As a holder of an embassy in Rammsteinburg, we are interested in setting up a military base in Rammsteinburg. The application form can be found below. We would also like to enter into a mutual defence pact with your nation. As part of this, we are willing to let you establish an military base on our soil.

Size of Base: 1.3 square kilometers
Units To Be Assigned: 2 Type 212 submarines, 1 Zumwalt class destroyer, 3 Type 23 Frigates
Total Number of Personnel To Be Assigned: 3000, of which 737 combat personnel
Base Commander: Rear Admiral Kurt Rachner of the Imperial Navy
Base Commander Brief Bio: Served as captain of a destroyer during the civil war. Was awarded the Iron Cross First Class after sinking three submarines during the blockade of Wütchel. After the war he served aboard the Lützow, an aircraft carrier. This will be his first command on shore.
Location in Rammsteinburg: Northernmost island, at the western coast

OOC: I have territories all over the globe, but the only RL countries I claim are India, Nepal and Iceland. My mainland is located in the North Atlantic. Base Commander Brief Bio: Has faced the infamously brutal S.T.F. 20-year training course; Led his team during the live-fire wargames to massacre the enemy team, bringing an entire Battalion (Usually, only 250 are still alive out of the 25,000 that go in) out alive. Received the Medal of Salvation, the fourth highest honor of the GWO.

Special Requests/Additional Information: A statue of Griffith Artiche, the nation's founder and most honored war hero (Deceased).
