"Jeseph, perhaps the chronicles of the Centinai is where we should begin," an elder man covered in wrinkles said. The wrinkles were signs of wisdom, markers of intelligence, and symbols of knowledge. The Centinai were the wisest men of ralkovia, if not the oldest. They were made up of philosophers, retired scientists, generals, statesmen, and the elders of yesteryears. They recorded the observations of history, chronicled the accomplishments, and summarized the years. They were story tellers in a way and there job was held even above the emperor, since they allowed the Emperor to be remembered.
"Let us wait Levane," said Jeseph."Perhaps we should begin at the very beginning, for the new ones, and get to the Chronicles of the Centinai," spoke Jeseph. The voice echoed through the halls as the wise men pondered, amongst each man and woman the council reached a consensus. A black man, probably the only one in the group stood out like a tower from the great plains of ralkovia."The council has reached a consensus. We shall proceed to the beginning of Ralkovia."
The elder leaders slowly walked to the high post and began to speak,"Perhaps it was are natural tendency to aggress, perhaps it was the distribution of swords and bows by the balkov to fight their own enemies, perhaps it was betrayal which led to the break up of our union, but ralkovia was none the less forged by war. Ralkovia had begun as an expedition by the Balkov, they found the small tribes of ralkovia, who warlike in nature attacked them. We, the tribes, the houses of ralkovia were primitive compared to the explorers of Balkov. The land mass now known as the country of ruthmenostan had stood as a natural barrier between the two peoples.
Ralkovia was easily taken by the superior force at the time and we became the toys of balkov who armed us and released them on their enemies. They taught the tribes irrigation, agriculture, and fishing and in many cases we owe are entire society to the now vile menace to the south."
The Council all turned to face the ground and suck air, as to prevent the words balkov from reaching the sacred ground of ralkovia."Council, Levane if I may interject," said a man dressed in a Generals garb. The council nodded in agreement,"If one were to have taught us irrigation, would we not already know agriculture?"
The council deliberated for a few minutes before speaking,"The council agrees. Recorder of History Jevia strike agriculture from the script." The man walked to the script and cut his finger letting the blood drip down onto the parchment in which the world agriculture had been."The debt to our mistakes has been paid, may the past Centinai be forgiven." The blood dried in minutes and the council went on."Council may the script of our history continue," the council answered with affirmative nods to Jeseph,"We ralkovians found are way on many foreign battlefields dying for the falsehood of the idols of balkov, that is why we are spread like seeds throughout the continents. The Balkovs took advantage of us and they took are women as sacrifice to their false g-ds and pushed their beliefs on us, forcing us to submit. We submitted until they stole the elders wife away. Response was brutal and the ralkovians rebelled all over. Balkov dissappeared."
General Steay spoke again,"If Balkov were to have dissappeared why would it still be here?" The wise men all chuckled,"Steay your name fits to well with your personality" The wisemen all chuckled again.

Steay looked to the councilmen,"Control yourselves gentlemen of the council," a councilor spoke up. The men all immediately stopped,"Balkov dissappeared to regroup, Steay." Steay spoke in rebuttal,"But what of the inbetween time? They could not have just dissappeared could they have?"
The same councilor spoke up,"The records are unclear on this point in history but this is neither hear nor there." Steay interrupted,"By all do respect councilor what culminates as the Centenial wars is not important, the records are unclear in the before time, but the time before the centenial wars is most important for is where the tribe of raskov makes its appearance. Perhaps we should focus on this period. May the councilors be dismissed while I seek the chronicles of the Centinai?"
"Your intensity in this matter has been noted, Councilors should we call it a day or continue without addressing this matter?" said Levane trying to keep some order in this council.
The councilors split 50-50 on the issue,"Levane, your vote is the one that decides," said Jeseph."I tire of the events of today, we have edited the holy history of our nations enough for this hour. May we all depart to finish our schedules, the meeting begins tomorrow at 9 am. Matriarch of the Houm house will be arriving tomorrow."
