Just an idea I had. You create a charecter who is a police officer in Gustav City, the largest city in Siloin (I have small population, unfortunatly, so only 5 million). The reason for that is so this does not get destroyed. You can be a national from your country, so, yeah.

OOC: Cops? Wow, lol. I got to say, one of the more original ideas for an RP. Nice job with it though. On a side note, check my Storefront. You can get some REALLY good equipment for your police force there, and even qualify for a few discounts!

Would you be open to an advisory role coming in? Or do they have to be an actual police officer?

Name: James Mills

Age: 47

Years of Experience: 26 years on and off

Biography: James was, like all of us, born. And then he grew up. There isn't much to speak of in his early life, as he was the standard American teenager. He had friends, on and off girlfriends, played some sports, did well enough in school to get into college, and was generally a decent person. In college, though, he found it changed. He had spent most of his life under the careful eye of over bearing parents and coaches. In college, he had none of that. He had no guiding force and no over watch to keep him in line. At the end of his second semester, he was on academic probation, and was lucky enough to find that the Academic Dean saw that mysterious trait of "potential" in him, and allowed him to stay on one condition: he entered the school's ROTC program.

In the simulated life of a soldier, he found another guiding force to keep him in line and on the so called "straight and narrow". His grades improved, and the addition of Military History and Military Science classes were a great improvement to his eight am Western Civ. Besides, he had little to worry. The 1980s were a time of general peace, with Vietnam behind the military, and if the news were to be believed, a future battlefield of robots and space lasers.

Upon graduation, James devoted himself in an almost religious nature to the US military. His dedication and drive landed him a spot in the US Army Rangers, where he took part in the invasion of Panama, participated in the first Gulf War, in Operation Gothic Serpent in Somalia, and military peace keeping operations in Europe. However, James was far more in it for the action, and the "up or out" mentality of the US Army hardly suited him. They wanted him to move up the chain of command, he just wanted to stay on the ground in fight. In 1998, after a solid fifteen years of service but only three promotions, he left the military.

For two years he bounced around in random physical jobs, club bouncer, low rent body guard, and a few months working at a small gun shop in his birth home of Waco, Texas, before his resume was snatched up by someone identifying themselves as a recruit specialist for Making a Killing, Inc. The recruiter for MaK, Inc. promised the same military adventure, with his choice of postings, and pay that put all of his past jobs to shame. He jumped at the chance, and in 2000, became one of the many private soldiers.

After the towers fell, he worked in Afghanistan protecting journalists on PSD contracts, and picked up a few more for the Other Government Agencies, which were mostly fronts for the CIA. When the US invaded Iraq for the second time, he went back to his old stomping grounds, where he was part of the contracted organizations to train the new Iraqi Police. He excelled in this arena, and made a name for himself as a Police and Law Enforcement trainer.

His most recent contract has landed him with the GCPD in an advisory/training role.

James is an excellent shooter, a long time student of The Modern Form put forth by Col. Jeff Cooper. His chosen side arm is a Glock 21SF, with a few choice upgrades, and is constantly loaded with "Flying ashtray" Speer Gold Dots. Of course, like Cooper, he believes his hand gun is there to fight his way to his rifle, and also keeps a Springfield M1A SOCOM II handy, preferring the phantom knock down power of the .308 round.

James' main goal is to bring a level of tactical competence to the GCPD that would give it a strong edge over the criminal element, as well as lend his services in situations where man power may be lacking.

This is the list of criminal entities:

Drug Dealers/Gun Runners- These criminals usually work in small groups, selling cocaine, heroin, and other illegal drugs to the populace. They also sell illegal firearms (Automatics) to people, usually based out of a car. The highest concentration of suspects are in the Emperor Park area.

Street Gangs- Groups of teenagers and young adults tyring to keep each other safe by killing other groups of teenagers and young adults. Major gangs are the 5th Street Emperors and the 14th Street Tigers. The area from 4th Street to 19th Street has the largest congregation of gang activity.

Motercycle Gangs- Usually not a bother; there are no permanent motercycle gangs in Gustav City. But, sometimes they pass through and commit crimes. If their here, they congregate around the bars in the Historic District.

Organized Crime- Only one here: the Familia. The Familia controls most of East Downtown, making it near impossible for officers to arrest their members. The Familias leader, Don Luis de Vega, owns many legitimate buisnesses, and does not take kindly to police arresting his members. If you arrest a Familia member, hitmen will try to kill you.

Also, there is various one or two people criminals, who are not considered entities.
