A vote has been passed in The Republic Senate that stipulates it would be in the best interest of the people of The Republic for our government to open up diplomatic relations with the other nations of the world. Thus, on behalf of the Senate and the people of Starplain, I hereby invite all interested nations to establish an embassy in our nation's capital city of Anglebay.

There are twenty available lots, all of which sit on prime waterfront property overlooking the harbor. Each embassy will be allowed fifty diplomatic officials (not including head diplomat and family), an additional fifty support staff and fourty security personel. Security personel are the only ones in the embassy who are allowed to be armed. They can be armed only with submachine guns and/or pistols (pistols and non-lethal weapons are preferrable). Each embassy will be allowed a maximum of six vehicles; one helicopter and five wheeled vehicles. All vehicles must be unarmed however they can be armored. Wheeled vehicles must be street legal (In other words, no tanks, APCs etc.).

Unfortunately we have been delayed in accepting your application due to the fact that our Senator from Anglebay has brought to my attention that in your application you stated your intent to break some of the ground rules we established. Each embassy may have only one helicopter. Also, wheeled vehicles for each embassy must be street legal. In other words cars, vans and SUVs are acceptable. These vehicles may be armored for greater protection, but APCs such as the ones you stated that you intend to use are not allowed as stated in our mission statement. If you have any concerns about security in our city, let me be the first to personally assure you the The Republic has one of the best trained and most well funded national police forces in the world and Anglebay's local police are equally respected.

We will gladly accept your application as soon as our ground rules are met. We look forward to good diplomatic relations with your country and await your reply.

NOTES:
In extreme circumstances, we use our embassies as an evacuation point and safe-house for our President and our civilians. As such, please take note of the following. If they cannot be accepted, we will not establish an embassy in your country.
1) Regarding Weaponry
We will have an armoury that will include rocket launchers, medium machine guns, grenades, assault rifles, shotguns, and automatic shotguns; setup along the edges of our building and property, we will have mounted machine guns.
2) Regarding Vehicles
The LAV-150, an APC, will be be armoured but unarmed. The Puma Attack Vehicle will be both armed and armoured. Both will be kept garaged unless we feel the embassy is in imminent threat and the possibility of evacuation is there, in which case they may be brought out.

OOC: The AK-113s have a sub automatic setting. The second "helicopter" is not a helicopter at all, but a private aircraft. There was no where else to put the statistics. Also, as a recommendation, list your requirements on order to make it easier for applicants.
