Secretary of State Stephen Warner was reviewing the daily press clippings and diplomatic telegrams when he came across a curious telegram from Trafica and Roen; "Josh," the Secretary said while looking over the edge of the piece of paper to his top aide, "did you ever establish that special folder for File and Forget telegrams I asked for?"
"Yes Mr. Secretary, why?" Josh responded.
"Here," Warner said as he handed Josh the telegram for Trafica and Roen "make that the first file would you? Oh, and send out a simple telegram. You know which one."
"Yes sir," Josh responded with a smile.
