It is time that something be done about the alliance system, people aren't dedidcated enough.
They're structure is completely biased an corrupt.
It's their fault that nothing is being done.
It's time for change. We need a new system that is based on the dedication and loyalty of their members. You can't be ignored any longer, it's time to get rewarded for your hard work.
