“Miss Romanov I think you might be interested to see this”
Cadence, the elected government head of the PRC glanced at the newspaper that had been put on her desk and chuckled “Unofficially. I'll be betting you ten crystal dollars they wont last two months.”

Bobbi, 'general organizer' of 'The Group' was running late for a small meeting she had organized with the rest, she had not eaten for quite a while and decided to stop for a something. being a few minutes late would matter little. She walked down a street but there was nothing and she was getting really late. she swore under her breath as she walked past a FAST™food place. Bloody global corporations were all that was there first capitalist parties now the only place near the train station was a stupid glo-corp. she walked in anyway and ordered a small portion of fries and feeling slightly guilty rushed out and bought a train ticket.

She had made it only five minutes late but had thrown away the evidence of her temporary insanity caused by hunger (the box for the fires was thrown in the bin before she entered the meeting) everyone there had agreed that they would hasten the disbandment of the new capitalist party by any means.

http://i292.photobucket.com/albums/mm34/glostickx/trgsghwahgghw/new3.png?t=1226861346
Cadence looked at the newspaper. the group had never done anything like this before which is why she or any of her predecessors had bothered with them but it seemed like now they had become violent and that meant they would not just stop at the new party. She might become a target herself if she was not careful. She knew they thought she shouldn't even be in office. They thought there should not be an office for her to be in.

(I hope you don't mind me making a post critical)

We of Carnelian Island are deeply disturbed that you are abandoning your ways as a People's nation and going to the dark path of greed, exploitation and other abysmal acts committed by corporations.

OOC: not at all, be critical if you want

IC:
To Carnelian Island, whomever it may concern,
We understand your concern and assure you that worry is not needed, we are not abandoning our ways. Some people will always want that, so this sort of thing happens every once in a while, however as the majority of the population are happy with the way things are run, and so they normally do not last for more than a few months. The People's Republic of Crystalliniah is not intending to change however, It would not be appropriate for me to show open hostility towards these capitalists. Thankyou for your concern,
With faith,

Cadence Romanov
Elected head of government

Fransisco Berreca, head of the Nation Security and Defense Department, eyebrow rose a bit as he read the newspaper in his living room. He took a sip of his coffee then read more about the situation in Crystalliniah. Nothing too big, he thought to himself. Still a small country such as Crystalliniah may require a bit of help in this investigation. Lord knows who in their investigation department may be working for these terrorists.

Berreca sat up and grabbed his cell phone, calling the NSDD headquarters.

"Get me in contact with the head of Crystalliniah," Berreca said.

"Miss Romanov, there is a call for you waiting"
Cadence stood up and walked over to her secretary "Who's it?"
"They haven't given a name. just said they need to talk to you"
"Alrighty, pass the phone" The secretary gave her the phone
"Hello, Cadence Romanov Speaking"
Edoniakistanbabweagua
16-11-2008, 21:49
"Good morning, Ms. Romanov," Berreca said. "This is Fransisco of the NSDD in Edoniakistanbabweagua. We were interested in providing some assistance in the terrorist trouble you seem to be having."

Berreca entered the back of his limo and connected the phone to a screen in the car.

"If you wish," he continued, "you are more than welcome to discuss this in person."
Crystalliniah
16-11-2008, 21:54
"You heard about that?" She was surprised that a large country such as that would even take an interest
"I think talking in person would be better, how should it be done?"

OOC: like, do the meet, or is it just via those phones with screens, the name of which I forgot at the moment

The limo turn left at the green light, the road leading to the department headquarters. Rain pelted the area. Heavy thunderstorms were scattered across the state.

"Well I was thinking we can send an envoy over to meet with you. Unless of course you would rather do an on-screen tele-conference," Berreca stated.

IC: Unity and Hope is saddened hearing that you shall go down the Path of Exploitation and crimes against the people.

We at Unity and Hope have decided to remain a Democratical Socialist State hoping to acheive a stateless society of Communism.

It is apart of our plan and constitution.

"A personal meeting would be best, if you want to arrive by air the Sapenno International would be best we can arrange someone to meet you there"
The secretary silently passed her the letter from Unity and Hope, Cadence mimed with one hand for the secretary to hand her paper and a pen, and still talking on the phone she wrote her reply

To Unity and Hope, Whomever it may concern,
You have misunderstood the situation, Crystalliniah has no intention of going down the path of capitalism. Like you we are trying to achieve a classless society however there are always greedy people who do not like this and they sometimes try to make their voices heard. We do not generally worry about this because they don't last long because they lack support. We hope you the best of luck in achieving your goal.

New England wishes for meetings with high ranking officials of the People's Capitalist Party to take place in Boston. If such a meeting can be arranged, New England will also arrange for a flight into Logan International Airport and appropriate lodgings to be purchased.

To Samantha Kennedy, New England Secretary of State,
We would be more than willing to attend a meeting in Boston. I too believe that all countries should have a right to free markets and believe that the country is wasted once it has reached communism. If a meeting will take place, i will be happy to attend it personally,
Most Sincere,

The potential interest by other nations in some of Crystalliniah's recourses and co-operations with other nations in the event of breaking out of the communist tradition that is currently holding the country.
Should you be interested in the meeting to continue I should be taking with me Henrik Jepsen And Sonja Keller who are both party officials as well as advisers.

Even though it was still early in the afternoon it was dark as it would be in night in most other countries, and, it being nearly winter snow had started falling already. The people who were told by Cadence to meet the visitors at the airport went to the baggage area where they knew they would be meeting them.

Some time later
The three had arrived at the Sapenno International and were preparing to board the plane as their ticket said. They would be arriving in Boston in a few hours if their flight was not delayed.

At the Sapenno International, a man noticed the three people. He was a tall, fluffy, yet buff, Negro man wearing a tan suit jacket, matching trousers, a white shirt, and a red tie. The jacket was decorated with a New English flag pin.

He walked up to the three people, made a double take, and said,
“I'm Vincent Thompson, of the New English Diplomatic Security Service. I have been assigned to you for... enhanced security.”

He raised up his jacket, showing a Browning Hi-Power pistol in a leather holster at his waist. He let go of it, replying,

“The national security alert code has been raised, and the State Department feels that any possible attacks may be related to your arrival to Boston. We will be changing your lodgings to something more secure as a result.

We should check in at the Aéropostale booth. We should have about two hours before our flight leaves.”

Kurt was happy for the extra security the man provided, some of these commies wanted him dead he knows, they did try to kill him who's to say they wouldn't try again?
They checked into their flight and prepared for the wait.

Vincent got them through the security easily. Really, all one needed to do in order to get through airport security if you were an officer was just show your badge to the airport checkpoint guards. While at departures, Vincent tried to be outgoing with the protectees. He checked his watch, a Swatch, and said,
"We got an hour before the flight leaves. Do you want to like get some coffee or something wile we're here?"
Crystalliniah
22-11-2008, 01:16
They agreed, there was a small coffee shop in the airport and they went there. The person behind the counter looked at the them then said to Kurt
"Hey, Ain't you that one who was nearly blown up? I seen you on the news, you made a capitalist party"
Kurt just laughed
"It'll take more than a car bomb!" he looked at the others "What will yous be having"

Vincent reached his hand into his pocket, pulling out his wallet and taking out a credit card. He turned his head to the barista, ordering,
"I'll have an americano, double shot."

He turned to Kurt, saying, showing the MasterCard that has an image of the New English flag waving in the wind and, in big block letters, the phrase, "PROPERTY OF THE GOVERNMENT OF NEW ENGLAND"

The Barista made their orders then glanced at the card
"I dunno if we do payment by card here. Hang on" he went over to someone else who was serving another customer and after a quick conversation he returned
"Yep. Card payment's good"

"Well, you... gonna order?"
Crystalliniah
23-11-2008, 20:24
Kurt ordered an espresso and asked what Henrik And Sonja would like, they ordered too, the barista made their orders and gave it to them
"You payin' cash, or write off?"
Kurt and Sonja payed in cash, but Henrik chose write off, The barista handed him a small box with a screen and a board with numbers and letters, he typed a code and pressed enter then handed the box back. They all took their drinks and sat down at a table.

Vincent sat down. He needed a warm drink to get him through the day. He took a sip of the espresso drink, a small sip, as he did not want to get his shirt ruined. He then said,
"I... it's kind of important for all purchases to be written off by the New English government. We do buy these cards for a reason, and that is so that foreign guests can have their... expenses taken care of. It is a bit of an unofficial rule for me to provide this service to you, so, I guess that we all may reach a... mutual understanding about this. I'll foot the bills of refreshments and everything else from now on."

Kurt bowed his head slightly
"I'm sorry, I meant no disrespect. We are not really used to working internationally."

"That, that is all right...", Vincent replied, taking another sip of his drink, "You do know how to conduct diplomacy, right? I mean, this would kind of be... bad if you did not know how to do so."
Crystalliniah
27-11-2008, 21:36
"Yes, I think I could conduct diplomacy." He thought a while and the he said sipping his drink "Are there any more conducts or etiquettes I should know or be aware of?" in his head we was cursing Crytalliniah's semi-isolation
