Fear not, these are merely linguistic and cultural institutions. They are not bastions of cultural imperialism bent on destroying your nation's way of life, housing spies, or subverting your government.

Motive in Inviting Academy: New England cannot "invite" academies. We are a capitalist economy with the free exchange of goods, one of them being property. Foreign private schools are allowed in, as long as they are registered within and conform to state educational standards. We can provide you basic information on that if you want to.
Kiravian Population: 50,000 (2008 estimate)
Preffered Location of Academy(City): Given that it is one the wealthiest parts of New England, the center of New English culture, and where much of the finance and business is done in New England, any borough of New York City (although Manhattan would be the most understandable) in the City-State of New York would be taken as a first choice.

Also, if one wishes to do direct dealings with Congress and President Blackmore, an academy in Boston, Massachusetts, would be a good idea.
