Breaking News: Riots broke out today in Холод after four Changeling Stormtroopers were acquitted by an all Changeling jury in the beating of a young Neptuniun man. The Neptuniuns are blamed for causing the riots because they were not satisfied with the outcome of the case and are also unhappy at the government's mandatory system of Apartheid. The Minster of the Faith Ginyu had this to say "It is not the Government's fault that you neptuniuns are the only race forced to use I.D cards and are not payed as much as any other race living in the great country of Fridgous, you are shunned because your ancestors angered the Great Changeling in the sky and only by the holy system of Apartheid can you redeem yourselves" His Holiness King Frieza the 1st stated" That if any Nation dares help the neptuniuns they will be pulverized into dust" It seems that more riots are erupting in other major cities

OOC: Changling, I must point out that your Changling numbers alone are impossible as your populace is only 12 million. The two forces together currently equal an impossible (for you at the moment) 120,000,000 people between the two sides. Thus you have to down-size the forces to follow the population rules of the forum. None-the-less, I will still post an IC statement.

Your empty threats are truly amusing to the government of Ursava and your oppresion is offensive. Any and all Neptuniuns wishing to have safety shall be accepted in to the nation of Ursava as full citizens. Any attempts by Changling forces to stop the fleeing of Neptuniuns will be treated as a direct act of war against the nation of Ursava: and Ursava doesn't like being attacked. Thus, release these limits on the Neptuniuns or give them free passage to countries which are willing to accept them as citizens. The third option is one you will learn to hate: countless Changling deaths in a violent and bloody war against a nation that outpowers you.

OOC: Hate to be the irritating guy. But your country only has a population of 12 Million. And according to this it is 120 million.....

OOC: Yeah, I pointed that out in the OOC section of my post. Also, I wouldn't go boasting 'one of the best navies in the world' when you've only made 2 posts and thus haven't been put through any competition; and another thing: who are you to say that we can't aid oppressed people? Also, one more thing: who's Fridgous, they're not a real nation according to the searching system.

OOC: I suggest you read these comments and re-think your RP, if so i would love to get involved by perhaps supplying the Neptuniuns with aid.
