Whereas, it is recognized that each individual has certain unalienable rights and freedoms, and the guarantee of the ability to exercise these rights,
And Whereas, the People declare themselves in need to assert these rights before the World,
And Whereas, We the People, assume the responsibility of self-government in order to instate a righteous Governing force in the land occupied by us,
And Whereas, We, the People, recognize that our state must exist freely and independently in order to work efficiently,
And Whereas, the People declare the absolute right to govern over these lands, free from outside interference,
And Whereas, the People declare the absolute right to determine our own destiny, free from the persecution of foreign entities,
We, the People, solemnly publish and declare our inherent sovereign
authority over all our rights, land, and people, and the inherent right to protect these things absolutely and forever.
