The Principality of Kurona

Now that Isabella has left the Ryou Black Islands and the Monarch has been dismantled, we purpose a recovery fund for the islands to allow them to establish a peaceful and democratic soceity. This fund will go to pay for reconstruction, reperations by agreesions, allowing the funding of a small self-defense force for the new Ryou democracy, and ultimatley help the people from starving. Let's sew the seeds of peace, not violence. You can contribute to this fund as much or as little as you like, governments, corperations, religious groups all may donate to seeing forth the peaceful future of the Ryou Black Islands. If you wan't to see change by the Ryou Black Islands, you need to make the change, you can't just threaten it you can't just wish it. **subject to your national tax law**

Aeslonia is glad to see that, at least in one case, cool heads have prevailed. The situation in the Ryouese Black Islands is worsening by the minute, and the Federation feels we must contribute to this fund.

We will donate $25,000 USD for the time being, though more should be expected.

Also, we can confirm several charities from Aeslonia wish to operate with this fund in the RBI. We request permission, on behalf of them, to operate with the Royal Fund.

To: The Royal Fund for Restroation of Ryou

The notion that this money, collected from innocent corporations and governments, will be used to pay reparations is absurd. Reparations should be payed by those who did the damage, not by innocent third parties. While the effort to care for the people of Ryou is certainly commendable, the top priority of the international community should be brining Empress Isabella and her cohorts to justice.

The Great Republic of Falkasia would like to donate 50,000,000 USD to the fund, in an attempt to make life better for not only the Ryouese people, but the rest of the world. The time has come to bury the bloddy hatchet and make peace. For some nations, peace will come only through the passage of time, as tensions and hostilities still exist among their people.
