The Council of Dynamic Nations was formed by the Constitutional Federal Republic of ViZion and the Incorporated States of Sarzonia.

The Council of Dynamic Nations was formed as an alternative to the many one-government sort of alliances in which attempt to breach a nations sovereignty by installing its own rules, its own laws, and its own agenda into the government of its member states.

The Council of Dynamic Nations was formed as an alliance in which its members can feel safe with one another; an alliance whose members will take a stand and step up against a foreign threat that poses a threat not just to one of our members, but to every member in this alliance.

The Council of Dynamic Nations was formed to create a group of nations that will work together towards a better future; to foster economic power unrivaled by even the greatest of nations and alliances.

The Council of Dynamic Nations was formed to, when absolutely required, take a stand against extreme uses of genocide, and to form an offensive coalition against nations or alliances viewed as a threat to the security of each and every one of our members.

The Council of Dynamic Nations is an alliance that will not fiddle in your nations sovereignty. We will not forbid you to run your country a certain way. We will not forbid you from going on the offensive - however it will be made clear that the Council of Dynamic Nations will have no part in said war. We will not have a list of laws, or a whole constitution for each will put even the greatest of leaders to sleep.

No. Rather, our government is a rather simple one composed of representatives from ViZion and Sarzonia in order to simply maintain the membership and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Fostering Economic Domination
We are looking to foster a group of economies unrivaled by any other group of nations the world over. As such, free trade is one of the few laws we do have. No tariffs are a requirement between each other. We also will be working with our members to ensure that agreements are made that will benefit all parties involved, not just one.

Defense! *clap clap* Defense! *clap clap* Defense!
Defense is the other key area we are focused on. One of our other few laws are that, should any member come under attack, every member nation is required to aid those who are being targeted.

The Dynamic Forces Militia
The Dynamic Forces Militia is an alliance military in which is voluntary for its member nations to donate to. While we request that you do donate some weaponry, logistical support, and troops as it will serve as an immediate-response team to any conflict, it is by no means required.

Sovereignty
We respect our members sovereignty, and that is why we do not require much of our members. Aside from requiring basics such as military assistance in defensive situations, free trade, and no extreme human rights violations - such as genocide - we do not require anything of you.

You are free to go into another war without our permission - it will, however, be noted we will not be involved as an alliance. We will not require strict laws for your government or your people to follow - you can have any sort of government you wish, and maintain your laws your own way. We will not require you to donate troops to our alliance military - that is completely your call.

We are here simply as a lose alliance based on economic mastery, defensive prowess, and national sovereignty. We wish to invite your nation if you agree with our simple and honourable mission.

Senior Vice President and External Affairs Officer Grant Haffner had only seen deputy senior VP Carly Sanders in her role for a few weeks, but he could tell she was in way over her head.

It's not that she didn't get diplomacy. She was actually a far better diplomat currently than Haffner himself was before he was promoted to take over former Senior VP Mark Lorber's job. There was something else she was lacking. He wanted someone with a strong grasp of international politics with more than just one country. She represented Sarzonia decently at Edwards Street's celebration of its 500 millionth citizen, but she was spotty at best with the other aspects of her job.

Haffner also stared at an application he'd received for chief of staff. He had someone in that role who had respect throughout Sarzonia's government - and someone he wished were his deputy right now. But for James Melvin to be his deputy, Carly had to go.

He realised he needed someone to be Sarzonia's representative to the Council of Dynamic Nations. He decided Sanders would be the right fit to serve as the representative to the CDN. That would also open the deputy senior vice president's job, which he would then offer to Melvin. He knew the House of Delegates would likely have no problem shepherding Melvin through. There was some talk that Melvin could have been promoted over Haffner if the current acting president were rejected in the House.

But that was time for another day. Haffner saw Sanders walking by his office.

"Carly? Could I see you for a moment?"

"Uh, sure." He could hear the nervousness in her response. He hoped she wouldn't take this reassignment the wrong way.

"Shut the door, please."

He saw her face turn ashen as her right arm swung the door closed.

"Yes, Grant?" Haffner drew in his breath a little bit. Then after a few seconds, he spoke.

"Carly, I'm going to have to reassign you to serve as the representative to the Council of Dynamic Nations."

Her eyes widened. Haffner thought it was disappointment that she considered it being fired from her job.

"Well, I thought..."

"You thought what? I was going to fire you?"

"N-no."

"I believe your talents are better served representing Sarzonia at this new alliance."

After the conversation ended, Sanders walked over with a sheet of paper to her new office. She would transmit Sarzonia's approval of Unkerlantum, Santheres, Ruthless Slaughter, Jenrak, New Kereptica, Amazonian Beasts, The Beatus and Greal to ViZion.

Haffner then called Melvin and told him of his recess appointment as deputy senior vice president. Now Melvin had the rank to match his influence within External Affairs.

I understand your concern, and will explain the situation. My nation is ruled by a military junta simply because I took it by force of arms and I remain in control of it. Militarily otherwise ,my nation has required service at age twenty, which is enforced by the police. However, as I understand that some cannot leave their homes at that time, they may appeal hardship. I do not command or condone the condemnation of any human race or creed, or allow any of my citizens to take issue on those things.

Basic human rights are just that, rights. It should be noted that any form of mutant, such as the repugnant mutation known colloquially known as 'furry-ism' is not sanctioned by the government. I do not see this as entering into a Human Rights conflict as they are only 'humanoid'.

The halls of the Imperial Foreign Affairs Ministry were crowded with aides bringing everything from top secret communications to ambassador's morning coffee.

A new wing recently opened only days ago was dedicated to the empire's newest alliance the Council of Dynamic Nations or CODN.

Eric Strasen, an ex intelligence analyst and field agent had been selected to be the Imperial envoy to the CODN his hard line, tough negotiations were expected to present the Empire's interests on an international scale.

As Eric was standing tideously hanging the last few of his awards and diplomas on the wall behind his desk a young aide entered the room rather hurriedly.

"Sir we've recieved a message from the CODN higher up's."

The young aide quickly handed over the manilla folder containing the transmission as well as other information that had been gathered on CODN nations throughout the night.

"Thank you Casey, back to work now."

Eric spoke paying no attention to the aide waving her away with his hand, his focus was on the contents of the folder.

Upon reading through its contents Eric sat at his secured computer and began to transmit his response to the CODN as well as passing the information on to the Foreign Affairs Ministry
