The Lord Protector had arranged the visit to AHSCA to begin with the procurement of a sailing ship which would take him and his family there due to the primitive nature of the islands which meant that aerial transporation was nonexistent. It did not seem to matter to the Lord Protector nor his family who recieved a pretty sturdy ship which could hold them and their bodyguards quite well; functioning like a secret service, they would often follow the Lord Protector and his family whereever they went. The head of the secret service had sent about six bodyguards to accompany the Lord Protector so that he would feel safe as would his wife and children. Richard Savage sat in his cabin while his wife was looking at the ocean with their three children; his eyes scanning a newspaper that he had smuggled aboard in which he read articles pertaining to daily events in Spensonia. As he read, he could hear the cheers of his children and the tender voice of his wife which all made him smile. He rose from his seat and discarded the newspaper to see that the ship was disembarking at the nearest port. With a smile, he picked up his youngest child, Anne, into his hands and shouted: "Here we are! The islands of AHSCA are ours to explore!"

OOC: It's not as long as I want it but it will have to do; AHSCA, you can just have your people greet the Savage family at the port.

"Ship in." Several militia shouted. "Welcome to AHSCA, may we see your passports please." They inspected the passports and it proved they weren't from a hostile country. "Welcome to AHSCA, enjoy your time here." They allowed them through. A large sign bolded "The United Island States of AHSCA Aurora Island WELCOME"

The entire family immediately produced their passports before walking down past the sign that bade them welcome with the bodyguards trailing behind in their emotionless fashion. As they walked further into the island, the Lord Protector began looking around to see if there would be a welcome party; after all, he was a national leader who many would think would get a lavish welcome.

Kaena was rushing to get the Congressional Business done so that she may go greet the special arrivals "Okay, all in favor?" Several yays let out followed by a few nays. "Great this motion passes, meeting is adjourned." She threw the gavel down and threw off the judges robe leaving her usual pair of overalls. "Shoot! I forgot to dry my dress!" No time she had to run to go greet, she hardly looked like a Congressional Leader but she was one. "Hello." She ran up to them. "Hello, hello hello." She panted. "So sorry I'm late, I'm Kaena I'm the Congressional Leader, forgive Milady's absence."

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Miss Kaena; you need not apologize to us since it seems you were working or something prior to your arrival. I am the Lord Protector, Richard Savage, and this is my lovely family; we all hope for a pleasurable time here in AHSCA. I'm hopeful this place has some child friendly sites since I really want my children to have as much fun as they can during this visit."

Richard shook Kaena's hand quite firmly with a jovial laugh before he gave way to his wife, Bridget, who smiled at the Congressional Leader with her pearl white teeth before looking briefly to see her children running around the palm trees and the sand of the beach. "It is nice to meet you, Miss Kaena. Like my husband, I'm hopeful to have a good time here and, hopefully, learn all I can about your nation. It looks quite lovely and, indeed, untainted by industrialization; that's something that gives your nation a charming natural quality."

The children were soon gathered up in a row and each of them were introduced by Richard who seemed quite proud that they were his children. He cherished their existence, he loved them all equally, and he was thankful that they lightened his day and helped make him smile along with his wife; some things she did made him smile quite a lot. "This is Roger, the oldest, followed by Dorothy and then our little Anne who just recently turned five. I hope you have good accomodation for each of them."

"Congressional Business, quite a work. I also would have worn something much nicer but we had a heavy rain today so my dress is wet and I wasn't able to dry it. And yes madam, our simplistic lifestyle is something we pride our selves very much on. It isn't easy but it's our life. But Aurora here is fairly modern, Corona is very much conservative in it's life-style. They are very much the primitive culture but they've also had the most recovery in the post-war so they're interesting. I will also say they are dirt poor. I wasn't born there but I reside there with my partner. I'm sorry I can't spoil the whole trip for you, it's best you see all our cultures as they are blended and as they stand out. Oh we have prepared a nice hut for you and your family. And may I advise for your children to play at the beachfront during the day, that's where all the children gather. We also have a lot of small waterfalls and oases and hotsprings."

Although he wasn't used to living in the primitive confines of a hut, Richard had never doubted the sincerity of his host's generosity and graciously took it upon himself to show that he and his family would not mind spending their vacation in a hut. Once they had found their hut, and unpacked amidst cries of what everyone wanted to check out first, the Savage children took on their swimsuits and rushed to play in the sand and water while their parents watched under the auspieces of a lovely shade. Richard looked at his children, smiling, while his wife went to play with his youngest child. God, he thought, must have blessed him. He had it all. Titles, powers, a wife, children, and the sweet cash. He was very thankful for all of his blessings; he looked around and wondered if he'd have to speak at the Congress. He wouldn't mind that but, then again, he'd have to make sure his wife and children were occupied if they didn't want to go to see a bunch of middle aged men debating like they did back in Spensonia, in the House of Commons, where Richard first made his career.

Keana returned to check in on them. "Is everything all right? We understand you are on vacation but our Congressional Leaders would love it very much if you gave a short speech. It's purely up to you of course, you don't have too, but you do get to meet all the congressional delegates as well as the other island leaders. With the excpetion of Milady Shino, she's in Carnelian island"

I'll most likely just speak on how I'd like it for our nations to be blessed with the bond of friendship. I recently overheard that the Lesbian Party won elections here and, indeed, I assumed it was just a party dedicated to the preservation of homosexual rights while comedic skits jested that the party was an all lesbian party and, well, you ought to get the picture from that. Anywho, just tell me when you'd like me to make my speech, and I'll head over to give it."

"Well we originally formed merely as a fellowship to Lesbians. Believe it or not there's a pretty heavy lesbian population even more than gay, in AHSCA. Well we decided we should form a party and go into congress. When The Bill of Rights passed, which I co-drafted, passed, we gained Minority Status, and with the first Election we ran for More Seats and gained Majority." (I'll give you my personal Wiki article on the Party when I get home later)

"As for your speech, you may give it when you are ready, just before you leave AHSCA of course. Do you plan to spend your full duration on Aurora, or will you be staying on the other islands?"

"I ought to deduce that your nation must be popular among the lesbian community of the world but I'm mostly indifferent to homosexuals since I consider it futile and offensive to attempt a restriction of one's free will but that's all due to my devotion to the civil libertarian rhetoric I adopted. Perhaps I'll give my speech right before I leave your nation; I'd prefer to spend some time on Aurora and then each of the other islands. By the way, Miss Kaena, do you know if we'd be able to get into town? I'd like to get my family some souveniers."

Bridget and the children were busy playing in the sand and the water as Richard talked and, indeed, their shrieks of laughter and joy could be heard from the distance. Richard just smiled and said: "I'm so thankful to have them all. So very damn thankful, Miss Kaena."

Bridget purchased some dresses for herself and her daughters while Richard jested to his only son that they ought to look for manly things; he laughed jovially as looked around for them while his son followed. Once the shopping was finished, Richard and his family purchased some light food and sat together at a site to eat and talk about what they bought.

Richard was flirting with his wife, just a bit, while his children were busy talking about what they wanted to do in AHSCA; Anne eventually began looking around the site while her siblings watched and while Richard kissed his wife before telling her all about something that happened in the past, something he remembered fondly, something that made her laugh.

The hut of the Lord Protector hadn't been that glorious but it was still modest enough to gain a sort of acceptance from him and his family who divided the hut into parts so that everyone could have their own place to rest and relax. While Bridget was helping to bathe Anne as his other children were talking outside about various topics such as school back in Spensonia, Richard Savage was busying himself with relaxing in the hammock. He didn't seem to mind a hammock over a bed, both were good to him, and he simply laughed whenever he saw Anne splash his wife with that jovial giggle she had. It reminded him of Roger when he splashed him the day he offered to bathe him when he was just an infant. When Roger first came, the Lord Protector was merely a member of the House of Commons who had gained fame out of his marriage to Bridget O'Connor who was a supermodel of Irish descent. It was around the time of Anne's birth that Richard became Lord Protector of Spensonia and both events made him feel like God or some force had surely blessed him.

Eventually Bridget had finished bathing Anne who was dressed in a little lace outfit that she usually wore when it was night. All energetic from the experience, Anne leapt upon Richard, getting him to sigh, while Bridget laughed as Richard was asked to tell his youngest child a story and Richard concocted a story about a little girl, obviously meant to be Anne, who traveled through the land of Paprikania to find Mr. Sonne who would, indeed, show her around the strangeness of Paprikania.

Bridget giggled when Richard explained that Paprikania's currency wasn't the spice but rather a set of coins which differed in value depending on their size and look. Anne was astounded by Richard's vivid descriptions but she fell asleep by the time Richard got to the part about the Paprikanian military and, after she fell asleep, Richard tucked her into her own hammock before telling the other children to get ready for bed soon which they did. After some good nights, Richard went outside for a walk down to the beachfront with Bridget. He had always loved the idea of being alone with the woman of his dreams and at times would try to get the children away so she could be alone with him. Richard and Bridget soon got to the beachfront and saw that the moon was eerily casting its light down upon the water which illuminated the area. They spoke, of good memories and bad, of how they met and lived, of how they could get romantic with each other out of some moments of the past, and how Bridget jumped a little when Richard unexpectedly goosed her as they talked. Although Bridget was feeling quite in the mood and Richard as well, they didn't want their children to hear and especially see what they were doing so they decided to do the deed somewhere else. Thank Heaven, they thought, that there was an abandoned hut nearby in which, after a while, Richard had ravished his wife with a ruthless passion that definately satisfied Bridget. She loved when he got down to business as it was always pleasurable and eventually they cuddled, in a hammock, before falling asleep. They woke up early, though, to check up on the children who were sleeping like little angels, well, as Bridget would tell Richard. Bridget began to make breakfast while Richard proceeded to wake them up.

A soft knock at the door, there stood a few of their militia guards. "Morning to you," The lead one Pacifica said. "We have some extra items to add to your breakfast for your family. Two fresh caught fish for you and a fresh fruits plate, some of our islands best. If you need any other foods don't hesitate to ask, we just received a shipment from the Mokans of all sorts of great products. Don't ever hesitate to ask. We're here to protect and serve. Oh if you will be parting Aurora today we'll be escorting you in a private hovercraft. as long as the seas stay calm. We figured it wouldn't be too safe going by a public transport. " Not that the islanders were distrustful but livelihoods of these private boaters depended on the ability to travel even if it was the roughest seas in the world.

Richard looked over the reports that he brought along with him on the trip; he didn't really want to work during his vacation but he felt it was necessary to make sure that everything was in order back home. As he sat on his hammock, his eyes focused solely on the reports, his wife was making breakfast with the children and he smiled when he heard their laughter and his wife's loving voice combining into a treasured substance. Eventually, breakfast had been served and amidst the laughter and joy could knocking be heard at the door with Richard being appointed to check it out. When he opened the door to see the soldiers, Richard did not seem phased by them at all. He looked at the soldiers and listened to Pacifica speak before making his own reply while the others looked at the situation from their place at the makeshift table. "Thank you for the gifts. We'll put them to good use. We'll be leaving Aurora today, yes, most likely to Animalpolis and then to the others. A hovercraft is more than suitable for us."
