "This is my butler, Douglas."

David's taxi pulled up at front of the building and he got out
