Subject: Declaration of War

Let it be known that as of July 16th 2012 a state of war exists between the Federation of Stoklomolvi and the so-called "Republic" of the Ryou Black Islands. We have, for too long, tolerated the constant insults and attacks, and now, we shall end the stream of unintelligent rambling.

Casus Belli
- The Ryou Black Islands has published "propaganda animes" in attempts to [unsuccessfully] tarnish our reputation;
- The Ryou Black Islands has been accused of harbouring pirates;
- The Ryou Black Islands has backstabbed us in the past during the "Capitalist-Communist War" through refusing to negotiate with us for a peaceful end to said war;
- The Ryou Black Islands has committed acts of piracy against our shipping;
- The Ryou Black Islands has attacked our allies.

We have held private talks with the United Republic of Anagonia, and the leaders of said state have agreed to allow Stoklomolvi and the Ryou Black Islands to settle the disputes in private. Both states, being allies of the United Republic, shall receive no aid from the United Republic, and will fight until one state surrenders.
