We welcome the Sovereign Republic of Port Regalia to the world stage. The Holy Empire is at all times interested in finding new trading partners across the globe, and while we are ourselves producing the goods you mentioned, we still believe that trade will benefit both our nations. As a first gesture of our goodwill, we have decided to remove tariffs on goods coming from Port Regalia, and we hope that you answer in kind. If it is acceptable to you, we would like to enter a free trade agreement with your honourable nation.

Further, our flag carrier, Zaheranian Airlines, has asked us to forward a request for permission to operate flight routes to Port Regalia, so that our citizens may experience the wonders of your glorious nation. We would also like to establish a embassy or consulate in your country, and we invite you to do the same in Zaheran. Further information on our embassy program can be found below.
