"The Battlehawk holds it's breath as Operation Tranquillity begins today" The reporter started "The Operation is the final stage of the long term Project Sanctuary"
"Sanctuary is the project to build and place and underwater seabase" The reporter turned "Stage one is complete, and the immense sturcture is being lowered to teh seabed today.

"OK, prepare to get the others ships to release the thether, the subs will then move in and tow it down to the seabed where they'll send out workers to meld it into the seabed, Understood? Get to work" Rear Admiral James Decoto said

Navel Captain Alex Munro watched from a viewport on the sub Development as he watced as he got nearer to the seabase, that was named Tranquillity. He gasped a he saw it.
The entire thing was half-buried in the sea bed. The base was centred around a huge central core. Where most of the bases command, military, science and medical departments were based. Also in the Central core was the stations promenade, a large section of the central core was taken up by it, an entire deck in fact, the promenade circled round the central core and it is there that the bases security was based. The rest of the base was two rings encircling the central core, connected to the central core and each other by a series of cross-over bridges. The inner ring was the Habitat ring, where, as the name suggests, were the bases crew and civilian population lived. The outer ring was the Docking ring where, again as the name suggests, any visiting submarines docked.
