A table, laden with much food and drink sat in the middle of the Great Hall. Sefaro sat at the head of the table, and on either side of him were his generals, David Wright and Richard Tessaro. Across the table sat two delegates from neighboring nations, a Mr. O'Beal from the nation of Chazaka, and Lord Cody Wayne Lowery the cloned from the nation of Ameriganastan.

Sefaro stood up to speak to the delegates. "Gentleman, it is a pleasure to have you here, and an honor that your nations wish to revel in our independence. As you know, we have taken the capital city of Cadacross, but there are other forces that must be conquered in order to gain complete independence and freedom. I cannot do this alone and an alliance between your nations and mine would prove very valuable in the present and in the future. Once I have gained complete control of Cadacross, I will be able to authorize the set up of Embassies. More importantly I will be able to allocate resources for trade. Enough of my speech. On behalf of your nations, what have you to say?"

Sefaro sat and poured himself a glass of wine.

"It is a pleasure to be here and an even greater honor to be here during this major turning point in your nation's history, Chazaka would be honored if you established an embassy in Chaziton and once most of the fighting and you have a formal constitution we would be honored to establish an embassy in Cadacross(or your new capital). Infact if you need any help in capturing any specially dug in groups we could provided some of our specially trained forces (about 250 men), we also feel that an alliance between our nations could be quite beneficial for both of our nations."

spoke up O'Beal between bites of turkey leg.

Sefaro leaned back in his chair and grinned. "I thank you kindly for the offer of 250 men. It would be greatly appreciated and would help us very much in getting rid of these Hammond supporters. As for establishing an Embassy in Chaziton, it would be our pleasure. Of course, we need to finish things in the mother land before we branch out, but in due time Mr. O'Beal, in due time."

*Lowery sipped from his special flask, leaning back in his chair* "Getting rid of those little worms wont be a problem.I can have a few squads of my secret police force rolled in.They have a special talent for finding unwanted people.As for an alliance, i am in full support of the idea.The original me seemed to have a problem making allies with other nations.And i know together we would be quite a formidable force."

Sefaro stood up. "Well then gentlemen, it is settled. I graciously thank both of you for allotting military personnel to assist in the liberation of Cadacross. I ask that you send them to Port Williamson located in the Capital city of Cadacrosia. I will have officers waiting for them with their orders. After Cadacross has been liberated completely, I will then begin discussing embassies and trade. Thank you for your time gentlemen."
