Hear ye! Hear ye!
The Supreme Guardian of Aresium, Philomena Kosseri has decided that she will go on a world tour in order to learn more about the world and all its nations regardless of their political background and in the hopes that she will not only enrich her own mind concerning how the nations of the world operate but that she will also bring a knowledge of the world back to Aresium. Although nations are more than welcome to provide their own security when she visits your nation, Philomena Kosseri will be accompanied by her leading bodyguard along with six others for the sake of making sure she is safe during her visits. It is hoped that nations will allow Philomena to visit their nations in the spirit of international friendship and trust.

Rules:
1. No asssassination/kidnapping/sexual assualt attempts at all lest you be kicked out of the RP when it begins.
2. If you desire to start a fling between Philomena and one of your characters or if you have any RP ideas, please TG me with the details.
3. Any nation regardless of political background can apply here. Communist nations, for example, are welcome to take part in this.
4. All diplomatic requests should not be given to Philomena but rather to Levana Flaman who will not be attending the tour alongside Philomena; Philomena will probably be supportive of diplomatic ventures with other nations unless she finds them to be not good for the nation.
5. If you are unable to RP during an ongoing visit then immediately TG me and we will put the visit on hold.
6. If possible, please post information about places Philomena can see in your nation.
