Shai, The Ryou Black Islands

Isabella knew that The enemies of the Ryouese people would not leave them alone till The Ryouese people were dead or dieing. They hated The Culture of the Ryouese, also hated their government. So in short, till The Ryouese were six Feet under or enslaved by The Nazis of ODECON, the evil ones would not stop their war.

Time to show them what was to happen.

Soon, Isabella soon signed a few papers. These were not for declaring war or raising taxes.

It was her abdicating the throne, ending The Empire.

Once News started spreading of The abdication of Isabella and her Husband, Hirohito, This soon started a panic. Rumors that The Maoists and Reists had forced The Abdication were spread by The Ryouese Democratic Party, The Revolutionary People's Party and The Republican Socialists. Soon memories of The old People's Republic were coming back.

This Time, the people did not want it.

Soon The Streets filled with people, thousands of them, Attacking the Moaist Guards, Flooding into the Imperial Congress and Maoist and Reist HQs, attacking them.

a Revolution had started, with the people waveing the Red, White and Blue Flag of The Democratic Party.

OOC: An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind. Besides, nothing will stop some nations from steamrolling you just to get their hands on Isabella. To them, you'd be as repugnant as Isabella herself just because you were harboring her in your land.

Diplomatic Statement

In the interests of human rights and international stability, Empress Taunja has ordered an invitation extended to Isabella of the Ryouese. If she should have need of an alternate safe harbor, the Imperial Federated States would be more than willing to provide her with a new home. We would only ask she refrain from making statements or taking actions likely to cause use troubles internationally. She would be given a decent estate in the countryside, and left with either a government stipend, or given employment options if she so desired.

If necessary, personal security would also be provided. We understand that Isabella is not a very well liked person right now.

Romandeos has made a decision, and stands by it.

Aeslonia urges you, and other nations, to keep calm in this and realise what this means for the Ryouese people. On the topic of Isabella, we will remain uninvolved, but the fact still remains that the Ryouese are in a revolution.

The new Republic was already starting Reforms. First was the Government. For now a Council of the Republic would be in charge of the nation till a Constitution was made up. Also, Elections for a Chancellor of The Republic would take place later in the year.

Another Reform was in The Military. The Military would have Independent Branches of The Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard. The Army would be merged with the Yokai Army, a Army of Nekos and Kitsunes numbered over 4,000,000. This would be made into The Grand Army of The Ryouese Republic .

The Navy, Air Force and Marines would Become the Republic Navy, Air Forces of The Republic and Republic Marines.

It seems that the pen has once again prevailed over the sword, and I personally would like to humbly thank each and every ODECON nation for their part in bringing about this peace.

Negotiations which had previously had been thought to be over resumed with a vigor, and I speak for ODECON as a whole when I say that I could not be happier with the outcome. All ODECON forces currently operating in the Ryouese theater will return home immediately, and three helicopters will approach unmolested to the city of Shai to pick up Empress Isabella, Kanna, and Ryu at the earliest possible convenience.

On the subject of any nation other than one flying an ODECON flag harboring any three of the criminals, interfering with official ODECON business will be considered an act of war and the nation in question will be treated as such.

First, I would like to congratulate your recent move to democracy. It is a pleasure to welcome the people of the Ryou Black Islands into the fold of the free. The second matter is a little more distasteful. You do realize that the Ryou Black Islands was days, if not hours away from experiencing the full military might of ODECON, don't you? And that those fleets are still only a few miles from your shores? The invasion could begin again in an instant. Believe me. It is not worth the deaths of what will undoubtedly be many civilians over your refusal to hand over the former Empress Isabella and her co-conspirators to ODECON for a fair trial. I urge you to reconsider, if for no reason other then the safety of your people.

The Ryouese soon sent a message to AHSCA, to come and take Isabella and Kanna off The Islands by Ship. One Escourted by Kanami warships for protection against ODECON raiders. It now seemed The Republic was in a Cold War with ODECON. one that would be a war of Words, not guns.

Ryu was no where to be found, and The Air Defenses of Shai were ready in case ODECON's helicopters tried forceing their way in.

… Ryouese independence is still in the balance even after the abdication of Empress Isabella and her family’s royal lineage, far left wing political group are battling local population centres for control of the country. The communist oppression of the Democratic Party forced the main opposition party underworld but it seems that the population have had doubts about their communist leaders for years. The sudden huge upsurge of people supporting a democracy in Ryou has taken to the streets in open rebellion and fighting the communist supporters in the streets of almost every major town and city in the country.

Several countries, including Stevid, have supported the rebellion but more surprisingly have jumped to support Isabella’s decision to end the reign of terror. The political climate in Ryou was discussed in Parliament early this morning. The foreign secretary and the shadow foreign secretary supported the former Empress’ decision to stand down.

“We have condemned Ryou on so many issues before. We stood against the government’s decision to ally this country with them. We have launched political attacks at Ryou at every turn denouncing their hard left communist rule on the country and oppressing the population to such a degree they could called their citizens ‘drones’. But now both sides of this House openly supported this political change in Ryou. We call for social and political order in the country and ask that the communists step aside and let the fresh winds of democracy take hold in Ryou.”

However this revolution shows no signs of letting up at all, in fact it seems that the conflict is likely to escalate and probably won’t slow for some time. The government has said it will not send peacekeepers on behalf of the Empire, the World Assembly or ODECON. The opposition congratulated this neutral stance by the current government but called for peace in Ryou but also hoped that other foreign nations would sit on the sidelines and let the conflict resolve itself.

Isabella and the pirate admiral Kanna have fled to AHSCA. Stevid’s stance on Isabella is relatively unchanged and the government has said that if she fell into Stevidian hands she would face a fair trail and would probably serve life in prison. However given the fact she has allowed the country to take strides towards democracy it is likely that she would lead a comfortable life in any low level Stevidian prison and would be guaranteed protection. Kanna is top of Stevid international most wanted list and MI5 and MI6 have publically declared that they are ‘actively’ seeking Kanna out and that no matter where she is or no matter how much security she has- she will never be safe.

AHSCA still isn’t recognised by the Holy Empire as a sovereign state and several other countries have rallied to Stevid’s cause including some that were not involved in the Unification War when Stevid briefly occupied Truce Island which is now part of several islands under the AHSCA government’s grasp. Talks with AHSCA constantly break down with little or no headway ever being made and now with the recent sanctuary granted to Isabella (wanted throughout the world for war crimes and crimes against humanity including but not limited to the subjugation of her own people) and Kanna (wanted for hundreds of acts of piracy against Stevidian shipping and foreign shipping)- both are wanted by Stevid but the intelligence services are said to be focusing on Kanna according to a leaked dossier from Foreign Office.

A second civil war for Ryou in as many as two years looms once more with a lot of international support for the change. But with the two most wanted Ryouese individuals hiding in a less than liked nation state it might be only a matter of time before aggressive nations take it upon themselves to forcibly take out the Ryouese criminals on foreign soil regardless of international political repercussions.

As fellow members of ODECON, who, due to domestic concerns, did not participate in the campaign in Ryou, we fully support Leistung in its ultimatum. We will lend our full support to ODECON in capturing these criminals, regardless of which country they seek asylum in. It would take a fool to harbor any one of them while the force that is ODECON beats at the door.

We urge any state, group or person who has the mean to do so to turn Empress Isabella, Kanna, and Ryu over to the proper authorities so they can be tried for their crimes against humanity. Anyone who did not do so would be denying the world justice and denying themselves the gratitude of ODECON and many other nations and alliances. However, anyone who has the means to turn these women in and does not, will surely feel the sting of ODECON's wrath.

The Zinairian government will offer a reward of $100 million to anyone who can deliver any one of these women into Zinairian or ODECON custody alive.

Romandeos maintains the offering of an alternative safe haven, if necessary. Romandeos would be willing to house Isabella and her husband. We doubt the kind of trial Isabella would face in any of the nations so vehemently involved in chasing her would really be done fairly. Any immediate relatives whose lives may be in peril would also be welcomed here.

It is with a mixture of pleasure and confusion that I pen this message, and I trust that the majority of nations appreciate the vexation I find myself in.

On one hand, of course, congratulations must be extended to the Ryou. The progress into democracy is not normally an easy one, and the removal of despotic, psychotic rulers is truly an event to celebrate. For this, we offer our most gracious thanks.

On the other hand, the insistence of particular nations, including those we didn't suspect would become involved, to protect a war criminal is one that concerns us. The prosecution of "Isabella" and "Kanna" is of utmost importance to international security and to the ODECON as a whole.

War crimes, when levied against a nation with which you have no contact, may seem quite incongruous, something worth forgetting. However, when a great many merchant seamen of your allies' and friends' have died at the behest of a national leader, then it no doubt suddenly becomes much more serious a matter. We wonder how nations such as AHSCA and Romandeos, both well-esteemed and respected nations in Adenia, would react if it had been their own merchantmen killed at the hands of the Ryou. No, unfortunately the three aforementioned must be made to account for their crimes. Allowing them to slink into non-existence gives all other entities a green light to follow the Ryouese example - the precedent that may be set here is potentially disastrous to civil shipping worldwide. We beg of the nations involved - do not shelter known international criminals and pirates, for safety of both your own citizens and ours.

With regards to the trial, Adenia would immediately put to the Multilateral Authority that observers be present and witness to any and all trials of the defendants, from nations selected by the Multilateral Authority.

Her Majesty's Government has been studying the situation concerning the conflict between the nations of ODECON and the Ryou Black Islands for some time now ever since we had been asked by the former Ryouese Empress herself to have taken it upon ourselves to make her nation of a protectorate of our own. First of all, we must state that bloodshed can be avoided if the nation of AHSCA would surrender Isabella to a tribunal where she may be held innocent until proven guilty as the maxim has been. To us, that needs to be clearly proven in a trial. A trial which MUST be fair and efficient. Adenia's recent statement is garnished with Ixanian sympathies.

If Isabella is to be found guilty then perhaps she may spend her life on an uncharted island to be forgotten and to be left in the care of simple caretakers rather than having her executed and, subsequently, turning her into a martyr for the Ryouese monarchists who ought to still live on in the islands. The same treatment should be followed with Kanna although she should be put on a separate island. In no way do we try to defend the Ryou Black Islands; if they have done evil then they must be punished. You would say the same for a child who did something bad in your sight. If he was to, for example, stain your carpet then you would let him know your punishment. To not do anything against evil is to allow it to spread like wildfire and you all know what evil can do. You have seen it for centuries.

It was Anagonia's intention to quell the violence in the world by taking a gentle grip on our beloved allies of the Ryou Black Islands. All was going well, and currently our Chief Governor should be undertaking negotiations to officially declare the Ryou our Protectorate. It was my personal understanding that ODECON are any alliance, any nation, would not interfere in this fragile process. We understand that the People of Ryou are quite spontaneous and random. This is indeed a problem, as this situation holds. However I cannot allow, and will state once more for official purposes that we shall not allow, outside interference of any sort. I believe the best negotiations are the ones open to the world. Understanding this, Ryou's previous leadership was to be publicly placed beside a nuclear warhead and destroyed for our own peoples enjoyment, and the satisfaction of knowing that killers of many were killed themselves.

Apparently something went wrong along the way while our Nation was busy dealing with internal affairs. We are not Omnipotent, nor are we capable of monitoring our allies twenty-four-seven. This is impossible for us, as we already monitor many things and many situations on God's Green Earth to have pathetic issues come in the way of our international standings and dealings. Ryou is becoming one such issue that is not allowing us to deal properly with our own problems, and I was under the belief that this entire situation was solved.

Leaders and Generals can be wrong, unfortunately. This situation proves that. And with all due respect we enjoy to see a democratic society take birth, but what we dislike and hate the most is that agreements made between two parties are slaughtered and broken without care, and without heed to warning. I believe the Chief Governor already stated before hand that he would not tolerate any position other than the position he desired for the Ryou Black Islands. The original plan being that Anagonia came in, killed the leaders and destroyed the pirates, and stayed to create a better society for everyone on this Green Earth. Again, plans mess up and agreements can be broken. This agreement, however, was broken against the will of a mighty nation protecting the existence of another nation who just wanted to live.

Let it be known that we could threaten the ODECON alliance with mutual destruction, as we seriously don't care if were destroyed so long as our enemies die with us. On top of that, tell us who kidnapped Margaret of Animalpolis and murdered and where she is being held, and who is experimenting on us.

Bring us justice to those that killed Kino, and imprisoned Shino, to our Shinto Priests hung for their religious beliefs, to our jungles that were napalmed because they simply felt like it. Where is our justice that you all seem to think needs to be delivered. That's right, you have none. Our citizens, that's our citizens, not just our militias were murdered by Soldiers from foreign lands, and not by pirates it's true. Stevid, RedTide2 all the people you are wishing to stand up for have plenty of blood on their hands, so why are you not going after them? Is it because you can pick on a little island because you feel like it?

We believe Isabella has acted in accordance to defense of her nation, attacking when provoked and defending against those that wish to destroy them. Kanna may be questionable and she will be thoroughly reviewed by an AHSCA Court of Law.

This should, in no way, be considered an attempt to have third parties fight our battles for us. We do not encourage the use of military force in the capture of either Isabella or Kanna. Needless to say, they are worth nothing to us dead.

It should also be noted that ODECON will remain vigilant in monitoring the situation and searching for an opportunity to capture the fugitives with absolutely no collateral damage. We feel that if we did not seize such an opening, we would be doing the world as a whole a great injustice.

Jazz was sitting down on his chair enjoying the sunlight as the occasional jet landed. He took a deep breath and felt the warm air before it happened. The sky was suddenly pitched with an air raid siren going off. Jazz woke up and took his helmet as he rushed over to his Jump-Jet Anti-Shipping Class Seeker. He placed his helmet on quickly as he climbed into the cockpit and started his jump jet. Several others were taking off while the Dingos suddenly started to take off the runway. Jazz's Seeker took off quickly as he joined up with the others. He looked across and noticed Sonic was taking the lead.

"Hey, what's the big idea?" asked a pilot.

"Depends Jazz," replied Sonic. "It could be two submarine transport and they can hold 100 men each or two attack submarines preparing for an invasion. Sherman doesn't want to take any chances. Our orders are to force them to appear on the surface or dock in our waters. Remember, we'll act accordingly. If they're allies, pull off and report. If they're netural, escort them to the nearest dock and questioned them. If they're enemy or hostile, we've got orders to sink the buggers," briefed Sonic.

Jazz followed Sonic as they came out of the clouds. The Dingo's circled above looking for any escort parties. That was when they noticed a handful of destroyers surrounding something below the surface. The Seekers were being escorted by a few Hunter's when they came across the destroyers.

"This is Ace of Spades of the Vamperial Air Force of Lynx calling unidentified ships," started Sonic into the intercom as Jazz took up position and armed his topedoes. "You have entered a war zone of Lynx Waters. You will identify yourself or we will fire upon you,"

"Sir, I've counted four destroyers and...sonar has detected two submarines," briefed Jazz as he checked his sonar for a moment.

The ralkovian sub simply dissappeared from sonar altogether as it reached the bottom of the ocean and blended in. The sub could stand a mile in pressure and took advantage as it simply walked its way out from the enemy, passive sonar was turned on adding the stealth qualities to the stealth sub. As it dissappeared from view a few ralkovian Steamer class vessels were hounding the region(patrolling) and were busy blasting noise and small enemy balkov ships.

A Blackhawk MK2 zommed across the ocean as it came across to the submarine. Jazz kept his misslies and topedoes onstandby in case something was going to happen. Sonic's jet pass over twice to check the situation. The jets circled around the squadron for a few more minutes before Sonic went to his intercom.

"Isabella and Kanna, board the Blackhawk so we can transport you to Lynx Island," ordered Sonic.

A Blackhawk MK2 zommed across the ocean as it came across to the submarine. Jazz kept his misslies and topedoes onstandby in case something was going to happen. Sonic's jet pass over twice to check the situation. The jets circled around the squadron for a few more minutes before Sonic went to his intercom.

"Isabella and Kanna, board the Blackhawk so we can transport you to Lynx Island," ordered Sonic.

The Two me out of The Submarine after it had surfaced, with raised hands.

The soldiers onboard the Blackhawk lowered their hands to help the two captors climb aboard the Blackhawk. They started to whizz off to Lynx Island in order to keep her safe however, there was going to be a major problem. Lynx Island was slightly occupied by ODECON Forces and the Lynion's will be forced to trail her. The pilot sighed for a moment. They came across the ocean and then to their island home. Lynx Island. They finally landed on a helipad and they quietly allowed Isabella and Kanna to step off and escorted them to their quarters. They were closely guarded at all times by several Lynion Assassin's.

"These are your quarters and you'll be placed under house arrest until we can figure out something," explained the captain. "Your luggage from the sub will be sent to you and anyone else once its docked,"

OOC: No harm intended. I just wanted to make sure that they weren't going to escape.

OOC: Lynion will put them on a fair trail. Kanna will be trailed for piracy and Isabella will be trailed for....I think ODECON had war crimes against her. Anyhow, the last say will be done by a Lynion Judge. Anyhow, I'll have to talk to ODECON about the war crimes.

Today, Wednesday the 26th of 2008, it has being reported and it will be confirmed, Ex-Emperoress Isabella of the Ryou Black Islands and the Pirate known as Kanna, has being captured by the Royal Lynion Air Force and the Royal Lynion Naval Task unit 607. They have now being detained inside a safe house under 24 hours house guards. They will have limited access and freedom until their fair trail. Under the Vamperial Code, the Vamperial Colony of Lynx Island has every right and the League of Wolves will trail the pair under various war crimes and crimes that they have committed. The last call of the charges enforced onto the pair will be granted to Lynion Head Judge Union who will have the power to sentence the pair to their rightful punishment.

The jury will only be a second opioin required for Union and the other High Judges. The jury will have little or no power in the sentencing. They can say they find them gulity or not gulity but the real power lies in High Judge Union.

Therefore, we will allow ODECON personal to attend the trail and the jury alongside the Lynion personal. Isabella and Kanna will in fact have access to a lawyer of their choice. They will be treated accordingly to Lynion Laws of Treating POW's or War Criminals until their trail. Both sides will be allowed to be visited by their lawyers and family members but no-one else.

Under the Code of Practice, the High Judges cannot be contacted during the trail or 6 hours before the trail. If anyone wishes to disucss anything with them, they would require to see them at least a day before the trail. Possible outcomes for the pair in sentencing:

Isabella: Depending on the crimes charged against her, it can be exile or execution

Kanna: If found gulity she will be sentence to execution. This outcome cannot be cancelled or change.

The execution will not be shown to the public but will take place at 1800 hours. All news crews will be banished from Lynx Island during the day of the trail. If any news crews found on Lynx Island, they will be banished from the Vamperial Kingdom.

Anything else, please feel free to ask us. We will not take bribes so likely and we cannot change the possible sentences for the trail. ODECON is welcome to take part in the jury and several Lynion's have being choosen to take part of the jury.

While we commend you for your miraculously simple capture of these two fugitives, the Zinairian government does not feel that Lynion is the most appropriate nation for the trial. Not only had Lynion expressed interest in joining ODECON, which could potentially sway judgement (although, we are aware, this application has since been withdrawn), but there are several nations, who we feel are more neutral in this matter, which have already volunteered the services of their judicial systems. While we do not feel this matter should be settled in a first come, first serve manner, we would like to request that the other nations are at least considered.

Nevertheless, many of the pilots that have found the pair and captured her, have expressed their concern that they are being cheated on their capture. I have also consulted High King Vamp about the matter and he has expressed that he feels we're being bullied into the matter. In the meanwhile, a civilian plane was on its route from Allanea to the Lynx colony It was seemingly an ordinary plane, like the thousands that left the country every day for travel abroad.

"Allanea Aircraft, you're welcomed to land over. However, it will take some time before we can get a confirmed report if we can dispatch those criminals to you. However, please land and await for a reply," replied the captain on duty at the airfield.

Later

The Lynion Regulars who were meant to be guarding the prisoners during the night had taken watch first. They were standing at their posts when one of them suddenly disappeared into the shadows. Soon another had vanished and four men were standing in the shadows. Lavax signalled the men to go forward and take out the remaining guards quietly. Lavax and several other mercenaries quietly removed one of the doors and took Isabella and Kanna with them. The other mercenaries returned to Lavax as they headed towards the airfield where the Allanea plane was waiting for them. They were quick and quiet as they silent waited at the airfield for the Allanea plane.

The Allanean plane landed, and the doors opened. It was empty except for pilots, flight attendants, and an ACIA agent who was to identify the Empress and Kanna before they boarded.

"Quietly," ordered Lavax as the door to the plane opened.

Isabella and Kanna were sent into the plane while the merc's vanished into the swamp and later returned to their positions throughout Lynx Island. Lavax was the last one to leave as he made sure everyone was safe. He looked up at the man who was helping the pair board the plane as he shaked hands with him.

"Take off quickly and get the hell outta here before ODECON comes after you. Everything has being set and I hope everything goes to plan," ordered Lavax as he gave the men of the plane cigarettes to smoke later.

As of three hours ago, the former leader of the Ryou, Empress Isabella, and other Ryou personalities, have arrived in Fort Steel, a key Allanean military base. They are secured there by the force of 10 divisions of the United States Marine Corps, and other military forces of the United States of Allanea. The fortress is not breachable by any forces that ODECON has in its possession.

As the President of the United States, let me say this: I am sick and tired – and the Allanean people are sick and tired – of the international bullying of the Ryou by ODECON and others. Empress Isabella voluntarily abdicated, granting her people the freedom experienced by the citizens of democratic republics across the globe. She has acceded to all the demands of the world. There is no need to keep chasing her about. As the President of the United States, I grant her and her people a full unconditional pardon.

The ODECON people have told the world that they will never stop pursuing Empress Isabella, that they will pursue this lady to the end of the world. Fine gentlemen indeed, to chase an unarmed woman with national armies. But they will find that for the purposes of their disclaimer, the world ends at the borders of Allanea. We are hurt by your strong and quite frankly provocative words. Such mewling to the press puts your foreign policy in very bad light and further more exacerbates a tense situation. While we do thank you for your comments on how allied actions forced a regime change in the Ryou Black Islands, we are surprised that you label all ODECON nations in the same way.

A recent press release by the government which was then posted as an article on the national news website stated strongly against execution of Isabella. In fact this government has taken strong steps to make sure that Isabella falls into Stevidian hands, that she is tried for persecuting her own people (not foreigners like is so being claimed by many other governments) and that she would probably get life imprisonment for her crimes against humanity. However we have also stated that seeing as she is royalty and a politician she would be granted a very comfortable life and not the squalor of a bog standard cell. A minimum/medium security prison would be her residence but otherwise she would live the normal life of a Stevidian citizen. She doesn't deserve freedom, she deprived her own nation of that for a very long- her people didn't get freedom and were killed if they voiced opposition to it, so we ask why does she deserve it? Kanna is a pirate and will be not tried in Stevid. She wouldn’t make it that far and that’s a promise.

Also Allenea, while a big, strong and respected country, is far from invincible and threaten The Holy Empire of Stevid in the way you have is most ridiculous, likewise ODECON has several nations more than capable of handling a war with you on their own. Such taunts from you make a situation worse and will more than likely bring unfortunate repercussions in forms other than all out conflict. In fact the message you send echo those taunts and actions of the former Hataria and now the former communist Ryou- and look what happened there.

There are plenty of threads with Ryou cracking down on people crying out for freedom and open rebellion against the state and being quickly crushed to statisfy the communists. Hmm...I have heard of the recent break out of Isabella and Kanna and I would like to inform you that the Vamperial Order nor the League of Wolves authorised the breakout. Vamperial Headmaster Sherman knows very little of the breakout and there is no suspects at the time but there's being suspcion of a group of Lynion's doing the breakout. There will be an investigation about the event and it will be looked into.

Therefore, it will be requested all ODECON Forces to leave Lynx Colony in order to avoid the Lynion suspects to desert Lynx Island. This is to enforce restrictions on the Island and all Lynion Forces stationed on Lynx Island will be confined to their barracks until further notice. The thousand ships of the Lynx Defense Flotilla rumbled as their engines roared to life. Slowly but surely, the outlying ships were pulled back from their patrols. When everything had been accounted for, the order went out.

The war had not lasted long, so neither had the men's deployment. As such, there was little fanfare. The men only wanted to get back to their lives on the Peninsula.

It is with great disappointment that I read the statement from the Allanean President Alexander Kirillovich Kazansky. This needlessly aggressive statement from the Allanean government has no purpose other than to raise international tensions when they are already at a worryingly high level. The interference of Allanea is unwarranted, unjust and unwanted. The justification given by the Allanean President for their intervention is insulting not just to myself and my country but to the alliance that we are part of and every member nation.

How dare the Allaneans of all people accuse us of such an act. Allanea! The number of times that our influence has been used to assist Allanea, the United States has even been on the verge of war to safeguard Allanea in the distant past is ridiculous. We demand an immediate apology from Allanea and for the people they now hold to be turned over to the Ryouese for proper trial by their peers and no others. Your interference in the matter is undesirable and it should be ended post haste.

If they are not returned with the utmost haste then we will be forced to consider other methods to bring about our objectives. The Allanean President is in no position to threaten us but this puts us in a difficult position of whether we respond in kind or take a moral high ground above this. Reference to us as bullies is fine, you are entitled to do as you like, when you like and express it however you like. But there are ramifications to such actions, ramifications that Allanea has experienced on more than one occasion in the past and we would hate for that to happen again. This is not the kind of action over which to lose friends. Should this situation escalate then it may become such a time.

Do not make a mistake that you cannot recover from. The United States of Independent Hitmen does not take offence lightly. International discourse prevents me from highlighting the positive things that the Allaneans have done for the world in such a trying time and the relationship between our nations should not have to be at such a low point. Besides there are always things that can be done for your nation that perhaps you lack the capacity to do yourself. Negotiation is better than pure threat. OOC: Just to make sure everyone is following the same story, and is making sure that their IC post's match-up with the knowledge we have right now- Isabella and Kanna are in the hands of Ralkovia, NOT Allanea. Allanea has body doubles that Ryou and Ralkovia arranged to be captured in waters near ODECON troops. That is who Lynion captured, and the Ralkovia sub was role-played as escaping with Isabella and Kanna on-board (despite protest from one ODECON player that this wouldn't be possible, but never followed up on it to enforce it).

Allanea is playing like they DO have the real deal in their hands, and as a member of ODECON, personally I am expecting some sort of genetic testing or other identification to be done so we can confirm to the world if he has them or not. Otherwise, this all just a bunch of steam being blown about and delaying the RP.

I must say that I am quite frankly appalled and disgusted by the actions of Allanea and their misguided president, Alexander Kazansky.

Allanea is a member of the Kingston Pact - along with Akimonad - which promotes liberty and freedom throughout the world. I therefore find it hypocritical that the Allaneans would provide asylum to a known communist and leader of a largely oppressive state that is quite frankly not worthy of sovereignty at the present time.

It also boggles me as to why they would oppose the nations of ODECON, which seek to transform the aforementioned state into a prosperous, free state, instead of the wretch of a nation that it currently is on the world stage.

I therefore condemn in strongest terms the actions the Allanean nation has taken to harbor "Empress" Isabella. Such actions defeat the purpose of membership in the Kingston Pact.

I further declare that if Isabella is not turned over to Akimonadi or ODECON authorities within forty-eight hours then all diplomatic relations with Allanea will cease and recognition will be revoked. Further action will also be taken if warranted.

Allanean subversion of the Kingston Pact's goal of liberty is quite frankly not to be tolerated.

The sub passed under the enemy undetected. It kept quiet as it slowly made its way to one of the ralkovian islands near the area. It was soon in Ralkovian waters and safe as a ralkovian defense fleet of 6 manticore cruisers, 4 destroyers, 2 LHD and a single pocket battleship passed by on a routine patrol of the holdings. With it the sub joined into the fleet and hid with it as it moved for its next post near the grand ralkovian islands. Here the sub would disembark and head to the ralkovian coast.

Merlin, now dressed in a great brown overcoat, exited the intel room. Parker, also dressed in civillian clothes, stood against the wall, waiting for him

The ralkovian submarine wasn't stupid enough to surface at any point in the journey. Isabella and her pirate friend were taken care of on the sub, they were in spacious quarters with hot meals but the death guard never left them for any reason.

The Ralkovian Communication Network was working at double its usual speed as on the outside it tried to make everything look like it was fine.

((OOC: Rykaria is one of the founders of the IFA, as well as a major force during the IFA invasion against Ryou (Which is why Ryou is retconning himself). He had sent 5 million troops, second only to me (I sent 7 million). He did, in fact, have much to do with this war. Just because he doesn't take part in bureaucratic squabble doesn't mean he's not there.))

OOC: I haven't missed the point, you've, quite ironically, missed your own point. There are no troops BESIDE other ODECON troops in Ryou because there are no ODECON troops to be beside! ODECON isn't there. The closest we came to Ryou is dropping some bombs on one of the islands. Our foot soliders haven't set foot in Ryou and it is unlikely they ever will, and they are now noweher near Ryou because there is no reason for ODECON to be there anymore.

It is comments like the one you have made that have now given ODECON a bad name, one it does not deserve and certainly hasn't earned. We forced a regime change simply by bombing a tiny island for five hours and by just having ships near to Ryou. That is an amazing acomplishment. But the things you have said (i.e: We invaded Ryou, OMG Bullies!!!!111) and comments made by Ryou to put us in IC and OOC bad light have ruined an RP. It's because of comments you and others have made based on asumptions and your own imagination getting carried away that have force ODECON to hold a summit to show everyone we promote peace and freedom.

Please, get the facts right before blagging to everyone that ODECON is bad. It doesn't take long because all the facts are in this thread.
