Mikhail was sitting in his cell at the prison. He had changed and realized that he almost caused great harm to the nation. He had 15 years to serve but there were talks of releasing him from prison. A guard came up to his cell and informed that he had a visitor for me. The guard opened the door and led Mikhail to the visitors’ room. He sat on one end of the glass and a gentleman sat on the other side of the glass. The visitor was Frank Castle, Mikhail’s former lieutenant during the situation that landed him here.
“Frank, Why are you here?”
“I got an idea to achieve our goals.”
“What you mean?”
“I’m going to use a ship and sell weapons to groups, and create conflict in order to raise enough money to fund our return to power and strike the imperialists.”
“Frank, that’s not a good idea. Listen, I’m against that stuff now, ok. I want nothing to do with it.”
“Fine”
Frank bustled out of the room and Mikhail turned to the guard.
“We got a problem.”
He told the guard, who then informed the government. The police arrived to find the house empty. Frank had left to do his plan and now the government had to resort to the FIA to find Frank Castle.
“Inform the FIA.” Fullerton ordered the SecDef.

The island was in a calm, foggy morning as usual. This day started as normal at the base, soon something would occur. A car appeared at the gate; in it was a man in his late 50s. The man was waved in as an Army Colonel. The man’s name was not known to anybody except certain members of the government and the base. The man stood at 6’, 3” and had patch over his right eye. He walked in to the entrance and presented his identification to the guard at the desk.
“Good Morning, Colonel”
“Good Morning, Sergeant”
The man continued on to a barrack and entered it. The building was one of the 4 buildings assigned to FIA’s Office of Covert Operations. The Office as it referred to, was responsible for all foreign operations undertaken by the FIA. The gentleman was in charge of a joint unit assigned to the FIA and Federal Department of Defense. The colonel was the commanding officer of the 50 men and women that make up the unit. Officially it is the FIA Special Forces Group, but it better known by it codename FOXHOUND. FOXHOUND was created in 1967 as a unit to conduct foreign intelligence and national security operations for the FIA; the unit was founded by William Rainer, then Deputy Director of Covert Operations to conduct these missions. The unit is highly secret and only the President, SecDef, and the DCO know of its existence.
The man was Colonel Wolfram Larsen; He was assigned to the unit in 1970, and became its commander in 1976. The unit was made of the best men and women the military and FIA had. The unit had a tradition of assigning animal codenames to it operators. Larsen was the commander officer so he had the only non-animal name, Big Boss. The rest of the unit chose their names based on animals and personal preference such as Larsen’s old name, Cot Wolf. He looked at reports from FIA when a man appeared in front of his desk. The man was Lieutenant Colonel Robert “Drum Fox” Freeman, Boss’ second in command.
“Fox, what’s up?”
“Boss, unit is training but there is some word that we may get action soon.”
“What you mean?”
“Sir, The report you have.”
“So, they want to deploy a team to locate a possible security situation.”
“Yes, they have received reports of a possible arms trafficking group.”
“Foreign?”
“That why they called us.”
“This is very serious.”
“Wolf, the informer was Mikhail. He said one of his former men may be plotting selling weapons on the black market.”
“How is this foreign again?”
“Boss, this guy is planning to use a ship to sell weapons. He parks in international waters and the terrorist or whoever wants weapons comes up to it and shops from it.”
“So, a traveling gun store.”
“You can say sir.”
“So, how we find this floating armory.”
“We got a name, the Kodiak. Last position is unknown.”
“So, we got to find the boat”
“Yes, The Bering is ready”
The Bering Wander was a cargo vessel formerly owned by Alaskan Northern, a shipping company. The ship was brought by Alaskan government and was given to FIA. The FIA modified the vessel as a field command center for operations. It had radios, satellite communications, and a helipad, and a hidden hanger for the helicopter. Big Boss, Drum Fox, and a four team board the vessel and began the operation. It has perfect for hunting Castle and preventing or stopping his activities.

Frank Castle, a former member of the rebel forces was on the bridge of the ship. The vessel was sailing a course looking for contacts. His plan was to cause chaos, and provoke conflicts in nations, and then sell weapons to the sides. Little did he know that his former leader had told the government his plan and that the FIA was looking for his boat. He was focused on finding an area to create this conflict; he added posted contact info on rebel and terrorist sites, just leaving a phone number from a pay as you go cell. They would have to call him to receive the goods. Now he sails in waters, waiting for a customer to contact him and make the first deal, Unaware of the hunt for him and his boat.
“Mikhail, the bastard, I see who he really sides with.” He said to his lieutenant, Michael
“Sir, he can’t do anything”
“You’re right, It’s not like the government is going to believe him.”
