Presedent of Bohovia, Calls Press Conference
*Presedent Anderew Linen Clerars Throat*
"Hello citizens, press and tourists of Bohovia. For almost 3 months there has been talk in Bohovia to open a Nuclear Power Plant, to provide power to 225 million people in Bohovia, for reference that about 90% of Bohovia's Population. We will buy 3 Nuclear Missiles and drill them in the floor. We will then do something that has not been done before, we will use the energy of those missiles, to bring nuclear power to 90% of Bohovia's Population, the 10% will use normal electricty (25 million) untill we expand the project. The project in now underway and will cost an estimated 23.3 Billion Dollars to complete. It will be complete in the months to come. Any nation with questions or concerns are welcome to speak now. Thank you Bohovia!!!"

OOC: Bohovia thanks Falkasia, and It is better then testing nuks, laws have been put in place to stop the testing of nuks, unless underground.

"Such a hair-brained idea is not only dangerous, but also ridiculous," laughed David Cullens, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. "Either they're very... stupid or they are developing nuclear weapons. We are offering Bohovian citizens the chance to escape their soon-to-be-a-nuclear-wasteland nation."

OOC: Im not sure if your kidding or not. But if you arent, godmodding is when you use the information given to you (Sneak Terror Attack in East-end) for example, and retaliate without any reference to even hearing, let alone taking action, as if you were god. Thus, the name God Mode

We find it, incredibly rude of FA, to make powerful assumptions, without out sufficient (LET ALONE) any proof. Are intentions are to produce electricty, not to blow up are OWN land.

OOC: I just don't see any possibility within our present time technology and the laws of physics that would allow you to generate collectable energy with nuclear weapons without killing millions of people in the process.
ooc: well, I am impressed, though I think that the peace conference needs to be brought back up so that unsettled questions may be answered.

We understand your concern. But of course, are nations government have a plan to prevent a sudden explosion. Its quite simple: All we do is transfer the liquid and solids that make Nuks blow up, but simply filter out the ingition/ignitor, so the substance that ignites the Nuke, Is now longer being exposed to the other substaces. So there is no chance of an explosion.

I do not think a peace conference is nessary. As I am confinced Bohovia and Falkasia have already made peace, and I think it would be best to leave things as they are.
OOC: Why are you impressed? LOL

OOC: Might I make a suggestion?
Nuclear power is produced when a fissile material (unless you're using PMT/FT fusion, etc.) such as Uranium or Plutonium is bombarded with neutrons, causing said Uranium/Plutonium atoms to split, releasing radioactive by-products (such as Radium, Polonium, etc.) and energy. Said energy is used to heat water transported by metal pipes through a reactor. The water becomes steam, which is used to turn a turbine, powering a generator, creating electricity.
Edit: There are no chemical igniters caused by liquids in nuclear weapons. In a nuclear weapon, there are two basic types of ignitions (that I am aware of, I am by no means an expert). Implosion-type devices, in which a series of explosives packed around a spherical core of Uranium/Plutonium are detonated, causing the sphere to implode and create a nuclear explosion, and a gun-type device which fires neutrons into a mass of Uranium/Plutonium, causing a nuclear chain reaction and explosion. There are also fission-fusion bombs (which I believe are synonimous with hydrogen bombs, though as I mentioned I am by no means an expert) in which a fission reaction is used to trigger a fusion reaction, in order to reach a much higher blast yield.
Edit #2 (Forgot to add my suggestion): I would suggest you buy three decomissioned ICBMs, remove the warheads, take the 30-odd kilograms of enriched uranium or plutonium out of those warheads (~10 kg/warhead), then process it into fuel pellets and put them into a nuclear reactor. Won't be able to provide power for more than... maybe three million people (again, not an expert), but it's a start.

It still needs to be worked out however. There are always conscequences for war, although now they may be lighter due to the fact that I'm not pissed anymore.

I have been give the news that you will be purchasing nuclear warheads for energy use. Since you have no record of violence or nuclear irresponsibility we will not take this as a threat. If you begin to abuse your new found power, myself and a coalition of supportive nations will take action. Good day and good luck.

From Mewsland to Bohovia: I am glad to see you are investing in alternative power sources, yet the risk of a nuclear meltdown in a nation of over 1/4 billion people is an interesting thought, and also a bit risky. Why not try investing in a better solar power plant or other similar source?

OOC: Actually, that's not true. Bohovia launched a nuke, which was quickly swatted from the air by Falkasia. Bohovia did however, carry out terrorist bombings in Falkasia.
IC: While the ASoGM is normally happy to see another nation realize the benefits of nuclear energy, we cannot help but be apprehensive at the thought of Bohovia with nuclear materials. From the fact that Bohovia attempted to use nuclear weapons in a first strike capacity, to the realization that Bohovian scientists don't seem to realize how energy is generated with nuclear power, we in the ASoGM would suggest that the nation of Bohovia do more research on the subject, and spend more time repairing their damaged international reputation. If those 2 things are accomplished, the ASoGM would be more than happy to help Bohovia set up safe, efficient nuclear power plants. If those 2 things are not accomplished, the ASoGM will offer no help to Bohovia, with the possible exception of disaster relief when Bohovia suffers a nuclear accident.
