The Ryouese soon decided on starting Diplomatic relations with the nation of Neo-Ixania, a Nation well known for it's Anime and its handling of The Ryouese-Roman War. Now The Ryouese wanted Neo-Ixania..........as a All and Trade Partner.

To start Relations, Isabella sent a Envoy, Viscount Namagi Usagi to meet with The Ixanian Ruler and carry a Trade Agreement and a Joint-Defense Pact to start Diplomacy

To show off a bit, The Viscount soon headed off in a Airship, one of The many that were being used b The Ryouese, heading for Neo-Ixania.

The Ixanian Empire had always been known for its friendliness towards the nations of the world regardless of ideological background and, indeed, the Ryou Black Islands certainly counted as a nation in the eyes of the Ixanians and thus were privy to recieving the full benefits of Ixanian friendliness. The Empress of Ixania, Anastasia II, hadn't done much these days when it came to meeting foreign rulers and although she had wanted to take a vacation this week, she felt obligated to meet with Viceroy Usagi who would be welcomed at her palace in the capital. The Ryou airship wasn't a new sight since Ixanians had been known to use those at times and, plus, their Fegosian allies strutted around in them. When Usagi's airship landed, he was instantly greeted by a bunch of Ixanian representatives who bade him an old fashioned welcome to their beloved homeland. "The Empress is quite pleased that she may make another friend for the Ixanian Empire and, indeed, she awaits your arrival in the palace."

Please know that I just want to make sure my relations with Ryou are at a good level. I, in no way, am promising that we will be allies or anything like that. Ryou, you don't know this on an IC level but you can know that it's entirely possible. :p

Viceroy Usagi was taken into the motorcade by the officials who immediately ordered it to drive through the heavily crowded streets of the capital towards the palace where the Empress was busying herself with reading the local newspaper which she had done from time to time as a way to know her people more than she had. She was reading one as she waited for Usagi to arrive while her personal assistant was checking up regularly on the situation. If Usagi looked, he could see the cosmopolitan metropolis that served as Ixania's capital with all of its marvelous landmarks. The people were all finely dressed and had the latest fashions and technologies and posters promoting animated films, lost pets, and things for sale were all over the place with a group of people being seen putting up posters for the upcoming National Animation Convention which was going to have Labyrinth's creator Martin Brandt as a special guest. Ixanians loved all the forms of animation and were very skilled in each of them as years of movies and shows had shown.

When the motorcade finally arrived at the palace, Usagi was led straight to the conference room where the Empress had been waiting for him in her standard business suit and papers which she felt were important to have with her during the discussion. Other matters such as the possibility she was to marry a Pantocratorian prince were cast aside for now and the Empress rose from her seat to greet Usagi. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Viceroy Usagi. Please take your seat and let's begin."
