Dear sir/ma'am,

The Republic of New Darland greets your nation with great hopes for the future. We are a liberal democracy, with regular elections which recently had the Liberal Democrats elected for the first time since 1977. We have decided, after due consideration and a national vote, to found an embassy programme in our capital, New Edinburgh, for other nations to establish relations with New Darland.

We are quite peaceful, with a small military but a large economy. Crime is quite low, and we haven't fought in a war since the Falklands (in which we supported Britain).

Thus, we believe that embassy exchange between our nations is the best for the future of us and indeed the world. Alliances may and will be forged, trade developments and many other diplomatic events will happen as a result of this. We hope that you can request an embassy in New Darland.
