When Woff arrived at the Palace, he found Lee and Jian going through a file cabniet that was based on foriegn affairs. Something was up. He noticed several of the Imperial Guardians were also going through several files and documents. What the blazes was going on. It wasn't an invasion or the air raid sirens would've gone off by now. Woff pass by several Imperial Guardians before he found Imperial Headmaster Guardian Stavax (second in command) reading through several files.

"Since when did fiece fighters become humble readers?" asked Woff as he leaned against the doorway.

"Sir!" shouted Stavax as he stood to attention. "Lee and Jian were after the report that made us a recognised kingdom in the International Community,"

"I thought we were a recognised kingdom?" questioned Woff as a pair of Imperial Guardians started to flick through more files.

"No sir," replied Stavax. "Nobody has recognised us as a kingdom in the International Community,"

"Since when do fighters and bodyguards take time out to give a crap about the International Community?" questioned Woff as a Guardian pass by him.

"Sir, I went through our history books, our history documents, the Palace Code, the Palace Files and now we're going through the Palace Documents," started Stavax as he took a deep breath and slowed down. "When we first came out of isolation* no nation, empire or kingdom recognised us. We didn't enter the world stage with a war but through deployments. That's why sir,"

"Right, clean up the mess and have everything back in order," demanded Woff as he entered the office as Stavax suddenly stop working.

"Sir! If Vamp finds out about this, then we're screwed!" replied Stavax. "We need to find that forsaken document!"

"Calm down," stated Woff as he took a chair and sat on the opposite end of the desk from where Stavax was working from. "So here's what we do. I'll send a telegram out to the world requesting that we become a recognised kingdom in the eyes of the International Communtiy. We then re-write the date and set it to when we came out of our grand isolation*," explained Woff.

Stavax suddenly felt relieved as the Imperial Guardians who were helping find the document entered the room. The Guardians explained they haven't found the document yet and things were looking down for them. Woff interupted the report and explained to them what was going to happen and requested that the bulk of the Imperial Guardians, Stavax, Lee and Jian out everything back in order before Vamp found out that the Palace was hit by a bomb. Woff quickly went down to the radar station and composed a telegram to be sent to world leaders. If there was four or more nations that recognised Lynion as a free, independent kingdom of the world, then Vamp would never find out about what has just happened.

Good morning/afternoon/evening of the world leaders of the world. During my time as second in command of Lynion, I've seen my belovered kingdom rise to its duties. I've seen our kingdom find allies and friends in harsh and unexpected times. I don't want to go on about our kingdom but I would like to make a request to world leaders. We would like to offically be a recognised kingdom of the world. Now, I know nations have heard about the myths of our nation. One of the common ones is: Lynion is inhabited by Werewolves and Vampires. Much I would like to say this is a myth or legend, it is infact our true nature. We intend to hid it from the International Community because we fear we're the only non-Human and if nation found out, they would take a special interest in our people. However, many people have believed that we're similar to the legend of vampires and werewolves. Therefore, attach is a small report about how different we are from the legends.

Report about the Lynion Race (Vampires and Werewolves)

1) Both races in Lynion don't have any powers seen in the movies or have being read in the legends. These includes vampires drinking blood in order to survive. This doesn't affect us. We also intend to be welcomed into the light and the night. We have no fear of the sun.

2) Both races suffer from immortality. However, unlike the true immortals, we can die just like a normal Human being. Yes, we don't require Holy Objects to kill us. Lynion's have died from viruses, diseases and sickness. We can be shot with the average bullet and we can die just like your normal Human self.

3) Werewolves are well known, and Lynion werewolves, to have an enhanced nose similar to a dogs. Yes this is true and they have being known to pick up the scents of common Humans. Vampires are known to have enhanced eye sight and enhanced hearing. This is 100% true as it has become part of the Lynion Vampire. They have better hearing and sight than a Human being.

4) Both races depend on the other to survive in the International Community. This is mainly due to the fact they still have little trust in most of the other nations. Neither Vampire or the Werewolf Races have dreams of conquering the world or would think that one is superiour over the other. Neither side believe in a 'Choosen' Vampire/Werewolf that will lead them to countless victories.

I've had this idea ever since I first started this game and I've found that no nation has recoginsed us as an independent kingdom with an unusal race. All I'm after is my kingdom be recognised for what it is and stands for.

"Hmm, nothing we don't already know" he said, passing it on

"Yes, but what about the rest of the nation?" chipped in Mitchell "Isn't this is the sort of thing we work to keep out of the public domain?"

Merlin looked over at the young Sentinel

"It's been taken care of" he said "Our man on the inside will hide the details from the PM, and he'll just be recognising Lynion as a kingdom. He won't know anything about Vampires or Werewolves. If the press get do hold of it, they've got no evidence to support the fact that it is a genuine telegram"

"And if they do?" asked Parker

"We'll remove it - or them - permanently" Merlin told her

"That's how we work around here" said Blake, standing up "We follow orders"

Clearly a nation with a majority of its citizens afflicted by zoanthropic delusions cannot be deemed rational, and thus must be considered a psychotic and unstable regime. Although we feel that it is our best interest not to recognize your 'little atoll' as a "nation"; we do respect your desire to recieve recognition.

However, on the grounds that we may not consider it necessarilly safe for non-humans to openly mingle, especially those with a "colorful history" of killing each other. Thus, we shall not be partaking in any transactions of personel, even though we shall encourage resservations in each other's lands in order to produce valuable revenue in tourism and industry.

Perhaps in the future, people won't see vampires and werewolves as man-killing beasts. But currently, that doesn't seem likely in our country.

It didn't take him long to notice that the entire message he had written was found as offensive to Woff...
He felt that a letter of explanation for his choice of words was necessary.

Non-humans were an unpredictable bunch... Especially upon initial contact...

We stand by our decision to limit contact with you nation, for both our safeties. It shouldn't be taken as an insult.

In the past, there have many instances in which forced assimilation of cultures has caused a number of needless social conflicts, otherwise known as wars, crusades, genocide, jihads, and riots.

Whereas, there have been noted examples that to live and let culture flow at a pace mutually to the liking of all involved, if not slower, has a far lower incidence of social conflicts, maintains biodiversity, and allows for pursuit of multiple radical idiologies simultaniously.

Therefore, in the interest of causing less harm to your nation, and our own, we have decided not to have an open border policy with your nation. In addition to actively suppressing knowledge of your country's existance to a select and trusted few in order to prevent those who may wish harm on your kind merely out of principle from taking hostile action. We do this because we have had experiance with the "alternatives", and found this one as the least costly and most productive.

As for the "little atoll" wording, we thought it appropriate due to the fact that your island-chain resembled an atoll, and that "little" has been known as a term of endearment rather than hostility, which was what we were going for. We are sorry if you interpreted it as an insult, and would like to point out, that such cultural misunderstanding would occur far more frequently if we allowed deregulated exchanges between our countries.

I hope this better explains why we came to the conclussion to keep any transactions quite limited to the point that recognition of your country is not feasable at this time.
