OOC: This is Mokastana, and I have been given permission to run Aqua Anu by Aqua Anu. This is just the thread explaining the change in government.
Please RP either a response or an accepting of the invitation. I am trying to learn everyone who had former relations with Aqua Anu

In the capital of Aqua Anu, Cameras and press were buzzing with excitement, ever since the Abdication of the Throne no one was sure about where Aqua Anu would go next. High Duchess Marina Antonioni had showed to be a capable leader, but unfortunately did not have the strength to lead the nation as the queens of the past had. So after many private meetings and discussions, a safe and fair conclusion was made. Aqua Anu would become a Mokan Republic. A nation still with its own independent government, but under the guidance of The People's Republic of Mokastana. In a wondrous ceremony High Duchess Marina Antonioni stood on the right side of a Flag pole, with President Nicolas Villa on the left. Together they lowered the former flag of Aqua Anu, folded it perfectly and handed it off to Lieutenant Admiral Morioka. Then together the two raised the new flag of Aqua Anu, symbolizing its rebirth as a Mokan Republic.
Then together the two leaders joined for a speech telling the nations of the world what had happened.
"Today, Aqua Anu joins Mokastana in the name of Peace and Brotherhood. Together we will work for a brighter future of both our nations citizens. As of now Aqua Anu will be considered a member of the Fegosian Union, the Hegemony, and The Mokan Union, consisting of Wellovia, Mejico, Mokastana, and now Aqua Anu."
"Together we shall create a better future, all friends of Aqua Anu are still friends. I invite all of our friends the world to a banquet next week to meet and discuss this change in Aqua Anu."
