The Minister of Justice, Josin Notlock, was doing paperwork in his office when he came across something of interest, a weapons request for the Peoples Militia. After reading through the request he immedietly contacted the High President who gave him the authorization to purchase the desired equipment.

He soon issued a telegram to the world.

We are in need of several different types of weapons and equipment specialized for heavy policing (SWAT). If the weapon or system is found to be a perfect match for what is needed we will be purchasing either A. large quantities or B. domestic production licenses.

The required equipment list is below.
1. A trust-worthy rifle which can fire in semi-auto and burst.
2. A trust-worthy sub-machine gun which is light and easy to conceal
3. A trust-worthy sniper rifle with a silencer. Must have a range longer than 1200 feet.
4. A rapid response armored vehicle capable of carrying at least 9 fully armed police men and capable of withstanding most small arms.
5. Any other type of weapon or system ment primarily for police use.

I have been authorized a 500 Million dollar budget for the purchase of any equipment but can request more if needed.

We wish to approach you on the mater of a light weight assault rifle. The rifle mentioned above is the "MAR-90" or "the Firehound". It is a light weight versatile rifle that has been used with success in every environment.
The rifle has been used extensively in the mud swamps of North East Lothian and the jungle isles of South East Lothian. Designed to be a light anti-riot vehicle, the F-1-1 needed to be quick, maneouvable, and light. It was designed to be used primarily in urban situations as a police/SWAT riot control vehicle/ Its relativly small size means it can manoeuvre around obstacles easier than full sized IFVs.
Its 3.0l TDI engine propels it to 95 mph (152 km/h) Due to the design and durability of the diesel engine it can take any grade of diesel or petrodiesel or B5, B20, or B99 biodiesel, or vegetable oil. This means that you can fuel the FireFox almost anywhere.
It's 4x4 off road capabilties are comparable to a 1996 Jeep Cherokee, but nothing like a Humvee's.

The so called 'FireFox' carries a large flamethrower on the top of it, which can fire in a 360° rotation with an -5 and + 50 degree firing angle. Using an electric ignition system, the tanks throw the napalm out of the 5/8-inch nozzle with a pressure of 150psi, utilizing compressed hydrogen fed through bottles. The Napalm tank is easily refillable, with the resivior cap being in the back (behind the doors), to avoid damage to it. Its capacity is 724l (159 gallons) of napalm and 361l (80 gallons) worth of pressurised hydrogen bottles, (can hold 8 10 gallon bottles.) The bottles are also stored in the back, along with another round of 8 bottles. *caution hydrogen bottles kept under pressure*
The flame-thrower uses napalm and can fire upto 360 ft (110m), it is particularly effective at disabling gun emplacements, bunkers and cave hideouts, it also makes a good psycholocigal weapon. It is controlled by a passenger in the jeep, with a wired control panel and point of view camera of the gun, this means that the passenger in either the front or back can use it. Its burn time means that it is best suited to guerrila style tactics or ambushes, attacking and moving off quickly. The burn time are as follows: full range - 20 seconds. 55m - 50 seconds. The amount of pressure used (which will dictate range) can be controlled by the controller.
A well trained loader in the back can change all the bottles in just over a minute. The bottles are placed in numbered slots, 1-8, and are used in sequence from 1 through to 8, meaning that bottles can be changed whilst the gun is still using the others.
With slight modification (kit included) the flamethrower can be converted into a power water hose, capable of firing upto 164 ft (50m) and of discharging 1500 lit/min at 10 bar. This is perfect for riot control.

Armour consists of 1.5 in (38 mm) steel and titanium shell, with driver and passanger compartments covered in kevlar, (similar to ballistic vests.) The windsheilds are bullet resistant upto .50 caliber, this is 3 in thick (120 mm)

The engine is placed in the front of the jeep, with the flamethrower tanks in the back, next to the rear passenger. Its snorkel on the rear allows it to ford up to 25 in (635 mm.) It holds 3 people, (2 in the front, one facing backwards in the back.) to help aid it in riot control, detachable steel frames can be attached to the windows, comes with the jeep (in the back with rear passenger.)

We will sell these to our left wing brothers at a discounted price of USD$80,000 each.

We use them (albeit rarely) in out own riot forces, and they have proved most succesful. Though, the safest option is to equip it with the water cannons. It looks better in the media!

RBA Advanced Battle Rifle (http://forums3.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13482410&postcount=3)

The RBA supports both caseless and polymer-cased ammunition. It is a selective-fire, gas operated bullpup battle rifle chambered for the 7.62x54mm caliber, which shares similarities in its principles with the lighter Fusil de Asalto 65 and its Lightweight Arms technologies. Unlike than the precision-focused RPA-BAS, it was designed to be a battle rifle with comparable accuracy to that of a 7.62x51mm G3A3 AR.

The FA-65, like the RBA, is also a gas-operated rifle which supports both caseless and polymer-cased ammunition, except that it is chambered for the intermediary 6.5x39mm caliber, and is the standard issue assault rifle of the Revolutionary Army of Third Spanish States. Although its cyclic rate of fire is only average, its sustained rate of fire is superior to that of most assault rifles in the market, while that it can use three fire modes: semi-automatic, automatic and two-round ultra-rapid burst, where unlike certain rifles which support burst firing, the second round will be as accurate as the last one, thanks to its recoiling barrel which delays the recoil until the second round left the gun, allowing for its armor-piercing capability to increase twofold.

The SF-27 is a compact, bullpup gas-operated submachinegun that packs a much superior stopping power compared to the original concept of personal defense weapon, thanks to the use of a 10mm caseless caliber. A variant built for the ubiquitous 9x19mm caliber, the SF-27A, also exists, which is cheaper due to the inferior need of recoil-reducing mechanism in its action. Thanks to its ammunition type, up to 50-round standard magazines are available for the 10mm version, while the 9mm can be loaded with up to 60-round mags.
